Objective To investigate the related factors for postoperative urinary retention in patients with intrathecal anesthesia. Methods Collect 230 patients of orthopaedic surgery with intrathecal anesthesia in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013. Prospective analysis the related factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with intrathecal anesthesia. Results 48 cases have postoperative urinary retention from 230 patients of orthopaedic surgerywith intrathecal anesthesia. Difference of urinary retention group and unurinary retention group is statistically significant (P < 0.05)in age, urine excretion before anesthesia, operation time, intraoperative rehydration, dose to anesthesia, postoperative analgesia. Difference of urinary retention group and unurinary retention group hasn’t statistical significance (P > 0.05) in Sex, body mass index, smoking history, the mode of anesthesia Age, operation time, intraoperative rehydration, anesthetic dosage ≥11.25 mg and postoperative analgesia are the risk factors of postoperative urinary retention with multiariable Logistic regression analysis. The urine excretion before anesthesia are protective factors. Conclusion postoperative urinary retention with intrathecal anesthesia is many factors caused by a temporary performance of bladder dysfunction , Perioperative appropriate management (minimize anesthetic doses, shorten the operation time, control intraoperatie rehydration , preoperative try to drain urine ) can reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention.

Objective To asses the clinical efficiency of Naloxone injection in the treatment of Primary Apnea of preterm infant. Methods There were 116 cases randomly divided into experimental group including 72 cases, whch was treated with Naloxone injection and control group including 44 cases,which was treated with Aminophylline injection. Results The total effective rates of the two groups are 95.8% and 68.2%.The rates of excellence of the two groups are 63.9% and 40.9%,respectively,there is a significant difference between them(P＜0.01). Conclusion Naloxone injection is effective to treat Primary Apnea of preterm infant.

Objective To analyse the cause for delaying diagnosis of WG and improve the diagnosis level.Methods A retrospective study was done on patients who were admitted to the People's Hospital of Peking University and were diagnosed with WG from 1997 to 2007,by searching the computer system of the hospital for patients with WG,who were misdiagnosed and reported in Chinese Journal of Rheumatology and Clinical Misdiagnosis ﹠ Mistherapy from 2003 to 2007.Results WG included multiple systems and organs ivolvement.The lung,kidney and upper airway were the most commonly involved organs,and ear,eye,external salivary gland and oral cavity were also involved.Most initial symptom and clinical manifestation were not typical manifestation of WG trilogy,which led to misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Anti-neurophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCN)positive rate was high.The most common pathologic features were necrotizing granulomatous inflammation and vasculitis.Conclusion Clinical manifestation of WG is complicated and it injures multiple system or organs.When the symptoms are atypical,it is easy to lead to misdiagnosis,especially in early stage.We suggest running requisite revision for diagnostic criteria of WG,in order to make early diagnosis and treatment of WG.

Objective To explore the effect RNAi-mediated inhibition of X-linked inhibit apoptosis protein (XIAP) gene on apoptosis and susceptibility to chemical therapy drugs in osteosarcoma cells and its underlying mechanism.Methods shRNA plasmid of XIAP gene were constructed. MG63 cells were conventionally cultured and divided into untreated group (group A,non-transfection),blank plasmid group (group B,psiRNA-Con transfected),the experimental group (group C,psiRNA-XIAP transfected),and 2 chemical drug interfered groups,non-transfection+0.3 ?mol Dox group (A+Dox group) and psiRNA-XIAP transfection +0.3 ?mol Dox group (C+Dox group). The XIAP expression in MG63 cells was detected by Western blotting. The proliferation of above-mentioned MG63 cells was examined by MTT assay. Flow cytometry (FCM) was employed to detect the cell apoptosis,cell cycle and Caspase-9 expression. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is a preinvasive lesion of cervical carcinoma associated with HPV infection.It can be classified as low or high grade according to the degree of the lesion.Low grade lesion includes HPV infection and CIN1,and high grade lesion includes CIN2～3.HPV infection and CIN have become very common among fertile women,so more and more attention has been paid to the influence that HPV infection,cervical lesion and their treatments would have on pregnancy.HPV infection may increase during pregnancy period.Tough there will be more chances for the vaginal delivery infants to be exposed to HPV,it is not proper to draw a conclusion that cesarean must be performed for all HPV infected pregant women.If CIN1 is found during pregnancy,observation and close follow-up post partum should be advised.Pregnancy may not deteriorate CIN2～3,but clear diagnosis should be made during pregnancy if colposcopy examination result is not satisfactory or great doubt for invasive cancer exits.In this case,conization during the second semester of the pregancy is advised,which may increase the cesarean rate.Conservative therapy for CIN has not significant influnce on fertility,while cold knife conization and LEEP conization may increase the premature delivery rate,which may be associated with premature ruption of fetal membrane.

Objective To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa,which is used as a sedative herbal medicine in China.Methods The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column.Their structures were elucidated based on their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Six compounds were obtained from 95% EtOH extracts in the seeds of Z.jujuba var.spinosa.They were identified as 2?,3?-dihydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid methyl ester(Ⅰ),?-sitosterol(Ⅱ),betulin(Ⅲ),betulinic acid(Ⅳ),hexadexanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(Ⅴ),and daucosterol(Ⅵ).Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a novel lupane triterpene named as alphitolic acid methyl ester,compound Ⅴ is obtained from the seeds of Z.jujuba var.spinosa for the first time.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between flurbiprofen axetil injection and atrial fibrillation in the elderly pa-tients after cardiac surgery and underlying mechanism. Methods: A retrospective research method was applied, and the medical re-cords of 62 elderly patients with cardiac surgery were chosen and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different medication. After the heart surgery, fentanyl was used in the control group, and flurbiprofen was applied in the experimen-tal group. Before and after the treatment, the serum C-reactive protein levels, the incidence of postoperative atrial fibrillation, postop-erative atrial fibrillation duration, length of stay, incidence of cardiovascular disease in 6 months and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:After the treatment, the serum CRP levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the treatment and those in the control group after the treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). The incidence of post-operative atrial fibrillation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The duration of postoperative atrial fibrillation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The differ-ences in the postoperative hospital stay, the incidence of cardiovascular disease in six months and the incidence of adverse reactions were not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil injection used after cardiac sur-gery can reduce the incidence of atrial fibrillation, which shows important clinical significance.

Testes of 35 human fetuses from 7-week gestation to newborn were studied. The testes were fixed in Carnoy's solution and stained with HE,Unna's method for RNA and McManus PAS reaction for glycogen. In 7-week old embryo(CRL 18mm),the gonad shows no morphological indication of sex,and still is indifferentiated.In the 13-week embryo,the basic structural of the testis such as thickened fibrous tunica albuginea,prominent sex cords and accumulative interstitial cells are clearly identifiable. The sex cords are now called testicular cords which were composed of primordial germ cells and supporting cells.The cords lumen appeared at 14.5-week of gestation and the germ cells in the cords are distinguished by the size of cell bodies,contain- ing a large amount of glycogen and large round nuclei with conspicuous nucleoli. The eosinophil accumulative interstitial cell(Leydig cell)may be divided into 3 types:inmature,mature and degenerating.In the 20-week embryo the number of the interstitial cells decreased sharply.

The ovaries of 26 human fetuses from 10 to 38 weeks of age were fixed in Carnoy's solution and stained with HE, PAS and Unna's method for RNA. Development of human ovaries at embryologic period was divided into 3 stages:1.Oogonia stage: From 10 to 15 weeks groups of dividing oogonia were observed. Their cytoplasma contained glycogen.2.Primary oocytes stage: At 15 to 20 weeks, the primary oocytes in various appearance of meiotic prophase were presented. The oocytes contained RNA granules. During this stage there was extensive degeneration of both oogonia and oocyte. 3.Primordial follicle stage: Between 15 and 17 weeks, the primordial follicles began to appear at cortico-medullary junction. After 20 weeks numerous primordial follicles filled the cortical region. A few primary and secondary follicles were developed from 26 weeks onward, as a result of stimulation of the fetal ovaries by maternal gonadotropins. The interstitial gland cells in the fetal ovaries were scattered cells at the corticomedullary junction from 12 weeks onward.

Objective To observe the effect of auricular point sticking plus breast massage with rehabilitation apparatus on lactation in the puerperant. Methods Totally 127 in-hospital primiparae were randomized into a treatment group of 62 cases and a control group of 65 cases. The control group was intervened by conventional nursing care, while the treatment group was by auricular point sticking plus breast massage with rehabilitation apparatus in addition to the conventional nursing care. The lactation yield, initial lactation time, and the change of prolactin (PRL) were observed. Results There were significant differences in comparing the lactation yield grading and initial lactation time between the two groups (P＜0.05). There were significant differences in comparing the serum PRL level on the postpartum day 1, 2, and 5 between the two groups (P＜0.01, P＜0.05). Conclusion Auricular point sticking plus breast massage with rehabilitation apparatus can promote milk secretion, the initial lactation time, PRL production, and the breast feeding rate.
