Objective To investigate the effect of goal-directed fluid treatment (GDT) on prognosis during emergency operation for craniocerebral trauma patients.Methods Thirty craniocerebral trauma patients treated with emergency craniotomy from January 2015 to October 2015 were divided into control group (n =15) and GDT group (n =15),according to the random number table.In control group,the patients [ten males and five females,age of (40.3 ± 12.1) years and weighting (62.1 ± 9.1) kg] were given conventional fluid therapy based on the intraoperative mean arterial pressure,heart rate,central venous pressure,etc.In GDT group,the patients [eleven males and four females,age of (44.5 ± 9.6) years and weighting (64.0 ± 6.9) kg] received GDT based on the stroke volume variation (SVV) under Vigileo monitor.Serum levels of neuronspecific enolase (NSE) and S100-β were respectively detected by electrochemical luminescence and ELISA method before anesthesia induction (T1),1 h after dura incision(T2),immediately after surgery (T3),6 h after operation(T4),24 h after operation(T5) and 48 h after operation (T6).Intracranial pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) were detected at all time points,and Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) at T1,T5 and T6.Postoperative infection,brain edema,hospital stay in ICU,total hospital stay and death rate were recorded.Results Compared with control group,levels of NSE in GDT group were decreased at T4,T5 and T6 and levels of S100-β in GDT group were decreased at T3,T4,T5 and T6 (all P ＜ 0.05).Intracranial pressure in GDT group was not significantly different from that in control group (P ＞ 0.05).GCS at T6 was higher in GDT group than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Length of ICU stay and length of total hospital stay in GDI group were (4.5 ± 2.1) d and (14.3 ± 3.6) d respectively,shorter than (6.3 ± 1.9) d and (18.3 ± 4.0) d in control group (P ＜ 0.05).None experienced infection,brain edema and death after operation.Conclusion Compared with conventional fluid therapy,GDT is beneficial to the prognosis of craniocerebral trauma patients undergoing emergency craniotomy without increasing intracranial pressure and brain edema,and GDT can reduce hospital stay.

Based on vector auto-regression (VAR) model, this paper takes advantage of Granger causality test, variance decomposition and impulse response analysis techniques to carry out a comprehensive study of the factors influencing the price of Chinese herbal, including herbal cultivation costs, acreage, natural disasters, the residents' needs and inflation. The study found that there is Granger causality relationship between inflation and herbal prices, cultivation costs and herbal prices. And in the total variance analysis of Chinese herbal and medicine price index, the largest contribution to it is from its own fluctuations, followed by the cultivation costs and inflation.

Objective To study heath-related quality of life in patients undergoing successful percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)six months after operation.Methods 172 hospitalized patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from July 2009 to May 2010.They were divided into the neversmoking group,ever-smoking group and the current-smoking group.The Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) and the Short Form-36 (SF-36)were used to assess the quality of life at baseline and 6 months after intervention.The comparison between groups and self-control comparison within groups were carried out according to each dimension of the questionnaire.Results SF-36 and SAQ score showed no significant difference 24h before the operation and 6 months after the operation between three groups.Patients who had never smoked and who were current smokers acquired higher scores in many dimensions of the questionnaire compared with those before operation,while patients who were former smokers reported reverse resuits.Conclusions There is no sufficient evidence proving that smoking status influences quality of life of patients after PCI,that is to say,it can not be considered that quality of life of smoking patients is lower than that of ever-smoking patients or never-smoking patients,since in this research,quality of life of eversmoking patients decreased after PCI.

Wound healing is a complex and highly regulated process to maintaining the skin barrier function. Wounds of diabetic patients are hard or even not healing. Non-healing diabetic foot ulcers can lead to lower-extremity amputations. Diabetic wound healing problem is the main complication that leads to high disability rate of diabetes and can threaten the lives in severe cases. The healing of skin wounds requires the synergy of multiple factors to restore the injured skin to its barrier function. The mechanisms that cause it difficult to heal diabetic wounds are complex, including oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, decreased neovascularization, peripheral neuropathy, and imbalance of extracellular matrix accumulation and remodeling. This review classifies mechanisms of diabetic wound healing and provides a reference for its further research.

Third-Party Certification is efficient path to solve the problem of information asymmetry. For this reason geo-authentic and commodity classes certification seems to be very important. But as we know, information asymmetry happen in the stages of traditional Chinese patent medicines market. So a signaling transfer mechanism, which can deliver the quality signal, is badly needed in TCM market. This paper analysis and design of signaling transfer mechanism based on Third-Party Certification, which called quality prestige index of TCM enterprises (QPITCM). QPITCM can display quality information as a signal run through the TCM market.

Objective To evaluate the value of volume rendering technique of MSCT in the diagnosis of pediatric pectus carinatum. Methods MSCT data of 36 children with pectus carinatum were collected.Volume rendering and multiplanar reformation recon-struction techniques were adopted at a postprocessing station.Results There were 35 cases of chondrogladiolar variant and 1 case of chondromanubrial variant,27 cases were symmetric and other 9 cases were asymmetric.VR technique clearly demonstrated the abnormal changes of sternum,costae and costal cartilages.Conclusion VR technique of MSCT can fully display the three-dimension morpho-logical changes of pediatric pectus carinatum,which can supply accurate information for minimally invasive treatment procedure.

Objective To analyze the papers published in Journal of Chinese Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science(JCBMBS) from 2009 to 2014 so as to know well of the characteristics of published papers and the progress of the journal.Methods Based on the published magazines,Wanfang database and the Magtech system,bibliometric analysis was conducted to analyze the quantity,types,authors,cooperation,citations and the funds of all the papers published from 2009 to 2014.Results A total of 2 343 papers were published from 2009 to 2014 with the average 390.50 items per year,32.54 items per tissue and 0.34 items per page.It was stable in columns setting and publishing types while the original papers accounted for more than 70％ every year.Zero fund-supported papers decreased year by year and the funds were 1.41-1.83 per article while the ratio of national funds supported papers were 20％-31％.It had a steady author group and the high produced institutions maintained stable.The ratio of cooperation in institutions were 45％-58％.The ratio cooperation in authors were 95.45％-97.09％ and it was high and steady.The citations were 12.45-18.48 per article which increased year by year.Conclusion From 2009 to 2014,the annual published articles on JCBMBS decrease,the paper density decreases and the citations increase year by year.It is relatively steady in columns setting,core authors,ratio of fund-supported papers and cooperation.

Objective Background and objective Bioinformatics technology found the TCF21 gene has difference expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and benign lung tissue.To explore TCF21 mRNA and protein expression in nonsmall cell lung cancer and its methylation of the promoter region is the aim of this study.Methods Use RT-PCR,Western blot and Pyrosequencing detected TCF21 gene mRNA,protein and the methylation of the promoter region respectively in 97 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 21 cases of benign lung tissue.Results TCF21 gene mRNA-positive expression were detected 23 cases (23.71％) and 14 cases (66.67％) in 97 cases of NSCLC cancer tissue and 21 cases of benign lung tissue,the average gray value of TCF21 protein expression levels in NSCLC cancer tissue is 0.49 ± 1.78,while it is 1.48 ± 1.58 in benign lung tissue,the TCF21 gene promoter region have varying degrees methylation in NSCLC cancer tissue and benign lung tissue,and the significant of methylation frequency was found statistically significant between NSCLC cancer tissue and benign lung tissue,also it has higher frequency of 49.04％ and 51.37％ respectively at point 1 and 5 in NSCLC cancer organizations.Conclusion TCF21 gene mRNA and protein expression were statistically significant in NSCLC cancer tissue and benign lung tissue,the TCF21 gene promoter region average methylation frequency was significantly higher than that in benign lung tissue cells.

To analyze the mortality risk of stroke in China by literature search.The mortality rate of stroke (age standardized) in China has declined in recent years.The mortality rate of stroke which increases with age is higher in rural areas than in urban areas,and is higher in men than in women in China.There are obvious regional differences and seasonal differences in the mortality of stroke in China.Different subtypes of stroke have different death characteristics.Low or high temperatures can increase the risk of mortality of stroke.With the change of epidemiological characteristics,the risk factors of mortality of stroke in China are also changing.Through the epidemiological study of stroke death,the mortality risk of stroke can be researched effectively,the epidemiological characteristics of stroke can be mastered,and the direction of prevention and treatment of stroke can be understood.Individualized and multi factor intervention for unhealthy lifestyle,unhealthy behavior and metabolic cardiovascular risk factors can promote the establishment of stroke prevention and control strategy in China.
