1.Experimental study of antitumor of spleen LAK cell and LAK-88/DC cell (?)ne from 615 Inbred mice
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
In the present experiment, we investigated the im munoprophylactic and immunotherapeutic effects of transferring spleen LAK cells or " LAK-88/DC " cells from 615 inbred mice against mouse leukemia. The results showed that transferring LAK cells or "LAK-88/DC" cells and injecting conditional medium for a week 21 days before L615 inoculation induced significant prophylactic effects, which cured 80% of the L615-sufferring mice. Injecting conditional medium alone was also effective, which cured 60% of the mice, While transferring LAK cells or "LAK-88/DC" cells at the same time with L615 inoculation or 1 day after L615 inoculation presented no apparent therapeutic effect. However, when combined with cyclophosphamide (CY) chemotherapy, the transfer of LAK cells or "LAK-88/DC " cells 5 days after L615 inoculation could prolong the mean survival time and even cured 25%-28.6% of the advanced L615 leukemic mice.
2.Clinical study of anterior chamber lens iris clip intraocular lens implantation for high myopia
International Eye Science 2014;(7):1319-1321
AlM: To evaluate the clinical effect of implantation of phakic anterior chamber iris clip intraocular lens in high myopia patients.
METHODS: Fifty eyes of 28 high myopia patients with anterior chamber phakic Verisyse iris clip intraocular lens implantation were observed. The visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal and anterior chamber inflammation changes were observed after the procedure.
RESULTS: Fifty eyes of 28 high myopia patients were successfully accepted implantation of phakic anterior chamber iris clip intraocular lens. Visual acuity of all the patients was increased after operation. And one year later, visual acuity of 38 eyes ( 76%) ≥1. 0, 12 eyes (24%) ≥0. 5, best corrected visual acuity of 40 eyes (80%) ≥1. 0, 10 eyes ( 20%) ≥0. 5. ln 22 eyes, the postoperative best corrected visual acuity were reached and exceeded preoperative best corrected visual acuity.CONCLUSlON: lmplantation of iris clip intraocular lens in high myopia patients with anterior chamber lens was feasibility and effective.
3.Application of differential proteomics in mechanism research of acupuncture.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2011;9(8):819-23
Proteomics, a new branch of science, has been used to study protein expressions on the molecular level with a dynamic perspective. Organisms under varying states may express different proteins, which results in the set-up of differential proteomics. Research methods of differential proteomics include the separation and identification of proteins. Differential proteomics has a rapid development in recent years. In the study of acupuncture, researchers have reached certain achievements using differential proteomics to investigate the mechanisms of acupuncture treatment for some diseases, including acute spinal cord injury, ischemic cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease and neuralgia.
5.Relationship between ceramide, gastrins and colorectal neoplasms
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(9):612-614
It is confirmed that expression of gastrins in some colorectal neoplasms cells and their tissue is abnormal. The abnormal expression of gastrins have close relationship with the occurrence and the develop-ment of colorectal neoplasms. Gastrins binding with receptor can regulate ceramides content and promote cells proliferation by series of signal transduction pathways. Blocking these signal transduction pathways may provide a novel therapeutic approach for colorectal neoplasms prevention and treatment.
8.Correlation of bone mineral density with disease duration and body mass in elder men with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(15):-
normal group, and the difference of bone mineral density was significant between two groups with lumbar spines and trochanter (P 0.05).③Osteoporosis grouping: The risk factors of osteoporosis may be found only in BMI between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P
9.Expression of neuropeptide Y and vasoactive intestine peptide in developmental bone and its relationship with angiogenesis and osteoblast differentiation
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(02):-
Objective To study the expression patterns of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and vasoactive intestine peptide(VIP)during the bone development, and its possible relationship with angioge nesis and osteoblast differ-entiation.Methods The bones of low extremity of SD embry o and new -born rats were taken, fixed in formalin and packed by paraffin wax.The developmental stages of bone were determi ned by HE stain The representative specimen were picked out and within t he same layer the sections were taken immunohistochemical stain respective to anti-NPY,VIP,vasoepithelial grow th factor(VEGF)and alkaline phosphatatase(AP).The location and intensity of stain were compared by microscopi c observation. Results During the earliest stage of osteoge nesis, there was no sign of angiogenesis while osteob last began to differentiate and it parallels the intensity of ossificati on activity. At the first ossification center, the l ocation and pattern of NPY expressio n are similar to those of VEGF.Conclusions Due to VIP expression at the earliest stage of osteogenesis, the bone tissue may have the independent nerve control before angiogenesis. The expression similarity of timing and lo cation between NPY and VEGF suggests there is certain relationship between NPY-energetic nerve and angiogenesis.
10.Development of chitin and its derivatives for tissue engineering
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the present conditions and prospects of chitin and its derivatives use for tissue engineering. Methods:The literatures about the use in tissue engineering of chitin and its derivatives were widely reviewed, at one time, analysed the present conditions of them. ResultSrThere are two aspects about the major use of chitin and its derivatives for tissue engineering, one is act as a sustained release agent, the other is act as a biology scaffold material, and it had made an importan role in reconstruction of many kinds of tissues. Conclusion:Chitin and its derivatives were a kind of nature high polymer material which have distinctive biologic activity. It will be a wide prospect in study of tissue engineering. The focal point of chitin and its derivatives will focus on the compound materials.
