1.Study on the biocompatibility and the application in cardiothoracic surgery of biomaterial
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(4):251-253
A nice biomaterial, which could replace the correlated tissue or organic of human body, supports the homologous function of organism, and accelerates the process of self recovery and autotherapy in the same time. The application of biomaterial in clinic, not only have the chemical characters and function of vitodynamics to match, but also be with nice biocompatibility and practical safety. Some development of biomaterial and the biocompatibility of it in this paper was reviewed, and the application status in the cardiothoracic surgery in recent years.
2.Research and application of biomaterial in related territory of surgery
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(5):332-335
With the development of the cross-correlation technique in surgery, the transplantation and vi-cariousness have become more and more important in repair surgery and reconstructive surgery. A nice bio-material could replace the related tissue or organ of human body, support the homologous function of organ-ism,and accelerate the process of self recovery and autotherapy. This review is about the status of research and application of biomaterial in surgery.

After the problems in digitalizing ancient books on traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed, the principles that should be followed in their digitalization were pointed out according to its theories and practice. The platform for digitalizing them was constructed with《Collective Notes to Canon of Materia Medica》as an example, and its design ideas, framework, development model and functional modules were described.

Objective:To discuss the quality control method of injection pump and analyze the factors that affect the quality control of injection pump. Methods: Flow error and blocking alarm error were tested by the INFUTEST 2000E dual-channel infusion pump analyzer according to the national calibration specifications. Results: The syringe specifications, injection speed and injection solvent could influence the test for accuracy of injection pump. The lower injection speed set, the bigger flow test error was, while the smaller the blocking alarm test error was. On the other hand, the higher the injection speed set, the smaller the flow test error was and the bigger the blocking alarm test error was. Besides, the higher qualified rate of flow test was, the lower the qualified rate of blocking alarm test was. Conclusion: The quality control of injection pump should abide by the principle of controllable risk, and should not pursuit too much accuracy.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To study the diagnostic value of spiral CT pulmonary angiography(SCTPA) for pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods SCTPA scans were performed in 25 patients with PE,the contrast-enhanced SCT scans of the pulmonary arteries were performed,MPR,MIP and SSD were performed simultaneously. Results The 29 SCTPA scans were performed in 25 patients, including the central type in 23 cases(92%) and the peripheral type in 2 cases(8%).The rates of the main, the sinistral and dextral, the middle lobular, the lobular and the lingular pulmonary artery displayed were 100%,the rates of the segmental pulmonary artery displayed were 97.77% and the rates of the subsegmental pulmonary artery displayed were 68.00%.The lobular and segmental pulmonary artery were mainly embolized, the rates of PE were between 46.58% and 75.00%.Conclusion SCTPA has great value in earlier and clear and definite diagnosis of PE.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the prevalence and subtype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and its correlation with age among women in Beijing urban area, and provide some epidemiological evidence for the clinical application of HPV vaccines.
METHODSWe collected cervical specimens from 1999 women in the Outpatient Department of our hospital, performed genetyping of HPV-DNA, and analyzed the incidence of HPV infection in different age groups.
RESULTSHPV infection was detected in 502 (25.2%) of the 1999 women patients, with 391 (19.6%) cases of high-risk HPV, which included 326 (83.4%, 326/391) cases of single infection. HPV-16 was the most common type (21.2%, 69/326), followed by HPV-52 (19.3%, 63/326) and HPV-58 (16.0%, 52/326). The prevalence of HPV infection was the highest among the women aged 41 -50 years and the lowest among those over 60 years.
CONCLUSIONThe subtype- and age-specific distribution of HPV infection among women in Beijing urban area shows an obvious heterogeneity, which deserves due consideration in the clinical application of HPV vaccines.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(23):16-18
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of selective bronchial arterial embolization for severe hemoptysis. Methods Thirty-eight hospitalized patients with severe hemoptysis was enrolled in this study.Of which 31 patients were recurrent hemoptysis,27 patients were with bronchiectasis,4 patients were with bronchial lung cysts,4 patients had unknown causes,3 patients were with tuberculosis. All patients were diagnosed by chest imaging examination, fiber bronchoscopy, bronchial arteriography, and they were all treated by selective bronchial arterial embolization. Results The most times of embolization was 3,and bronchial arterial imaging were performed for vascular malformation. After having bronchial arterial embolization,35 patients were immediately released of bleeding.Postoperative 24 h,8 patients had hemoptysis again,of which 1 case was performed with conservative treatment and subsequently had pneumonectomy,5 patients had effective conservative treatment,2 cases were performed embolization again after failed conservative treatments.Hemoptysis completely disappeared within 1 week. The total effective rate was 97.4%(37/38).Patients were followed up for 1 year,of which 13 patients relapsed again,11 patients'annual and each time's quantity of hemoptysis reduced 50%.Two patients had pneumonectomy after a number of embolization. The total effective rate was 94.7% (36/38).After treatment,3 patients had mild chest pain in short time,2 patients had shoulder pain,3 patients had chest tightness, and 3 patients had subcutaneous passive congestion. After being treated for short-term,these symptoms disappeared eventually. Conclusion Selective bronchial arterial embolization for the treatment of acute or recurrent severe hemoptysis is very effective, and can avoid the risk of surgery. It is effective for recurrent cases and worthy of clinical application.
