Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative ward rounds of doctors and nurses.Methods The department of cardiovascular diseases was involved in the trial. The conventional nursing ward rounds from January to June 2012 were set as control group(before collaborative ward rounds)and the collaborative rounds were as the experiment group from July to December 2012(after collaborative ward rounds). The degree of satisfaction of doctors and patients with nurses in the department was investigated before and after the implementation.Result The level of satisfaction of doctors and patients with nurses after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative clinical rounds can improve the quality of holistic nursing and raise the level of satisfaction of doctors and patients with nurses.

Objective To study effect of traditional Chinese medicine chrysanthemum decoction on RSV infection after A549 cells chemotactic factor.Methods Subjects from The Second Hospital Affilated To Suzhou University in recent days, 64 cases of patients diagnosed with RSV effected pneumonia by clinical examination, RSV infection A549 cell model was established and the infected cells were cultured, chrysanthemums with TCM decoction and conventional antiviral observed its effect on RSV infection cell survival, compared two groups of cell SAP was determined by ELISA kit and the expression of RANTEs and chemokines MCP-1.Results Chrysanthemum, according to the results of in vitro cell culture studies traditional Chinese medicine decoction had the effect of directly inhibit the growth of virus replication, and there were some positive effects RSV infected A549 cells, MCP-1 and RANTEs expression or release significantly increased ( P<0.05 ) .Chrysanthemum Chinese medicine decoction and antiviral drugs after the intervention, the expression of MCP-1 and RANTES reduced significantly (P<0.05), but overall volume was still significantly higher than the normal. Conclusion Chrysanthemum Chinese medicine decoction can inhibit RSV infected A549 cells release chemokine RANTEs and MCP-1 to some extent, and then reduce the airway inflammation reaction of children.

Objective To study of manifestation of adenomyomatosis of gallbladder from MRI and to improve its accuracy of diagnosis .Methods MR features of 24 cases with adenomyomatosis of gallblad-der from 2006 to 2008 proved by operation and pathology were analysed retrospectively .Results Among 24 patients, 20 cases were diagnosed correctly before operation ,four were misdiagnosed as Chronic cholecysti-tis and carcinoma of gallbladder respectively; all cases of gallbladder wall increased thickness from 5 to 12mm (7mm average).Among them, the gallbladder -wall was thickened as limited type in fourteen cases , segment type in eight cases and diffuse type in two cases .And classical Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses were clearly displayed in 20 cases by lamina T2WI from MRI .Conclusion MRI might has higher diagnostic value in diagnosing of adenomyomatosis of gallbladder .

AIM: To explore the effect of the combination of captopril and losartan on the sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, TNF-?, and TGF-? in the patients with coronary heart disease. METHODS: sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and TGF-? were measured with ELISA, and TNF-? was measured with RIA in the patients with or without the treatment of captopril and losartan. RESULTS: sICAM-1 and TNF-? decreased, and TGF-? increased distinctly in the patients given a combination of captopril and losartan compared with patients without the drugs. sVCAM-1 had the tendency of decrease in combined therapy, but no significant difference showed compared with the control patients. CONCLUSION: The combination of captopril and losartan has the effects on the cell adhesion molecules and cytokins in patients with coronary heart disease.

Objective To investigate clinical effects of laparoscopic salpingotomy combined with pituitrin in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods 160 children with tubal pregnancy were chosen in our hospital in the period and randomly divided into two groups including control group (80 children)with laparoscopic salpingotomy treatment and treatment group (80 children)with pituitrin adjunct treatment before operation on the basis of control group.And the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative body temperature,hospitalization time,the retention rate of fallopian tube,fallopian tube patency rate,persistent ectopic pregnancy rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and fertility rate of both groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative body temperature and hospitalization time of the control group were separately (20.33 ±2.70)min, (52.76 ±7.42)mL,(37.52 ±0.54)℃ and (7.56 ±1.98)d;the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative body temperature and hospitalization time of the treatment group were separately (8.94 ±1.61)min, (16.33 ±2.15)mL,(37.46 ±0.50)℃and (5.91 ±1.42)d;the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (t=2.26,2.60, 2.08,all P<0.05 );there was no significant difference in postoperative body temperature between 2 groups (t=1.55,P>0.05).The retention rate of fallopian tube and fallopian tube patency rate of the control group were sepa-rately 75.00% (60/80)and 52.50%(42/80);the retention rate of fallopian tube and fallopian tube patency rate of the control group were separately 93.75% (75/80)and 81.25% (65/80);the retention rate of fallopian tube and fallopian tube patency rate of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (χ2 =9.71, 10.14,all P<0.05).The persistent ectopic pregnancy rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and fertility rate of the control group were separately 17.50%(14/80),31.25%(25/80)and 37.50%(30/80);the persistent ectopic pregnancy rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and fertility rate of the treatment group were separately 15.00% (12/80),61.25%(49/80)and 16.25% (13/80);there was no significant difference in persistent ectopic pregnancy rate between 2 groups (χ2 =1.33,P>0.05);the intrauterine pregnancy rate and fertility rate of treatment group were significant-ly better than those of the control group (χ2 =11.84,12.52,all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic salpingotomy combined with pituitrin in the treatment of tubal pregnancy can efficiently decrease operation time the amount of bleeding,shorten hospitalization time and be helpful to improve the reproductive outcome.

Objective To explore the effect RNAi-mediated inhibition of X-linked inhibit apoptosis protein (XIAP) gene on apoptosis and susceptibility to chemical therapy drugs in osteosarcoma cells and its underlying mechanism.Methods shRNA plasmid of XIAP gene were constructed. MG63 cells were conventionally cultured and divided into untreated group (group A,non-transfection),blank plasmid group (group B,psiRNA-Con transfected),the experimental group (group C,psiRNA-XIAP transfected),and 2 chemical drug interfered groups,non-transfection+0.3 ?mol Dox group (A+Dox group) and psiRNA-XIAP transfection +0.3 ?mol Dox group (C+Dox group). The XIAP expression in MG63 cells was detected by Western blotting. The proliferation of above-mentioned MG63 cells was examined by MTT assay. Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the analysis of the chemical components of essential oil from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi.Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distilyation ,then separated by capillary gas chromatography. The components from essential oil were identified by comparing with related standard chromatogram and their amount were determined by normalization method.Results Twenty-one components have been identified from Folium Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi and their amount accounted 99.04 %of total essential oil. The main components are limonene (55.68 %),?-myrcene(21.96 %),?-Pinene(5.17 %),cis-caryophyllene(4.61 %)and ?-Ocimene (1.71 %).Conclusion This method is reliable and effective and can be applied to analyze the essential oil components extracted from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae Immaturi.

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics in the patients with post infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS) and patients with non-PI-IBS(NPI-IBS).Methods Ninety-three patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected,including 38 cases of PI-IBS and 55 cases of NPI-IBS.The differences of serum inflammatory cytokines levels,gastrointestinal score and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Resuits The levels of CRP,IL-18 and IL-6 in the PI-IBS group were significantly higher than those in the NPI-IBS group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);the level of GAS,VIP and MOT in the PI-IBS group were significantly lower than those in the NPI-IBS group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the bowel sounds score,abdominal distension and pain score and gastrointestinal reaction score in the PI-IBS group were obviously higher than those in the NPI-IBS group,the difference was statistical significance (P＜0.05);the various dimensional scores of quality of life in the PI-IBS group were lower than those in the NPI-IBS group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines in PI-IBS patients are higher,moreover the gastrointestinal function is poorer than that in NPI-IBS patients,which can be the indicators of clinical differentiation.
