Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective: To investigate the undergraduate's sand play themes and the symbol interpretation Method: The sample included 36 subjects, 16 male students, 20 female students A 72?50?7 6cm sand stray and an assortment of miniatures were provided Each subject made two sand plays in one week interval Result: The themes in sand play of students were almost outdoor activities and family problem, which appeared in 56 of the total 72 trays (78%) Themes of traumatic childhood experiences that were prominent in results of western research did not appear Fences were used in 54 of the 72 trays (72%), the subjects interpreted the meaning of fences as boundary of self, safety, space for self, etc
2.Attention Promotion Effect of Flotation Therapy
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(10):-
Objective: To evaluate the effect of flotation therapy on the attention of undergraduates. Method: Subjects were 53 undergraduates (26 male, 27 female). They were randomly divided into 5 groups. Group 1,2,3 and group 4 were flotation groups and group 5 was control group. Each subject finished four therapies. Visual attention attribution and diversion (T5) and bilateral two- choice reaction time (T8) were used as the indexes. Result: As a whole, the T5 and T8 times of the subjects in the flotation groups were shortened in the course of the therapy. The promotion of attention in the male subjects was better than that in the female subjects. There was no significant difference between the changes of bilateral two-choice reaction time. The promotion in the flotation subjects was significantly better than that in the control subjects and it could not be explained totally by practice effect. Conclusion: The attention of the subjects can be promoted by flotation therapy. This study could not support the assumption that flotation therapy could promote the function of right brain as some prior studies declared.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(1):73-76
Objective:To investigate the brain activation patten associated with visual sexual stimuli.Method:Thirteen healthy right-handed women were enrolled through advertisements on campus. They were scanned under functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) when they watched emotional neutral films excepts and erotic films excepts.Statistic on theses data reveals the difference of brain activation.Result:The results showed that, compared to emotional neutral films, sexual visual stimuli were associated with the activation of a set of bilateral brain areas including lateral occipital cortex, postcentral gyrus, superior parietal lobule, occipital fusiform gyrus, hippocampus, and so on.Most activated brain areas are bilateral.Only in inferior frontal gyrus pars opercularis(Z=3.64,P<0.0001) and pars triangular(Z=3.42,P=0.003) there were significant right hemispheric activation. Conclusion:fMRI results indicate that inferior frontal gyrus is related to the visual sexual stimuli of women subjects, and is specified on the right hemisphere rather than left one. This sphere-special area may play an important role on sexual message processing.

Objective To study dIe ESBLs and plasmid-mediated AmpC enzymes in E.Coli and Klebsiella spp. with CLSI ESBL-screening test positive, confirmation test negative but cefepime susceptible. Methods Antimierobial susceptibility testing were performed by Kirby-Bauer(K-B)method.The genes encoding ESBLs and plasmid-mediated AmpC enzymes were detected by PCR Transfer of ESBLs or plagmid-mediated AmpC resistance was studied by conjugation experiments. The homology of donor (E.coli),recipient(E.coli J53)and their transconjugants were analyzed by ERIC-PCR DNA fingerprints of E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were analyzed by PFGE as recommended bv PulseNet protocoL Results Of 18 isolates from Huashan Hospital,11 were E.coli.6 were Klebsiella pneumoniae and 1 was Klebsiella oxytoca.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated all of 18 isolates were positive on the CLSI ESBL screening test but negative on the confirmation test.and all of isolates were susceptible to cefepime(a zoneof-inhibition diameter of≥18 mm wag considered to indicate susceptible).PCR results indicated that 9 of the 11 E.coli isolates predued CMY-2 AmpC enzyme.TEM,SHV,CTX-M,PER,VEB or SFO type β-lactamages were not identified.Of 6 Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates.5 were DHA-1 AmpC-producing strains.4 of the 5 DHA-1 AmpC-producing strains were coexistence of broad-speetrumβ-lactamaae or extended-spectrumβ-lactamase.including two producing SHV-11 and two producing CTX-M-14 and SHV-62 type ESBL respectively. One Klebsiella oxytoca wag also DHA-1 AmpC producing strain.Conjugation experiments indicated that both ESBLs and AmpC enzymes could be transfefred from donor to recipient.PFGE indicated that the DNA fingerprints of K.pneumoniae were difierent but seven CMY-2 AmpC-producing E.coli isolates from general surgieal ward were similar.Concluslons The main mechanism of antibiotic resistance in CLSI ESBLs-screening test-positive but eefepime.susceptible E.coli and KIebsiellaspp.is production of plagmid-mediated AmpC enzymes. Some strains produce both AmpC enzyme and ESBLs.Such strains should be reported as resistant to cefepime. The results suggest that laboratories should routinely conduct research on the ESBLs and plnsmid.mediated AmpC enzymes in Enterobacteriaceae in order to report antimicrobial susceptibility testing results more correcdy.
