Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2008;17(4):327-328
Objective To explore the coping styles and family environment in patients with depression. Methods 90 patients with depression were evaluated with CSQ and FES-CV.Results There were significant differences in the family environment between depression group and normal control group(P<0.01).The factor scores of seeking-help and solving question in depression group positively correlated with the factor scores of family intimacy and success(r=0.29,0.32,0.27,0.31,P<0.05).The factor score of self-accusation in depression group negatively correlated with the factor score of affection expression(r=-0.27,P<0.05).Conclusion The coping styles are associated to family environment in patients with depression.

High density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) has received extensive attention because of its cardiovascular protective effects.Recent studies showed that HDL could promote reverse cholesterol transport ( RCT ) , be anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and induce angiogenesis. Apolipoptrotein A-I (apoA-I), the most abundant protein of HDL, plays a pivotal role in the HDL mediated-functional activities.Short peptides based on the amphiphilic alpha helix structure of apoA-I have been designed and aimed at imitating the function of apoA-I.The function and metabolism of these mimetic peptides depend on their amino acids component and sequence , and have been proved to exert protection in against cardiovascular disease , infection, inflammation and oxidative damage, metabolic syndrome and tumor.Clinical trials confirmed their benefits, but high cost put them out of the practical applications..

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2014;(8):1206-1210
A novel fluorescence homogeneous biosensing strategy was developed for simple, rapid and sensitive detection of melamine in milk by using the polythymine oligonucleotide T24 and SYBR Green Ⅰ. In the absence of melamine, the fluorescence of SYBR Green Ⅰ was weak. The interactions between the single strand oligonucleotide T24 and SYBR Green Ⅰ were weak. In contrast, the presence of melamine drove the formation of T-melamine-T folded structure and enabled the SYBR Green Ⅰ to intercalate into double-strand DNA, resulting in the enhancement of fluorescence intensity. The results revealed that the method allowed a sensitive, simple, and rapid assay of melamine with a linear response range from 0. 1 μmol/L to 10 μmol/L and a detection limit of 35 nmol/L.

0.05). All of the indexes in control group were lower on post-operative day 7 than those of pre-operation. The levels of pre-albumin,transferrin, fibronectin, IgG,IgM, CD~+_3, CD~+_4 T cells and nitrogen balance in the study group were significantly higher than those of control group.Negative nitrogen balance began to be positive in the study group on the post-operative day 7. However, the nitrogen balance in the control group was still negative on the post-operative day 10. The duration of hospitalization in the r-hGH group was shorter than that of the control group. The 1-year, 2-year and 3-year survival rates and recurrence rate were not different between two groups.(Conclusions) The post-operative short-term use of the r-hGH plus HPN in patients with excisable gastrointestinal cancer is safe, effective and benefit for the post-operative recovery.

During the period of January 2006 to December 2012 at our department, retrospective analyses of epidemiological and clinical data were performed for 199 newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS inpatients and outpatients. The male-to-female ratio was 3.78∶ 1.Their age range was 20-40 years.Migrant workers accounted for a large proportion of infection.Sexual contact was a major route of transmission and it accounted for 88.4%.Most of them had non-marital sexual contact. And all infected marital sexual contacts were women.Asymptomatic patients accounted for 55.8%.Pulmonary infection was the most common clinical manifestation. There were more males than females locally. Most of them were young and middleaged.Sexual contact was a major route of transmission.Out-of-town migrant population was important for transmission.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(2):87-89
Despite decades of the prevention and control.China is still one of the countries with high prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV).It is imperative for us to innovate.Lab diagnostic platforms for drug-resistant mutation and HBV genotyping to enhance the management level in patients with CHB.Specifically, the following three strategies should be included:firstly, choose an appropriate platform for drug-resistant mutation detection according to the actual situation in laboratory.Secondly, establish a practical and simple genotyping platform for real-time monitoring of HBV genotypes.Thirdly, combined with clinical, explore the correlation among genotypic resistance, phenotypic resistance and clinical resistance when different medications are adopted, confirm the percentage or threshold of resistant strains causing clinical resistance, and ascertain the influence of HBV genome polymorphism (genotype) on clinical prognosis. These strategies above mentioned will lay a foundation for CHB personalized treatment and prognosis.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of interferon alpha (IFNα) combined with adefovir dipivoxil (ADV) for patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) non-responding to 24-week IFNα monotherapy. Methods Sixty CHB patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University during 2009 and 2012 were enrolled in the study. All patients recieved IFNα monotherapy for 24 weeks and had no response. The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups by number table with 20 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with IFNα combined with ADV,the control group 1 continued IFNα monotherapy, and the control group 2 shifted to ADV monotherapy.Virological, serological and biochemical responses were compared, and adverse reactions were observed.SPSS 19.0 software was used for data analysis. Results After 24 weeks of treatment, there was no statistical difference in HBV DNA loads,ALT levels and titers of HBeAg and HBsAg among three groups (F =0.985,0.717,0.985 and 0.717,P > 0.05).And no HBeAg seroconversion was observed. After 48 weeks of treatment, the experimental group had higher HBV DNA negative conversion rate,ALT normalization rate and HBeAg conversion rate than control group 1 (x2 =10.00,3.956 and 4.800,P < 0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found in HBeAg negative conversion rate (x2 =0.693,P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in HBV DNA and HBeAg negative conversion rates between experimental group and the control group 2 (x2 =1.026,1.905 and 0.156,P >0.05),but the HBeAg conversion rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group 2 (x2 =4.800,P < 0.05).No HBsAg negative or serological conversion was observed, and there was no significant difference in titers of HBsAg among three groups (F =1.935,P > 0.05).No adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion For patients nonresponding to IFNα monotherapy, combination of IFNα and ADV can achieve higher ALT normalization rate,HBeAg conversion rate and HBV DNA negative conversion rate, and improve the overall efficacy of CHB antiviral therapy.
