OBJECTIVE:To effectively control the quality of intravenous infusion product of antitumor drugs in PIVAS,and to guarantee the safety of clinical drug use. METHODS:According to the operation flow of intravenous infusion product, the quality control of anti-tumor drugs was conducted in PIVAS of our hospital from three aspects,i.e. before, during and after admixture. The improvement effect was compared before and after the implementation. RESULTS:Pre-admixture management was carried out through special classification management and medical order check management for antitumor drug;intra-admixture management was carried out through the management of admixture environment, solvent selection, admixture method, order for adding drug, dosage;post-admixture management was carried out through standard examination of infusion product and the management of deliv-ery time and condition. 5 months later, the times of communication between PIVAS and clinical departments was decreased from 30 times to 10 times, and the incidence of infusion product was decreased from 0.68% to 0.18%. CONCLUSIONS:Standard man-agement has been conducted for operation procedure of anti-tumor drugs before, during and after admixture. The quality of intrave-nous infusion product of antitumor drugs can be effectively controlled to ensure the safety of clinical drug use.

Objective The aim of this study was to observe the outcome and evaluate the clinical efficacy of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) on pain management in patients with osteoporosis.MethodsA total of 58 patients with osteoporosis were treated with PEMF stimulation.Pains as main indicators of their symptom were evaluated before and after treatments. The clinical outcomes were assessed by observing the visual analogue scale (VAS).Statistical analysis was carried out to support the data. Results After PEMF treatment, the patients exhibited significant pain relief from mean VAS of 6.97±1.83 to 3.36±1.69(t-test,P<0.05 ).Of the 58 patients,28 obtained significant symptom alleviation and 18 obtained moderate symptom alleviation, while 8 obtained slight alleviation, indicating the total clinical efficacy of 93%(54/58).Conclusion The current study provides the clinical outcomes indicating that PEMF may help to release the pain from primary osteoporosis and it might be an applicable supplementary treatment method for the osteoporosis related pain.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(3):267-268
Objective Through the investigation and analysis to "Chinese Medical Digest" and its relative periodicals to get a general idea of the survival and situation of these periodicals and to establish the pattern for their survival and development. Methods Such methods as telephone consultation, questionnaire survey, interview, and conference discussion were adopted to collect the relative information of medical digest periodicals and thus an analysis was made upon it. Results There were 18 kinds of "Chinese Medical Digest" periodicals originally. Of all these 18 kinds of the periodicals, 6 kinds are still publishing, 10 kinds have transferred its nature to first-hand literature periodical, and 2 kinds have ceased their publishment. Conclusion As a result of the computer, the network and the full text database development, the survival of medical digest periodicals are endangered. However, regarding to the different domain of subject, different reforming measures should be taken.

A method for simultaneous determination of 25 kinds of fungicides in cereals, vegetables and fruits using SPE-LC-Q-TOF/MS technique was developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile containing 1% (V/V) acetic acid, purified by solid phase extraction (SPE) with a Crabon/NH2 cartridge, eluted with acetonitrile-toluene(3∶1, V/V), separated by a reversed phase C18 column, gradiently eluted with acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid solution (Containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate), determined by LC-Q-TOF/MS, and quantified by external standard method.A data base of the accurate mass numbers and a library which contains 25 kinds of fungicides were established. The automatic retrieval of detection results was carried on according to the characteristics of the compound, such as accurate mass, retention time, isotope peak distribution, isotopic ratios, and so on.Based on the above results, the qualitative identifications of the 25 new fungicides were accomplished without the contrast of standard substances. The results indicated that 25 fungicides showed good linearity in the range of 0.02-200 μg/L, and the limits of detection (LOD) and the limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.01-5.00 μg/kg and 0.02-20.00 μg/kg, respectively. The linear relative coefficients were greater than 0.995.The recoveries were in the range 71.8%-114.0% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were ranged from 0.1% to 21.3% (n=3).The method has some advantages such as simplicity, rapidity and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the rapid determination of the common fungicides in cereals, vegetables and fruits.

Data exchanged through public telephone networks and the singlechip systems in devices of terminals and center, a kind of monitoring data wire transmission technology for oxygen supply in hospital is introduced in this paper. With high quality of signal transmission and infrequent distortions of signals, the technology can be applied to realtime supervising of oxygen supply system.

Objective To explore the relationship between invasive growth and expression of ER、PTTG、bFGF in human prolactinomas. Methods Fourty-six prolactinomas specimens were collected and divided into invasive group and non-invasive group.Expressions of ER、PTTG、bFGF were examined by immunocytochemical method.Total RNA was extracted from specimens and ER-mRNA and PTTG-mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.Results IA of protein expression of ER、bFGF、PTTG in invasive prolactinomas was seperately 5385.1?1348.6、9874.2?2143.7、7938.5?1436.5;The optical density ratio of ER-mRNA and PTTG-mRNA was 0.71 and 0.83,difference between invasive group and non-vasive group was significant. Conclusions ER、PTTG、bFGF in human prolactinomas closely correlated with invasiveness of prolactinomas, and may play important function in prolactinomas.

Objective:To detect the expressions of COX-2 protein and BCL-2 protein in transitional mucosa adjacent to rectal carcinoma, and determine whether the transitional mucosa was the cancer precursor event. Methods:Mucin histochemical method was employed to detect the distal mucosa 2 cm away from rectal tumor and the transitional mucosa was found in 54 cases of rectal carcinoma.Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expressions of BCL-2 and COX-2 protein in the specimen of rectal carcinoma mass, transitional mucosa and non-transitional mucosa, and 20 cases of normal rectal mucosa, and the points of the expressions of COX-2 protein and BCL-2 protein were counted.Results:35.19%(19/54)of distal mucosa were characterized as the transitional mucosa. The expressions of COX-2 and BCL-2 protein were detected in carcinoma mass and distal mucosa.Significant difference was observed in carcinoma mass and transitional mucosa(p<0.01).But there were no significant differences between the expressions of those in transitional mucosa and non-transitional mucosa(p>0.05),as well as transitional mucosa and normal mucosa(p>0.05).Conclusion:The performance of transitional mucosa was not the cancer precursor event, but the non-specificity reaction of carcinoma or inflammation.

Objective:To optimize the flash extraction method for polygonatum saponin by orthogonal design. Methods: The ex-traction technology was optimized by L9 (34 ) orthogonal test based on the results of single factor experiments. The optimized conditions were as follows:the material liquid ratio was 1 ∶20, the extraction voltage was 100 V, the extraction time was 40s, and the herbs were extracted 3 times (40 s per time). Results:The ratio of material to liquid had significant effect on the extraction rate, and under the a-bove extraction conditions, the extraction amount of polygonatum saponin reached up to (38. 92 ± 0. 67) mg·g-1 . The order of extrac-tion rate was flash extraction >ultrasonic extraction> ethanol extraction. Conclusion:The flash extraction is beneficial to the extrac-tion of polygonatum saponin.
