Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;33(5):426-428
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic microbes in blood culture and analysis of drug resis-tance of common pathogens in children with acute leukemia. Methods BACTE-FX system made by BD company was applied for the blood culture of children with acute leukemia. API or VITEK-2 Compact bacterial identiifcation system was used for iden-tiifcation of bacteria. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed by disk diffusion method. Results Among 6400 blood culture samples in children with acute leukemia, 713 cases were positive at the rate of 11.1%. Among 655 strains ifrst isolated from the patient, Gram-positive bacteria were 52.5% (344/655) and dominated byStaphylococcus. Strains resistant to vancomy-cin and linezolid were not found. 278 strains (42.5%) were Gram-negative bacteria , andS.marcescens andE.coli were dominat-ed. Gram-negetive bacteria showed high antibacterial activity to imipenem with the sensitive rate of 100%. 33 strains (5%) were fungi. Conclusions Staphylococcus,S.marcescens, and E.coli were the most important bacteria in blood culture of children with acute leukemia. We can offer effective help for clinical treatment with the susceptibility testing.

3.Comparative study between protein profile of mice endometrium with blastocysts adhering and without blastocysts adhering
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:Examining the difference in the protein profiling of endometrium between the blastocyst-adhering side and the side without blastocyst adhering,in order to study the asynchrony of blastocysts adhesion between two uteri. Methods:The endometrium with and without blastocyst adhering from the mice pregnant for 5 days were analyzed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and imaging analysis. Results:The number of matched protein spots between two gels was up to 82.5%.760 and 720 protein spots with a molecular mass between 14.0~75.4 and isoelectric points (pI)from 4~7 were catalogued from silver-stained gels of the blastocyst-adhering endometrium and the endometrium without blastocyst adhering respectively. At least 60 proteins were up-regulated or down-regulated by over two folds between two groups. Conclusion:the different expression of protein profile may be a cause underlying the the asynchrony of blastocysts adhesion between two uteri.
4.Exercise training improves the arterial baroreflex function in heart failure rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2010;26(1):59-63
AIM: To investigate the effect of exercise training(EX) on the arterial baroreflex and possible mechanisms in rats with chronic heart failure(CHF).METHODS: Experiments were carried out in four groups: EX-CHF,CHF,EX-sham,and sham. CHF was induced by left coronary artery ligation, and EX consisted of 4 weeks of treadmill running. Baroreflex function, plasma angiotensin II(Ang II) and central AT1 receptor expression were determined.RESULTS: (1) The average slope and maximal gain of the baroreflex curve in CHF rats were lower than those in sham rats(P<0.01). EX significantly enhanced baroreflex parameters in CHF group but not in sham group.(2) EX decreased plasma Ang II in CHF rats [(137±27)ng/L vs (263±55)ng/L,P<0.01],but had no significant effect on plasma Ang II in sham rats [(75±17)ng/L vs (92±21)ng/L].(3) Expression of AT1R protein in the PVN of CHF rats was higher than that in sham rats(1.20±0.21 vs 0.70±0.14,P<0.01). EX reduced AT1R protein level in CHF rats(0.90±0.13),but had no impact in sham rats(0.60±0.16).CONCLUSION: EX restores the attenuated arterial baroreflex function in CHF rats, involving in decrease of plasma Ang II and downregulation of AT1R in the PVN.
5.Icaritin promotes the apoptosis of leukemia K562 cells
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(6):340-343
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of the icaritin on the human cronic myeloid leukemia K562 cells. Methods The K562 cells at logarithmic growth phase were divided into the control group and the icaritin group. The cells in the control group were normally treated and the cells in the icaritin group were incubated with 8 μmol/L icaritin. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method and flow cytometry were used to examine the proliferation and apoptotic changes in the two groups after incubation for 72 h, respectively. Gene expression of p85 and Akt were detected by RT-PCR. The protein changes of p85, Akt, p-p85, p-Akt cleavage-caspase-3 and caspase-3 were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with the control group, the proliferation rate of K562 cells in the icaritin group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), however the apoptotic rate of K562 cells and the expressions of p-p85, p-Akt, cleavage-caspase-3 in the icaritin group were significantly increased (all P< 0.05), but the expressions of p85 mRNA, Akt mRNA and caspase-3 protein had no difference (all P> 0.05). Conclusion Icaritin could induce the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of K562 cell, and its mechanism may be achieved through activating the PI3K-Akt signal transduction pathway.
6.Construction and enlightenment of teaching management information platform for nursing interns
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(25):1894-1896
Objective To summarize the modernization of information demand of clinical teaching and management of nursing interns, evaluate the effect of development of the nursing intern teaching management information platform in the clinical effect. Methods Through literature retrieval, inductive method, on the basis of the needs analysis of nursing interns, clinical teachers, Nursing Education Center personnel a total of 41 people were divided into 5 groups with 5-7 people each. Brainstorming method was used to build the initial module and design the questionnaire and the interview outline. The clinical teaching teacher questionnaire was investigated in 101 part and in-depth interviews. Results The recovery of 100 valid questionnaires, the effective questionnaire 99.0%(100/101) and in-depth interviews with 15 excellent clinical teachers, the final 7 first level indices and 55 two level indices; finally running test platform development and 6 months, again the clinical teacher interviews, trial platform had a satisfactory result. Conclusion The nursing intern teaching management information platform is helpful to improve the teaching quality of nursing interns and management efficiency.

8.Analysis on the Efficiency of 14 Division-level Hospitals of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Based on DEA Model
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(7):78-80
Objective: To evaluate the operational efficiency of the division-level hospitals of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Methods: Use DEA’s CCR model and BCC model to calculate the overall efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and use super-efficiency model to calculate efficiency ranking of the division-level hospitals. Results: In the total pattern, there were 28.6%of the agricultural division hospitals at the stage of constant returns scale;in the medical service model, there were only 14.3% hospitals at that stage. Conclusion: From the results of two models, the technical efficiency has more room for improvement, compared with efficiency scale. The hospital needs to improve the level of health care technique, avoid blind expansion, minimize unnecessary input, strengthen internal meticulous management, and improve the overall operating efficiency of the hospital.

10.Study of the Indoor Air Pollutants and Their Health Effects
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
As the people's life quality improved, more and more attention has been paid to indoor air pollution. The SBS (sick building syndrome) resulting from indoor air pollution has become an unavoidable problem in the modern life. Indoor air pollution has been listed as one of the five most dangerous environmental factors to human health. The present paper mainly analysed the prominent indoor air pollutants such as formaldehyde, radon, ammonia, nitrogen oxides and VOCs, which affect indoor air quality, and also pointed out the research direction and the high lights in this field in future.
