1.Effect of Compound Qinbai Granule for Wound Healing of Radioactive Dermatitis in Rats
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the mechanism of the Compound Qinbai Granule (Granules composed of Scutellaria root and Phellodendron bark) in the treatment of radioactive dermatitis in rats. Methods The rat models of radioactive dermatitis were established and randomized into three groups:Compound Qinbai Granule group (experimental group),dexamethasone ointment group (traditional group),and normal saline group (control group). The wound was treated with Compound Qinbai Granule spray, dexamethasone ointment external application, and normal saline spray respectively.By immunohistochemical staining and image analysis, the growth of granulation tissue in the wound area wound healing rate, and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the wound tissues were determined on the second, sixth, tenth, eighteenth, and twenty-fourth day after injury. Results The average number of granulation tissue and wound healing rate in the experimental group on the sixth, tenth, eighteenth, and twenty-fourth day were all higher than those in the traditional group and control group with a significant difference (P
2.Investigation of hypoxia detection in tumor.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(24):1148-1151
Hypoxia could not only induce tumor chemoradiotherapeutic resistance, but also cause strong invasiveness which make tumor inclined to recurrence and metastasis. With regard to the detection of oxygenation condition in tumor tissue, there are many methods, but each has its advantages and disadvantages. Accurate monitoring of tumor oxygenation state plays an important role in therapeutic schedule formulation and implementation which would improve curative effect of tumor.

3.Cell death and malignant lymphoproliferative disorders regulated by bcl-2 family
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(4):252-255
As important regulators of apoptosis,bcl-2-family proteins regulate all major types of cell death, including apoptosis, necrosis, and autophagy. It's known that impaired apoptosis is a critical step in tumor development.Overexpression of antiapoptotic proteins of bcl-2 family is associated with the development and prognoses of malignant lymphoproliferative disorders.

Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2016;30(7):770-776
Insulins maintain blood glucose homeostasis in the body by stimulating glucose uptake into muscle and adipose tissues through glucose transporter type 4 (GLUT4)translocation. Recent studies have showed that Rab proteins,as a key regulatory factor for the translocation of GLUT4 to the cell membrane, participate in the formation, translocation and fusion of GLUT4 vesicles. This paper describes several types Rab proteins and the Rab GTPase activating protein, protein kinase B substrate of 160 kU(AS160)in terms of regulatory mechanisms for GLUT4 translocation. Studies on the translocation mechanism by which GLUT4 is regulated by Rabs aim to explain the mechanism of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes, and provide a new approach to diabetes.

Alkaloid is one of the main antineoplastic activities in Chinese Herbal Medicine. There has been big progress on the mechanism of antitumor in natural alkaloids and their derivatives in recent years, especially focusing on the targets of hypoxia inducible factor 1,telomere,and topoisomerase. The new trends of these three targets have been reviewed in this paper.

[Objective] The disease distribution of in-patients in different age groups from 1993 to 2002 in respiratory disease department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was analyzed to provide evidence for clinical treatment. [ Methods ] A retrospective research was adopted. Fourteen categories of diseases and 3 age groups were classified according to the case history recorded from 1993 to 2002 in respiratory disease department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM. Reasons for hospitalization of the in-patients in different age groups during 10 years were analyzed by descriptive analysis and Vilfredo Pareto analysis. [Results] The principal and secondary reasons for hospitalization were respiratory tract infection, pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumothorax in the young age group while in the old age group, they were chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema, chronic pulmonary heart disease and lung cancer. [Conclusion] The focus of daily medical treatment in the department of respiratory disease should vary with the age groups and disease categories, and the control of infectious diseases should be generally strengthened.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2000;0(06):-
Objective To explore the role of sCD44v6 in the diagnosis of colorectum cancer. Methods ELISA was used to detect the concentration of sCD44v6 of 81 patients after or before surgery. Results The level of sCD44v6 in the group of colorectum cancer was 200.5?31.1 ng/ml, which was higher than that of normal controls (45.6?9.5ng/ml) and that of patients with coloritis (48.3?7.6ng/ml). The concentration of sCD44v6 in the group of colorectum cancer with metastasis(280.1?26.9ng/ml) was higher than that of the group without metastasis(160.9?34.4ng/ml). The level of sCD44v6 was related to tumor burden. Conclusions The level of sCD44v6 is closely related to colorectal cancer and its metastasis. It would be useful in the diagnosis, prognosis, and forcasting of metastasis.

To Study Juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) in the nasal cavity, raise the level of diagnosis and treatment for this disease. We reported a case with JXG and reviewed the literatures. JXG in nasal vestibule is ex tremely rare. Only three cases were reported before. After surgical removal,no recurrence was found over a 10-month follow-up. Clinical manifestations and imaging examination is nonspecific for JXG, and the diagnosis of the disease relies on pathological examination. Surgical resection is an effective treatment method.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(4):229-232
OBJECTIVE:
To study the relationship between negative life events and quality of life of tinnitus patients, and explore the role of negative life events in psychological counseling and rehabilitation of tinnitus.
METHOD:
Sixty-one cases of tinnitus patients and 61 normal controls were tested with tinnitus handicap inventory and life event scale, scores were compared and the associated analysis was made.
RESULT:
Stimulating quantity of negative life events in the tinnitus group, compared with the control group was statistically different (Z = -2.56. P < 0.05). The incidence of negative life events in the tinnitus group compared with the control group was no statistically different (chi2 = 0.05, P > 0.05). The incidence of abnormal scores of negative life events compared with the control group was statistically different (chi2 = 16.68, P < 0.01). Positive correlation in tinnitus group was found between scores of negative life events and scores of tinnitus handicap inventory (r = 0.41, P < 0.01). The higher the score of negative life events, the lower the quality of life with tinnitus patients.
CONCLUSION
Severity of negative life events and tinnitus is closely related, and negative life events can reduce the quality of tinnitus patients life. We should pay more attention to negative life events in psychological counseling with tinnitus patients. The intervention in negative life events can improve the quality of life. providing the targeted and individualized theory basis for tinnitus psychological counseling and rehabilitation.
