China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To determine the residual levels of 4 organic solvents(methanol, alcohol, ether and acetone) in the raw material of medicinal sodium ozagrel by capillary gas(GC) chromatography.METHODS: The determination was performed using hydrogen flame ionization detector,AB-CarboWax with nitrogen gas as carrier gas using temperature programming for the column temperature. The sample size was 1 ?L,the temperature of the detector was 280 ℃,the temperature for sample injection was 250 ℃,the flow rate of carrier gas was 1 mL?min-1,and the flow rate of the hydrogen gas was 40 mL?min-1.RESULTS: The linear ranges of methanol was 0.037 5~3 mg?mL-1,alcohol,ether and acetone were 0.062 5~5 mg?mL-1,respectively,their average recoveries ranged from 98.07% to 99.12% with RSD being 0.34%~0.65%.Their lowest detection limits were all less than 3.125 ?g?mL-1,which were undetected for all the samples.CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for the determination of the residual levels of organic solvents in the raw medicinal of sodium ozagrel.
2.No Injury Principle Is the Core Manifestation of "People-Oriented View" in Medical Science
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The people-oriented view is a universal idea, which holds different manifestations in different domain, and as for medical field manifests as the principle of no injury. There are certain obstacles during the application of no injury principle, including the neglect of the psychological injury, arrogance of the science, and the absence of humanities and psychology knowledge. This paper provides some countermeasure to make a best application of the no injury principle, that is,to stress the patients′ psychological health, eliminate the tyranny idea over patients, and consummate medical knowledge structure.
3.Analysis of 40 cases of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis combined with thyroid cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2012;39(6):370-373
Objective To analyse the treatment, clinical features and prognosis of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis combined with thyroid cancer. Methods Retrospectively analysed 40 cases with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis combined with thyroid cancer, admitted to the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from November 2002 to April 2011.All the 40 patients were female. Results Ultrasound diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis was made in 2 patients.Eleven patients underwent CT examination, and 2 patients were found with thyroid adenoma,1 patient found with thyroid cancer and lymph node metastasis,3 patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis.Forty patients underwent surgical treatment, pathological results of 39 patients showed chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis with thyroid papillary carcinoma,1 patient was medullary thyroid carcinoma combined with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis.Forty patients were administrated levothyroxine tablets.Thirty-six patients were followed up,4 patients were lost,1 relapsed, the others were in stable condition. Conclusions Preoperative diagnosis is difficult for chronic lymphocytic thyoiditis combined with thyroid cancer, which needs through the thyroid antibody tests, imaging examinations and intraoperative, postoperative pathologic examination and other means of comprehensive application. The method of definitive diagnosis for CLT combined with TC is intraoperative, postoperative pathologic diagnosis. The main pathological type is papillary thyroid carcinoma, which small papillary carcinoma occupies a large proportion.Surgery is the main treatment for CLT combined with TC.
4.Progress of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(5):335-338
Surgical treatment has improved the prognosis of resectable pancreatic cancer considerably de-spite the generally aggressive behavior of its malignancy. Neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer has been shown effective in improving a survival benefit. Few prospective randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) on the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and chemoradiation has been done tp show the survival advantage of systemic chemotherapy (5-FU/FA or gemcitabine) following surgical resection. Up to now, there is no high-level evidence of any benefit deriving from neoadjuvant chemo therapy for pancreatic cancer. Well designed trials are needed to compare neoadjuvant chemotherapy with surgery to judge the value of neoadjuvant cherqo-therapy in multimodal treatment concepts of pancreatic cancer.
