1.NK Activity in PEC and Spleen Cells with the Stimulation of BCG

The cytotoxic activity of WAB/NOT rats peritoneal exudate cells(PEC),spleencells were tested after the stimulation of large dose(Img)of BCG intraperitoneallyand intravenously. The data show the NK activity was increased markedly in PEC in a quantifiable5hr ~(51)C rrelease assay after 5 days stimulation by BCG.Nylon wool coloumn threa-tment had no significant effect on the cytotoxic activity in PEC but the carbonyl irontreatment did. The data suggest that rat NK cells in PEC are W3/25 negative when we used theantibody to label the cells and to sorter them on FACS. The data also show the suppressor cells were induced by BCG at the same time.Both NK cells and suppressor cells regulate immunological mechanism effected on tumor.

6.Preventive Effect of Tangshenkang Mixture on Experimental Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To evaluate the effect of Tangshenkang Mixture (TM) on preventing diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods SD rat model of diabetes was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). Contents of blood sugar,urine sugar and urine albumin in rats were measured. The pathological changes of unilateral kidney were also observed under microscope by HE and PAS staining. Glomerulus dimensions,capillary vessel dimensions and PAS-positive matter area were measured with Pathological Picture Analyzing System. 7.A study on relations of MA782 cell apoptosis induced by TAM to cyclin D1、CDK4 and TGF-?1

Purpose:To study if tamoxifen (TAM) can induce growth arrest and apoptosis of ER negative MA782 mouse breast cancer cell line and to explore the molecular mechanisims. Methods:MA782 cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium with TAM.The proliferative activity of cells was detected by MTT methods, and cells apoptosis by flowcytometric methods. The expression of cyclin D1, CDK4 and TGF ?1 proteins was detected by immunohistochemical methods, the semi quantification of protein expression was analyzed by pathological image analysis software.Results:TAM can induce growth arrest and apoptosis of cells. ICC results showed that MA782 cells were ER negative. There was no change of cell cycle regulators in cells with 2 ?mol/L TAM. After 48、72h with 6 ?mol/L or 10 ?mol/L TAM, the level of cyclin D1 proteins decreased from 132.5?0.02 to 129.67?0.03、126.18?0.03(6 ?mol/L) and 109.1?0.01、73.56?0.02(10 ?mol/L),CDK4 proteins decreased from 107.2?0.01 to 91.23?0.02、76.21?0.03(6 ?mol/L)and 83.52?0.02、72.03?0.01(10 ?mol/L), while TGF ?1 proteins increased from 59.72?0.02 to 83.2?0.04、121.75?0.03(6 ?mol/L)and 96.83?0.02、139.01?0.05(10 ?mol/L),The difference was significant( P
8.Challenges and countermeasures of forestry schistosomiasis control pro-grams in ecological priority of Yangtze River economic belt development

Relevant projects carried out within the Yangtze River economic belt on the impact of schistosomiasis epidemic and transmission are important issues for ecological priority in the process of implementing the strategy. The key problems of schistosomiasis epidemic risk,epidemic happening repeatedly,difficulty of rehabilitating Oncomelania hupensis snail control and schistosomiasis prevention forest,lag of evaluation system and platform construction,lack of basic research,et al. were ana-lyzed in the Yangtze River economic belt taking ecological priority as the basis in this paper. Then corresponding countermea-sures to these challenges were put forward so as to provide the reference for the national forestry schistosomiasis control pro-grams,which include:execution of the comprehensive prevention and control strategy,scheming of the new round of forestry schistosomiasis control programs,strengthening schistosomiasis prevention and control,promoting productivity in existing forest-ry to consolidate and improve the achievements of previous forestry schistosomiasis control programs,and promoting the intensi-ty of technological innovation to improve the technological level of forestry schistosomiasis control programs.
9.Clinical study of different administration methods of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of occupational noise-induced deafness

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of drum room injection and intramuscular injection of rat nerve growth factor on occupational noise-induced deafness (ONID).Methods:Sixty-six patients with ONID treatment from January 2018 to December 2019 in the People′s Hospital of Liaoning Province were divided into control group and study group by random number table, with 33 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, all patients in the study group were injected with 20 μg rat nerve growth factor in the drum room, and each ear was injected once every other day. The control group was given intramuscular injection of rat nerve growth factor 20 μg per day, and the patients in two groups were treatment for 28 d. The hearing threshold of left and right whisper frequency of the two groups were compared. The improvement of tinnitus, dizziness, headache, insomnia, other symptoms and the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment, the hearing thresholds of left whisper frequency and right whisper frequency in two groups had no significant differences ( P>0.05). After treatment, the hearing thresholds of left whisper frequency and right whisper frequency in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group: (23.8 ± 4.2) dB/HL vs. (34.5 ± 3.9) dB/HL, (23.2 ± 4.4) dB/HL vs. (35.9 ± 5.1) dB/HL, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). After treatment, tinnitus and dizziness symptom improvement rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group: 93.3% (28/30) vs. 72.4% (21/29), 15/17 vs. 8/16, and there were statistically significant differences ( χ2 = 4.584 and 5.705, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement rate of headache and insomnia symptoms between 2 groups ( P>0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group: 90.9% (30/33) vs. 69.7% (23/33), and there was statistical difference ( χ2 = 4.694, P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of HAMD of 2 groups were significantly decreased, and the scores of HAMD in the study group was lower than that in control group: (8.46 ± 3.13) scores vs. (10.55 ± 3.83) scores, and there was statistical difference ( P<0.05). The incidence of total adverse reactions between 2 groups had no significant difference ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The injection of mouse nerve growth factor into drum room to treat ONID can effectively improve the hearing level of patients, alleviate tinnitus and dizziness symptoms and improve adverse mood without obvious adverse reactions.
10.The study on the rational management of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus during pregnancy and delivery

Objective To study the pregnancy opportunity,treatment of complications,time of ending pregnancy and treatment during and after pregnancy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Method Prospective study on pregnant patients with SLE was carried out between 2000 and 2003 in Qingdao Municipal Hospital.There were total 29 patients enrolled,all which didn't have cytotoxic drugs at least six months before conception,among whom 23 patients'disease were under control over one year and had low-dose glucocorticoids before pregnancy,two had disease activity under control by mid-and high-dose glucocorticoids within one year and have been pregnant without the direction of the doctor,four new onset during the pregnancy.Results All patients had flares during pregnancy or had multi-complications,10 cases had pregnancy hypertension syndrome,six cases had heart failure during the late pregnancy,three had extensive interstitial lung disease during the late pregnancy.All patients stopped the pregnancy at 30~37 weeks,the total 29 live infants had neither neonatal lupus nor maternal-fetal death.Conclusion The maternal-fetal safety can be increased significantly when disease activity was controlled over one year.Glucocorticoids should be applied when disease flared during pregnancy and postpartum is the key of success,Stop as pregnancy when there are complications in order to improve maternal-fetal safety.
