Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;439(1):3-4
Malnutrition status of children from 0 to 60 months of age in two agricultural communes in Thanh Hoa province from July 20 to October 20/2000 was investigated. The indicatior of weigh/age shows a rate of 54% of malnutrition. In graphic this rate increases dramatically in the period of 23-34 months of age, the highest is in 25-36 months of age. Digestive ferment Aplaza, a functional food, in combining with local available source of food improved significantly the nutritional state and prevented this malnutritional condition. This is an eligible way of high efficacy to strengthen the awareness and the practice of nutrition, aiding the poor population in rural area

Journal of the Korean Dietetic Association 2015;21(2):91-109
The present study was conducted to provide the basis for improvement of clinical nutrition services through development of job standards of clinical dietitian for the clinical nutrition therapy to cancer patients in hospitals. Developing A Curriculum (DACUM) method was used for job analysis and development of job standards for clinical dietitians for cancer care. Based on DACUM analysis, information about duties, tasks, and task elements of clinical dietitians for cancer care was collected. Developed job standards were applied to clinical nutrition care for cancer patients in hospitals for evaluation. Based on DACUM analysis, consultations from professionals, and field application tests, the final job standards were composed of four duties, 18 tasks, and 56 task elements. The duties consisted of nutritional assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, and nutrition monitoring.evaluation. For cancer nutrition care, 109 work activities were developed. They were composed of 75 basic and 34 recommended work activities. The application of developed job standards for clinical dietitians for cancer care at 10 hospitals showed a performance rate of 72.3%. In conclusion, job standards for clinical dietitians for cancer care developed in this study might be effectively used as guidelines for providing clinical nutrition services for cancer patients in hospitals.

6.Fetal origin of some chronic diseases associated with nutrition
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(6):6-8
The theory on establishment of programmed in the fetal period and chronic diseases haven’t still given out anything clearly but in most of studies, they showed that there is a relation between fetal growing with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and metabolic syndrome. Its establishment of programmed in fetal period doesn’t replace other risk factors but adding more the environmental factor to these diseases. Currently, the important of fetal nutrition and mother nutrition in pregnancy period are paid attention as well as other nutrition issue in the transition period.

OBJECTIVETo summary the treatment experience of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).
METHODSFrom January 1997 to March 2009, a total of 1033 patients suffered SAP were admitted with a mean APACHE II score 12.0 +/- 4.3. There were 622 males and 411 females, aged from 13 to 98 years old. All patients were cared by the multidisciplinary team with intensivist, endoscopists, gastroenterologists, radiologist, nephrologist and surgeons.Patients treated in SICU in the early phase of the disease. In these 1033 patients, 365 cases received mechanical ventilation, 218 with tracheotomy, 159 cases received high-volume continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH), 179 received nasobiliary drainage, 513 were treated with early enteral nutrition. CT-guided percutaneous catheter drainge for peripancreatic fluid collection was pefromed for 477 times and 438 patients received surgical debridement for infected pancreatic necrosis.
RESULTSIn all these 1033 cases, 975 patients (94.4%) survived, and 38 patients died (3.7%). The mortality of patients who received surgical debridement for infected pancreatic necrosis was 7.1% (31/438).
CONCLUSIONThe muti-discipline management of severe acute pancreatitis can remarkably improve the prognosis of patients.

Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2013;16(11):1028-1030
Enteral nutrition can provide adequate nutrients and enhance immunity. Because it is inexpensive, no significant side effects, and convenient, enteral nutrition has been used widely. However, enteral nutrition has its limitation, therefore some details should be noticed during the management. In this paper, we discuss the details about enteral nutrition based on the data of our gastric carcinoma patients.

10.Review and prospect of parenteral nutrition support for burn patients in China.
Chinese Journal of Burns 2008;24(5):393-395
Parenteral nutrition support for burn injury in China began to develop in 1970s along with improvement in burn foundational research of burn injury and the marketing of parenteral nutrition solutions manufactured by Chinese amino acids pharmaceutical industry. Up to 1980s many kinds of parenteral nutrition products were used in clinical therapy, and they were proved to be effective and safe. Meanwhile the guide for parenteral nutrition support of China was drafted to ensure standardized administration. Some problems should be called for attention in present practice of parenteral nutrition support. First, immuno nutrients have been proved to possess synergistic effect on parenteral/enteral nutrition support. But for those critical patients in sepsis/MODS period, more attention should be paid to the use of immuno nutrients in time of administration and optimal dosage because of the complicate physiopathologic reactions. Secondly, the use of growth hormone has been proved to be effective for promoting healing in patients with burn in many cases. However, the indications of growth hormone should be strictly observed and the regime of a low dose and short course should be adopted 7 days after burn for ensuring safety. Thirdly, we should pay attention to the best path of giving nutrition, whether enteral or parenteral. Parenteral nutrition support should be adopted for critical burn patients in early period with intestinal dysfunction, and enteral nutrition support should be used when intestinal functions recover partially. For patients with burn hypermetabolism, the application of enteral and parenteral nutrition support is complimentary, and it is aptly called total nutrition.
