China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of compound amino acids capsul es on hypoalbuminemia in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.METHODS:30hemodialysis patients were selected to orally take2compound amino acids capsules(0.35g per capsule)twice daily for12weeks,renal and liver function and levels of serum albumin and pre-albumin were measured before and after the experiment.RESULTS:The levels of serum albumin and pre-albumin were increased significantly after the treatment,it were(30.5?4.6)g/L vs(35.9?7.1)g/L,and(213.0?46.9)mg/L vs(275.8?52.3)mg/L respectively(P
2.Research progress in relationships between thyroid carcinoma and interferon-γand interleukin-6
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(1):88-92
Thyroid cancer is the most common malignancy in the endocrine system .In recent years ,the incidence of thyroid cancer has increased year by year ,which sparked people′s attention. With the development of thyroid cancer research ,it is found that cytokines play a key role in the occurrence and development of tumor .At present ,the cause of thyroid carcinoma and mechanism is not yet entirely clear ,however ,the occurrence of thyroid cancer is possiblely associated with the body regulating cellular immune dysfunction .Cytokines play an important role in the whole process ,in which the relationship between cytokines IFN -γ,IL-6 and thyroid carcinoma is closely related .

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS),a neurodegenerative disorder,is subtle in disease onset, difficult to diagnose, and fast-growing at progression.There.are at present little specific neurological imaging characteristics of ALS.Functional brain imaging techniques, such as SPECT and PET,were the early tools for investigation of ALS.The application of pixel-based analysis software (such as SPM) renders research in this area more convenient and objective. In recent years, improvement in brain receptor PET imaging has demonstrated its important value in the early diagnosis of ALS and evaluation of cognitive impairment.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To know the distribution of arsenic and trace elements in drinking water in the endemic arsenism areas in Shanyin County, Shanxi Province. Methods Drinking water samples were collected from the chronic endemic arsenic poisoning areas of Silizhuang and Shanghexi, Shanyin County, Shanxi Province and HPLC-HG-AFS system was used to analyze the arsenic contents, valence and speciation. The trace elements were determined by ICP-MS. The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 for windows. Results A total of 63 drinking water samples were determined, 39.68% of them exceeded the standard limit of arsenic level, inorganic arsenic was the main arsenical in drinking water, iAs3+/(iAs3++iAs5+) ratio was 56.17% in the water sample (arsenic was higher than 50 ?g/L) . The contents of Fe, Mn, Hg, Se and Pb in part of drinking water samples exceed the standard limits. No significant difference was seen between the arsenic results determined by HPLC-HG-AFS and ICP-MS. Conclusion Arsenic contamination of drinking water in Shanyin County, Shanxi Province is severe. The most frequently seen arsenic valence state in drinking water is iAs3+. Some trace elements in part of drinking water samples exceed the standard limits, this may aggravate arsenic poisoning.

Objective To investigate the survival rates of main malignant tumors in Nanhui district. Methods Total 5 783 cases, registered as new cases with malignant neoplasm from 2002 to 2004 in Nanhui, were followed up. Data was studied by survival analysis with SPSS 13.0 of life table and Kaplan -Meier. Results The average annual crude incidence of malignant tumors was 267.57 / 100 000, the World standardized incidence rate of 209.98 / 100 000. Cancer Incidence in the top five ranks followed by lung, liver, stomach, colon and esophageal cancer, the incidence was 43.06 / 100 000, 28.65 / 100 000, 26.82 / 100 000, 18.63 / 100 000 and 9.57 / 100 000, respectively. The difference of the survival rates between the top five cancers was remarkable. Survival rates of cancers among males from the lowest to the highest were liver, lung, esophagus, stomach and intestines. Survival rates of cancers among females from the lowest to the highest were of liver, lung, esophagus, stomach, intestines, cervical and breast. The male or female main cancer's relative survival rate droped along with the age rising. Conclusion The survival status was better in the patients with intestine cancers and female patients with breast cancer, but worse in patients with liver, ung and esophageal cancer.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the expression of neural cell adhesion molecule CD 56 in the human lung cancer and its pathological significance. Methods 59 paraffin imbedded specimens of lung cancers were collected and human small cell lung cancer H128 cell line was cultured. The CD 56 expression in the lung cancer tissues and H128 cells was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of CD 56 was positive in 35 of 43 NSLC specimens, and the other specimens showed weakly positive staining. All 19 cases of the SCLC specimens showed CD 56 positive staining, 12 specimens of which were strongly positive. There was a significant difference in CD 56 expression between the SCLC and NSCLC. CD 56 was extensively expressed in H128 cells. Conclusion CD 56 might be an ideal tumour marker for SCLC.

Objective To explore the presence of common genetic alterations in retinoblastoma and to localize the altered genomic regions. Methods Genetic instability of chromosome 19, 20, 21, 22 and X of 15 microdissected retinoblastoma tumors were analyzed by the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) and microsatellite instability (MSI). Results Among the 15 patients with retinoblastoma, genome instability [LOH and(or) MSI] at one or more loci on the 5 chromosomes in 10 (67%), in which the loss of a single allele was more frequent in chromosomes 19 (33%) and 20 (27%) than in the other 3 chromosomes. High-frequency LOH between D19S902 and D19S571 suggested gene loci in the 19q13 region might be associated with tumor development in retina. According to the result of MSI, MSI occured at least in one subset of retinoblastoma. Conclusions Our results provide first evidence of LOH in chromosomes 19 and 20 in retinoblastoma and further support the presence of genome instability in retinoblastoma that may play an important role in the tumorigenesis or progression of retinoblastoma.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To construct the recombinant plasmid carrying human sTNFR1 cDNA, and express sTNFR1 in E. Coli JM109. Methods Total RNA was extracted from Hela cells, and used as a template to amplify human sTNFR1 cDNA by RT-PCR. The PCR products were cloned into T vector, and then sTNFR1 cDNA fragment was subcloned into a prokaryotic expression plasmid pMAL-c2x. The recombinant plasmid was transferred into E. Coli JM109, and induced by IPTG to express fusion protein sTNFR1-MBP. sTNFR1-MBP was purified by amylose resin affinity chromatography(ARAC), and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Results A 558 bp human sTNFR1 cDNA was amplified by RT-PCR, and successfully inserted into plasmid pMAL-c2x. sTNFR1-MBP was produced in E.Coli after IPTG induction, and a 66 KD sTNFR1-MBP was purified by ARAC. [WTHZ]Conclusion Recombinant plasmid carrying human sTNFR1 cDNA was successfully constructed and epxressed in E. Coli JM109.
