Objective To study the CT findings of pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. Methods The CT examinations of 12 patients with pathologically proven pulmonary MALT lymphoma were reviewed retrospectively. Evaluated imaging findings included number, distribution, shape, attenuation and other associated findings of each lesion were evaluated. Results Thirty-two pulmonary lesions, including consolidations, masses, nodules and lesions with ground glass attenuation, were identified in 12 patients. Multiple lesions were founded in 10 of 12 patients and solitary lesion in 2 patients. Multiple lesions found in one lung in 2 patients, and multiple lesions found in both lungs in 8 patients. Ten cases demonstrated 21 consolidation lesions with air bronchogram, and one of the ten cases demonstrated two lesions with airway dilatation. Three cases demonstrated 5 masses or nodular lesions, 3 of these 5 lesions showed air bronchogram. Two cases demonstrated 6 ground glass attenuation lesions. One case showed mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy. Conclusion Pulmonary MALT lymphoma usually appears as multiple bilateral consolidations, masses, nodules with air bronchogram or lesions with groundglass attenuation at CT imaging. The imaging findings described above and with an indolent clinical course may suggest the diagnosis of pulmonary MALT lymphoma.

Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial resistance spectrum of Escherichia coli isolated from different clinical sam-ples to guide the nosocomial infection control and rational use of antibiotics. Methods:Escherichia coli from clinical samples were isola-ted and tested by microbiological assay system of BD Phoenix 100 and susceptibility test card in 2013. The drug resistance was analyzed and compared retrospectively. Results: There were 936 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from our hospital in 2013. Escherichia coli was resistant to common antibiotics at high level. Escherichia coli strains isolated from different samples varied in the drug susceptibili-ty. The resistance rate of the strains from sputum samples was higher than that from the other samples. Conclusion:The status of drug resistance of clinical isolated Escherichia coli to antibiotics is very serious. Escherichia coli isolated from different samples show different drug resistant features, and the antimicrobial therapy should be considered according to the antimicrobial susceptibility tests.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(02):-
The expressions of survivin and bcl-2 protiens were examined in 8 specimens from normal pituitary tissues and 38 pituitary adenomas by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the expression of survivin was strongly associated with bcl-2 expression and abnormal expression of survivin resulted in inhibition of cell apoptosis, which might play a role in the pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(7):1173-1175,1182
Objective To study the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)in diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS). Methods We studied the findings of electrophysiological examination and MRI in 30 elbows of 23 patients with CuTS and 15 elbows of 1 5 controls. We observed the motor conduction velocity (MCV),cross sectional area (CSA)and relative signal intensity (RSI)of the ulnar nerve acrossing the elbow at the point of largest size proximal to the entrapment point (CSA1 ,RSI1 )and the entrapment point (CSA2 ,RSI2 ).Then we calculated the ratio of CSA (CSAR=CSA1/CSA2 ),and the ratio of RSI (RSIR=RSI1/RSI2 ).Results The value of CSA1 and RSI1 was significantly greater than CSA2 ,RSI2 in the patient group (P<0.05).The value of CSA1 ,RSI1 , CSAR and RSIR in patients were significantly larger than that in controls (P<0.05).MCV was negatively correlated with CSA1 and CSAR in the patient group (r=-0.62,r=-0.53).There were no correlation between MCV and RSI1 ,RSIR in the patient group. The area under ROC curve of CSAR was the largest 0.94 (95% CI,0.83-1).The optimum cutoff point of CSAR was 1.83.The CSAR had sensitivity of 93.3% and specificity of 80% in diagnosis of CuTS.Conclusion MRI combined with the electrophysiologi-cal examination shows a high accuracy of locating the entrapment point of ulnar never lesion at the elbow. The CSAR of the ulnar nerve is the best MRI parameters in diagnosis of CuTS.
