2.Effects of Compound Danshen injection on acute viral myocarditis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):139-141
Objective To analyse effects of Compound Danshen injection on acute viral myocarditis.Methods-128 patients with acute viral myocarditis were divided into two groups from May 2015 to February 2017 in Yuhang District, the Second People's Hospital. The two groups received the conventional treatment plan, the observation group was given compound Danshen injection, the evaluation of compound Danshen injection on the disease effect.Results①Total efficiency of observation group was 93.75%,higher than that of control group 76.56%(P<0.05).②Serum TNF-ɑ and IL-6 level of observation group were[(72.4±10.4), (36.15±4.68)]ng/L,lower than that of control group[(95.0±12.7), (46.23±5.24)ng/L](P<0.05).③Serum AST,CK-MB and LDHI level of observation group were[(43.19±3.25), (17.34±3.31), (168.4±13.9)]U/L,lower than that of control group[(0.47±0.08)μg/L, (9.05±1.93)mg/L)](P<0.05).Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and FIB level of observation group were[(5.95±1.91)mPa·s, (1.49±0.17)mPa·s, (3.20±0.58g/L)],lower than that of control group[(52.09±4.61), (25.55±3.86),(201.5±15.4)U/L](P<0.05).④There was no obvious adverse reaction in the control group and the observation group had 3.13% adverse reactions.ConclusionCompound Danshen injection can reduce the level of inflammation in patients with acute viral myocarditis, protect myocardial cells and improve treatment effect.

5.Clinical value of contrast - enhanced ultrasound for intra - ocular tumor diagnosis
International Eye Science 2016;16(7):1386-1388
AIM: To investigate the application value of contrast -enhanced ultrasound ( CEUS) and analysis software for intra-ocular tumor diagnosis.
METHODS:Retrospective analysis for 90 cases (90 eyes) with intra- ocular tumor with CEUS examination, and all cases were confirmed by pathology after surgery or clinical comprehensive diagnosis and follow-up.
RESULTS: Choroidal hemangioma, choroidal melanoma, choroidal metastatic carcinoma had obvious different CEUS enhancement pattern, quantitative analysis indexes of those tumors by imaging analysis software were significantly different (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: The CEUS can provide quantitative analysis for intra - ocular tumor with preferable clinical application value.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2000;0(06):-
With the rapid development of proteomics technology,SELDI protein chip technology has become a powerful tool for proteomics with the capacity of gathering sample separation, purification, testing and data analysis together. As its convenience,high-throughput and high-sensitivity,as well as simple and fast analysis,SELDI technology plays an important role in the diagnosis and prevention of tumor. Here we re- view the basic principles, features and recent advances of this technology in digestive tumor.

This research is to investigate study the flavonoids from stems of Nelumbo nucifera and the cytotoxic activities of iso- lated compounds. The constituents were separated by column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analyses. The isolated compounds were evaluated for cytoxic activities by MTT method. Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as rhamnazin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), luteolin-3', 4'-dimethylether-7-O-beta-D-glucoside (2), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), quercetin-3,3'-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), 1, 8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone (5), isorhamnetin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(6) , kaempferol(7), isorhamnetin (8), quercetin(9), astragalin(10), hyperoside (11) and 1-hy- droxy-3,7,8-trimethoxyxanthone(12). All compounds were isolated from stems of this plant for the first time, and compounds 1-5 were firstly isolated from the family nelumbonaceae. Compounds 24 and 6 showed significant cytotoxic activities against BEL-7402 carcinoma cell lines at a concentration of 1 x 10(-5) mol x L(-1) with the inhibitory rate of 67.36%, 53.25%, 57.78%, 60.13% and 52.11%, respectively.

9. Effect of physical techniques on in vitro transdermal permeability of sinapine thiocyanate
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2017;44(5):432-436
Objective To compare the improvement effect of three physical techniques on the transdermal absorption of sinapine thiocyanate(ST)in vitro, including microneedles, sonophoresis and iontophoresis, and to evaluate the mechanism and rules of physcial techniques on the transdermal absorption of poorly transdermal absorbed drugs. Methods In vitro transdermal experiment was carried out under the circumstances of microneedles, sonophoresis or iontophoresis, using the modified Franz diffusion pool. The 2 mg/ml ST solution was adopted as the donor solution, and the SD rats′ abdomen skin was used as the model skin. Sampling was carried out at the predetermined time points and each sample was analyzed by HPLC. Cumulative transdermal amount and steady transdermal absorption rate were calculated. Pathological slides were made after the skins were treated with microneedles, sonophoresis and iontophoresis for 12 h. The structure changes were observed to evaluate the transdermal improvement mechanism of different technologies. Results Accumulated transdermal amount of ST was little without any techniques. The transdermal improvement effect of different technologies was as follows: Microneedles>sonophoresis>iontophoresis. A substantial hole formed on the skin by microneedles to promote ST transdermal absorption obviously. Sonophoresis disrupted the tight structure of skin and improved the transdermal absorption of drugs easily. The effect of iontophresis on skin structure was little. Conclusion This study provides experimental evidence for choice of different techniques to improve transdermal absorption.
