Objective:To determine the distribution of T-lymphocyte subpopulations in peripheral blood and its relationship with disease-free survival (DFS) of patients with different molecular subtypes of invasive breast cancer (IBC). Methods:Data and plasma samples of 372 female patients with IBC treated at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital and Institute between January 2008 and August 2009 were obtained. CD4+/CD8+ratio and the amount of regulatory T cells (Treg cells) and natural killer cells (NK cells) were measured through flow cytometry. Results:A total of 133 (35.8%), 124 (33.3%), 48 (12.9%), and 67 cases (18.0%) presented luminal type A, luminal type B, HER-2 over-expression, and triple-negative type breast cancer (TNBC), respectively. In TNBC, a longer DFS was observed when the peripheral CD4+/CD8+ratio was high or when the level of Treg cells was low (CD4+/CD8+P<0.05 and Treg P<0.05). However, CD4+/CD8+and Treg are not independent prognostic factors for the DFS of TNBC cases. In other molecular subtypes of breast cancer, CD4+/CD8+ratio and the amount of Treg cells are not correlated with DFS (P>0.05). The level of NK cells is unrelated to the DFS of breast cancer with the four molecular subtypes (P>0.05). Conclusion:CD4+/CD8+ratio and the amount of Treg cells in peripheral blood may predict DFS of TNBC but are not considered as independent prognostic factors.

Objective To observe bone marrow MR imaging of adult acute leukemia patients in first diagnosis and to reveal the rule of bone marrow infiltration and the role of MRI in diagnosing and predicting the prognosis of untreated acute leukemia adult patients. Methods Fifty-four adult acute leukemia patients received MRI after diagnosis relying on FAB subtype and immunophenotyping including 28 cases with AML and 26 cases with ALL. MR imaging was obtained by the short time inversion recovery and T 1W spin echo technique of pelvis and femur at one time. The examining results of morphology and blood routine were collected at the same time. 15 age-matched volunteers were selected as controls. Results MRI showed that bone marrow of all patients were infiltrated by leukemia cells. The MRI appearance was classified into five patterns based on scope of focus. MRI patters from grade 1 to grade 3 were observed in most of patients with AML and in none with ALL, however, all patients with ALL distributed in grade 4 to grade 5. Objective:To revise the Chinese version of Devereux Early Childhood Assessment for Preschool-ers,Second Edition (DECA-P2 ),and assess its validity and reliability.Methods:Totally 608 children aged 3 -5 years were rated by their teachers with the Chinese version of DECA-P2 and two criterion scales,which included the Chinese version of Preschool Behavioral and Emotional Rating Scale,and Social Competence and Behavior Evalua-tion Scale-30.Data of 570 were valid.After identifying valid items using item analysis,exploratory factor analysis was performed for half of all samples.Confirmatory factor analysis was also conducted with another half samples.Moreover,the present study tested criterion-related validity,internal consistency reliability and split-half re-liability of the Chinese version of DECA-P2.Results:Through the exploratory factor analysis,the obtained structure of protective factors was the same as the original scale,accounting for 59.82%of the variance.The results of con-firmatory factor analysis achieved the standard of psychometrics (χ2/df=2.50,RMESA=0.07,CFI=0.91,IFI=0.91).Generally,each subscale had significant correlation with the two criterion scales (r=-0.21 ~0.80). Be-sides,the Cronbach αcoefficients of all subscales were between 0.80 and 0.93,and the split-half reliabilities of them were between 0.79 and 0.89.Conclusion:The Chinese version of DECA-P2 has acceptable psychometric quality and can be applied to evaluate resilience for children aged from 3 to 5 years in China.

Objective To study the epidemic characteristics,distribution of pathogen and clinical characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease in Shenyang area,2014.Methods Swab specimens was collected from 5 070 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease caces,the F-PCR method was adopted for entero-virus 71 (EV71 ),coxsackievirus A 16(CA16)and universal enteroviruses(EU)detection,and combining the relevant clinical data for comparative analysis .Results June to August was the peak epidemic period.5 070 nasopharyngeal swab specimens were detected positive 3 715 intestinal virus nucleic acid,and the detection rate was 73.27%,including CA16 positive 1 481 (39.87%),EU positive 1 148 (30.90%),EV71 positive 1 086(29.23%).The proportion of EU positive was highest in June(29.71 %).The proportion of EV71 pos-itive(24.78%)and CA16 positive(33.27%)were highest in July,respectively .The proportion of nervous system symptoms in EV71 infection group(88 /1 12,78.57%)was higher than those in EU infection group (97 /147,65.99%)and CA16 infection group (44 /78,56.41 %).The proportion of abnormal myocardial enyzme in CA16 infection group (37 /78,47.44%)was higher than those in EU infection group (48 /147, 32.65%)and EV71 infection group(34 /1 12,30.36%).Conclusion CA16 is the major pathogen causing hand,foot and mouth disease in Shenyang area,2014.Severe hand,foot and mouth is still dominated by EV71 .

Objective:To investigate the liposoluble constituents in fruit of Cnidium monnieri. Methods:The liposoluble constitu-ents in fruit of C. monnieri were extracted by Soxet extraction. The extracted liposoluble constituents were methyl esterified and then analyzed by GC-MS for the first time. Results:Thirty-nine compounds (85. 33%) were identified from the liposoluble constituents in fruit of C. monnieri. Phytol (15. 98%), hexadecanoic acid (12. 73%), 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid (11. 02%), 9-octadecenoic acid (6. 33%) and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (4. 77%) were the main constituents of the liposoluble constituents in fruit of C. mon-nieri. Conclusion:Phytol, hexadecanoic acid, 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid and 9-octadecenoic acid are the active ingredients in fruit of C. monnieri.

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation in use of lung inflation system for video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for spontaneous pneumothorax. Method The key nursing points in nursing 42 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax undergoing VATS were analyzed. Results The operations were all successful. One patient contracted lower left atelectasis but it was cured after the tracheal tube was re-adjusted. On day one, there were two cases of gas leakage during thoracic closed drainage:one was of diffuse pulmonary bulla, and the gas leakage stopped on the second day; In the other cases, the gas leakage stopped 2 days after the tube was withdrawn by 3cm probably because the drainage tube was inserted too deep at the beginning. 6-30 months follow-ups showed no recurrence of pneumothorax in the operated site. Conclusions The lung inflation system is safe during VATS for spontaneous pneumothorax. Careful preoperative preparation of the equipment and skillful nursing cooperation at all procedures are critical for the success of VATS.

Objective:To investigate the neutralization of lecithin and polysorbate-80 in antibacterial activity of oral solid tradition-al Chinese medicine preparations without Chinese medicinal herb powder. Methods:According to the requirements in Chinese Pharma-copeia (2015 edition), the applicability of microbial counting method was tested in the diluent containing lecithin and polysorbate-80 and the conventional diluent, respectively, and the results were compared. Results: The recovery results of applicability of microbial counting method using neutralizers (lecithin and polysorbate-80) conformed to the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition). Conclusion:The combination of lecithin and polysorbate-80 has notable neutralization in antibacterial activity of oral solid traditional Chinese medicine preparations without Chinese medicinal herb powder.
