OBJECTIVE: To provide references for the control of drug advertisements in China. METHODS: The reasons accountable for the illegal drug advertisements that failed to be eliminated were investigated thoroughly by summarizing their manifestation patterns, meanwhile some corresponding countermeasures were brought forward. RESULT & CONCLUSION: The department concerned should strengthen the control of drug advertisements, purify drug advertisement market, and prevent the hidden danger of drug safety from happening.

OBJECTIVE:To provide advices on how to apply to the theory of customer relationship management in retail drugstores.METHODS:The theory of customer relationship management was briefly expounded and its application in the real management of drugstores was analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Only after the retail drugstore putting the ideas of customer relationship management into their everyday work according to their own features can their function brought into full play.

Diabetic Osteoporosis is a general metabolic bone disease having fracture tendency because of osteopenia in unit volume,microstructural changes of bone tissue,decreased bone strength and increased friability,which is one of important complications of diabetes mellitus in skeletal system.Studies on bone involvement in patients with diabetes mellitus have generated conflicting results,largely because of the pathogenetic complexity of the condition.There are many factors,including advantageous and disadvantageous factors,influence the probability of osteoporotic fractures in diabetics.Adequate glycemic control,and calcium and vitamin D intakes,and the prevention and treatment of diabetic complications are key elements in the elimination of osteoporosis in diabetes mellitus.Patients with osteoporosis and diabetes should be offered the same pharmacological treatments as non-diabetics.

Spleen-yin theory was the innovation of doctors in Ming Dynasty for Piwei theory of Dongyuan based on the inheritance of nourishing yin theory of Danxi. But because of rise of stomach yin theory, spleen yin theory was ignored gradually. This article revealed the neutralizing therapeutic conception contained in this theory, which was hoped to be applyed into medical practice and to be deepened furtherly.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of intraosseous versus traditional infusion in critical pediatric patients under resuscitation.Methods 56 critical pediatric patients under resuscitation,who were difficult to establish a venous access,were divided into two groups:intraosseous infusion group (IOI group)and traditional group.The clinical characteristics,lab tests,clinical efficacy and complications of all patients were recorded in detail. Results The general characteristics of two groups were comparable.The mean operation time to establish an emergency infusion access in the IOI group was (1.01 ±0.53)min,which was significantly shorter than (8.97 ±2.36)min of the traditional group(t =4.856,P <0.01).The IOI group had a greater efficacy over the traditional group (50.0% vs 36.7%),in the IOI group,the patients showed obvious positive effect and less patients had no efficacy(χ2 =18.476, P <0.05 ).In addition,lower complication rate and mortality were observed in the IOI group.Conclusion For critical pediatric patients under resuscitation whose intravascular access cannot be achieved through peripheral venous,intraosseous infusion is prior to traditional infusion.

Aim Vascular endothelial cell growth inhibitor(VEGI) is a recently discovered novel member of the TNF superfamily,which is expressed predominantly in endothelial cells.As an endothelial cell-specific negative regulator of angiogenesis,the relationship between structure and function of VEGI is not understood at present.Methods In order to explore the functional key amino acids of VEGI,four mutants of VEGI(E45→R,G47→A,Y111→F,Y111→T) were construced by site-directed mutagenesis,and recombinant proteins were generated from E.coli.Four mutant proteins behaved similar to the wild type VEGI in various physico-chemical assays.The proliferation of HUVEC and chick choriallantic membrane assay were performed to study the activity of four mutants.Results The mutant E45→R significantly decreased the biological activity,and the mutant G47→A caused a slight drop on activity,but the mutants Y111→F,Y111→T almost completely abolished biological activity.Conclusion It suggests that Y111 is an important residue in biological activity,which may play a direct role in receptor recognition.Moreover,the tyrosine ring and hydroxy group of the amino acid are important determinant of biological activity.Additionally,E45 also plays an important role in biological activity of VEGI.

Objective To investigate the applicative value of transvaginal color doppler sonography com-bined with CA125 which is tumor detection maker in the the diagnosis of ovarian of benign and malignant tumor . Methods We analyzed sonographic features ,blood flow of transvaginal color doppler sonography and serum CA 125 level in 102 ovarian tumor cases and compared with pathological findings and study the sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of ovarian of benign and malignant tumor detected by transvaginal color doppler sonography were respectively 80.6%,95.8%and 91.2%. The sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of ovarian of benign and malignant tumor detected by tumor makers CA125 were 87.1%,87.3%and 87.3%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diag-nosis of ovarian of benign and malignant detected by transvaginal color doppler sonography combined with tumor makers CA125 were 93.5%,97.2%and 96.1%respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of results de-tected by the combination of both methods were higher than the single one .Conclusion The combination among the sonographic features ,blood flow of transvaginal color doppler sonography and serum tumor markers CA 125 im-proves the efficiency of ovarian benign and malignant tumor diagnosis ,and therefore shows the great clinical value .

Objective To understand the status quo of work satisfaction of the graduates of GP vocational training program by Zhongshan hospital Fudan university,to provide bases for making best GP career development strategy by health authorities.Methods Using short form of the career orientation inventory to conduct career investigation of the 152 graduates of GP vocational training program by Zhongshan hospital,Fudan university.152 questionnaires were issued and the effective response rate was 100％.Results The top of GPs' career anchor is job security orientation (106,69.7％),followed by technical competence (28,18.4％),service (8,5.3 ％),managerial (5,3.3 ％),autonomy (3,1.9％),lifestyle (1,0.7 ％),entrepreneurship (1,0.7 ％),pure challenge (0,0) and geographic security orientation (0,0).We found that for male GPs,they displayed higher score for entrepreneurship orientation than female GPs (t =2.775,P =0.006).Those older than 35 displayed higher score for geographic security orientation than those younger than 35 (t =-2.154,P =0.033).GPs with at least 10 years' work experience displayed higher score for geographic security orientation than those with less than 10 years' work experience (t =-2.414,P =0.017).The distribution of all types of career orientations of GPs was the same no matter how different their degrees and professional titles were.Conclusions Job security orientation and technical competence are the major job orientations of GP vocational training program by Zhongshan hospital,some career anchor orientations are related to age,gender and duration of work experience.Effective career management should be conducted based on these characters of the graduates' career orientation.

Objective:To compare the efficacy of computed tomography(CT)and comventional X-ray plain film in assessing hip joint trauma.Methods:76 patients with hip joint trauma were studied by CT and X-ray plain film.The efficacy of CT and X-ray plain film in assessing the acetabular fracture,femoral head and neck fracture,intra-articular loose bone fragment,dislocation of hip joint,and para-articular soft tissue injuries was evaluated and compared.Results:CT was superior to X-ray plain film in demonstrating acetabular fracture,femoral head fracture and intraarticular loose bone fragment.CT was also effectively in revealing of intra-articular effusion and hemorrhage,paraarticular soft swelling.Conclusion:CT was a necessary way to evaluated hip joint trauma,and was more effective than X-ray plain film in diagnosis of hip joint trauma.

OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effects of Danshen injection on 5/6 nephrectomiy induced model rats with in-flammatory renal injury. METHODS:50 rats were equally randomized into a sham-operation (isometric distilled water) group,a model (isometric distilled water) group,a positive control [captopril 5 mg/(kg·d)] group and Danshen injection low-dose and high-dose [1.6,4.8 ml/(kg·d)] groups. Models were established by performing 5/6 nephrectomy on the rats in all groups except the sham-operation group. The rats were given drugs for 4 consecutive weeks from the 6th week. 24 h urine protein was determined for all rats every week. After the last administration,the contents of creatinine,urea nitrogen and interleukins 1β(IL-1β),IL-2 and IL-10 in rats’serum were determined. Pathological changes and infiltration of macrophages CD68 in rats’kidney tissues were ob-served. RESULTS:Compared to the sham-operation group,those in the model group had more 24 h urine protein and more obvi-ous renal pathologic changes during 1-4 weeks of administration,and higher contents of creatinine,urea nitrogen,IL-1β,IL-2 and IL-10 and CD68 positive expression in serum. Compared to the model group,during 2-4 weeks of administration,those in the posi-tive control group and Danshen injection low-dose and high-dose groups had less 24 h urine protein,milder renal pathologic chang-es,and lower contents of creatinine,urea nitrogen,IL-1β and CD68 positive expression in serum,and higher content of IL-10, and only the rats in the positive control group demonstrated lower IL-2 content. There of the above were statistical differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Danshen injection can alleviate renal pathologic changes and reduce inflammatory injury of the kidneys of 5/6 nephrectomiy induced model rats.
