1.Endoscopic Characteristics of Gastric in 201 Patients with Portalhypertension Caused by Posthepatitic Cirrhosis
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective Andoscopic characteristics of gastric mucosa in 201 cases with portalhypertension caused by hepatocirrhosis Abstract Portal hypertension is a common complication in patients with cirrhosis. Attention was gradually payed to gastric mucosal injury induced by portal hypertension. Methods To analyze the relationships among esophageal varices, gastric mucosal injury, ulcer and biliary regurgitation,201 cases with hepatocirrhosis were examined by endouscope. Results There were 100 patients with portal hypertensive gastropathy (PHG)in all the 201 patients. The rate of PHG in severe esophageal varices group was much higher than that in mild or moderate esophageal varices group(P
2.Clinical significance of HBV-DNA quantitation for antiviral therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To explore the clinical significancer of HBV-DNA quantitation for antiviral therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 125 patients were divided into two groups:group A 75 patients whose HBV-DNA quantitation were 1.0?10~5~9.9?10~6 copies/ml and group B 50 patients whose HBV-DNA quantita- tion were more than 1.0?10~7 copies/ml.Two groups were treated with interferon for half a year. Results The therapcutic effect for patients with low level HBV-DNA copies(group A)was better than that with high level HBV- DNA copies(group B).Conclusion The rates of HBV-DNA are closely related to the effect of antiveral therapy; The dynamic detection of HBV-DNA quantitation is helpful to the diagnosis, montioring, evaluation and antiviral therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
3.Analysis of Endoscopic Characteristics in 361 Patients with Bile Reflux Gastritis
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To explore the endoscopic characteristics of bile reflux gastritis, and to analyze its etiological factors retrospectively. Methods 361 patients were examineed by gastroscopy, and those whose mucous lake stained yellow or cohered bilious spots were detected by pathohistology and quick urease test were performed. Results The ratio of bile regurgitation in chronic gastritis patients was 65.1% while the ratio of gastric pit accrementition and Hp positiv were 4.7% and 25.3% respectively. Conclusions Bile regurgitation was a common phenomenon in chronic gastritis patients, while the characteristic change of pathologic histology wasn't gastric pit accrementition, and the infection rate of Hp in patients with bile reflux gastritis was low.
4.Therapeutic Effecl of Combined Therapy of Hepatocyte Growth-Promoting Factor and Transmetil on Chronic Tepatitis B
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of hepatocyte growth-promoting factor(HGF)and ademetionine on complication with severe anringinous in chronic hepatitis B.Methods 160patients were randomly divided into treatment group A(54),control group B(53) and group C(53).The treatment group were treated with hepatocyte growth-promoting factor and Transmetil, the group B were treated with KUHUANG injection and HGF,the group C were treated with Potassium magnessium aspartape and HGF.The therapeutic courses were 30 days. Results The liver function(Tbil,AST,ALT,AKP,r-GGT),climical symptom and physical sign were compared before and after being treated. The recovery rates of liver function in treatment group were higher singnificantly than that of control group. The levels of liver function in treatment group after being treated is lower significantly than that of before(P

OBJECTIVETo observe the CSF3R, ASXL1, SETBP1, JAK2 V617F and CALR mutations in patients with chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL).
METHODSTwelve suspected "CNL" patients were retrospectively reviewed according the WHO criteria (2008). CSF3R,ASXL1,SETBP1 and CALR mutations were sequenced, and JAK2 V617F was tested by allele specific (AS)-PCR.
RESULTS6 of 12 cases were diagnosed as CML, and all of the 6 carried. 4 of 6 patients also had ASXL1 and SETBP1 mutations and one had a CALR mutation (c.1154-1155insTTGTC). Two patients with monoclonal gammopathy with uncertain significance (MGUS) combined with CNL-like symptoms had no CSF3R, ASXL1, SETBP1, JAK2 V617F or CALR mutation. The same results were also seen in other 4 cases with secondary neutrophilic leukocytosis.
CONCLUSIONCSF3R, ASXL1 and SETBP1 mutations differential diagnosis of CNL, and should be included in the diagnostic protocol so as to improve diagnostic accuracy for CNL.

Scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) by antioxidants is the important therapy to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) in stroke. The antioxidant with novel dual-antioxidant mechanism of directly scavenging ROS and indirectly through antioxidant pathway activation may be a promising CIRI therapeutic strategy. In our study, a series of chalcone analogues were designed and synthesized, and multiple potential chalcone analogues with dual antioxidant mechanisms were screened. Among these compounds, the most active not only conferred cytoprotection of HO-induced oxidative damage in PC12 cells through scavenging free radicals directly and activating NRF2/ARE antioxidant pathway at the same time, but also played an important role against ischemia/reperfusion-related brain injury in animals. More importantly, in comparison with mono-antioxidant mechanism compounds, exhibited higher cytoprotective and neuroprotective potential and Overall, our findings showed compound could emerge as a promising anti-ischemic stroke drug candidate and provided novel dual-antioxidant mechanism strategies and concepts for oxidative stress-related diseases treatment.
