Background and purpose: As the most common tracer used for PET/CT to detect malignant tumors. ~(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose (~(18)F-FDG) can reflect the metabolism of glucose. However, there exists physiologic uptake in the intestinal tract of healthy people. Because ileocecal foci is predilection site of malignant tumors and inflammatory disease, the purpose of this study was to investigate the discrimination of PET/CT detection of incidental ileocecal high FDG uptake. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 28 unexpected ileocecal focal uptake of ~(18)F-FDG localized by PET/CT, and then semi-quantitatively analyzed the extent of radioactive uptake in ileocecal foci. After PET/CT, the etiology of the findings was confirmed histologically by surgery, endoscopic or by long-term follow-up. All the data were assessed for statistical significance using one-way ANOVA. Results: In all the ileocecal foci, there were 14(50%) physiologic FDG uptake, 8 (28.6%) benign diseases and 6 (21.4%) malignant tumor. Maximal standardized uptake value was 5.2±1.6 in physiologic uptake, 6.8±4.1 in benign lesions and 12.8±5.5 in malignant lesions. There was statistically significant difference between malignant tumors and the other 2 groups. According to ROC analysis, when SUN_(max) was 6.75, the sensitivity and specificity of ileocecal malignant tumor were 100% and 86.4%, respectively. Conclusion: The significant value of discrimination between benign and malignant lesions of ileocecal focal FDG uptake by PET/CT was affirmative. It is very important to recognize physiologic uptake of ileocecal conjunction in the interpretation of image. Semi-quantitative analyze was not helpful to identify benign lesions from physiologic uptake.

OBJECTIVEThe work presented here was to research into a kind of automatic control system that would be automatically linked to the working status of electronic endoscope.
METHODSThe image video output signal and signal of negative pressure sensor were used to be a sampling signal of automatic control circuit. An electronic switch of automatic control circuit was challenged the manual control device of the negative pressure system.
RESULTSThis system simplifies the operation procedures, enhances work efficiency, reduces energy consumption and improves the service life of the machine.
CONCLUSIONThe paper concludes that this negative pressure automatic control system has many strengths like stable performance, easy installation and strong versatility. It also can be widely applied in different brand and different types of electronic endoscope in China.

Objective To understand the psychological experiences of patients in pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus,in order to provide references for effective nursing interventions in clinical practice. Methods The study investigated and semi-structured interviewed 12 patients in pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus using purposive sampling. Results Three main aspects were concluded after sorting out, analyzing and refining the interview data:(i) child was regarded as a continuation of life;(ii) pregnancy was a mixed story with happiness and anxiety;(iii) more convenient professional support and family support were expected. Conclusions Negative attitudes and inappropriate responses are existed among patients in pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus. Thus, medical staffs should provide psychological and information supports timely and ensure the standardization of the treatment,to guarantee the safety of both mother and child.

Objective To explore the authentic perioperative psychological experience of patients undergoing Da Vinci robotic surgery and provide the evidence for effective clinical nursing intervention plans. Methods A total of 12 patients undergoing Da Vinci Robotic surgery were selected and analyzed for the authentic psychological experience by using Colaizzi phenomenological approaches of qualitative research. Results After reorganization, analysis, distilling, five themes were acquired about real psychological experience of Da Vinci robotic surgery, including majority patients gradually psychologically accepting Da Vinci robotic surgeries, the close attention paid by hospital and the professional surgeon alleviateing patients'anxiety, majority patients requiring robotic surgery-associated knowledge and guidance of postoperative rehabilitation, the patients'satisfaction of curative effects about Da Vinci robotic surgery, majority patients with the potential concerns or worries about the expense of medical insurance. Conclusions The patients have potential concerns about new technology, Da Vinci robotic surgery. Thus, during the perioperative period, doctors and nurses should inform patients of the detailed procedures and the advantages of Robotic surgeries, patiently reply to the inquiries from patients, catch the psychological changes of the patients timely with providing the appropriate health guidance, and eventually reinforce their confidence on the new technology.
