1.Rifaximin in treatment of acute bacterial diarrhea.a randomized,single-blind clinical trial
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rifaximin against acute bacterial diarrhea. Methods:The effect of rifaximin for the treatment of acute bacterial diarrhea was investigated in a randomized,single-blind clinical trial with control of ciprofloxacin.Patients were administered with rifaximin 0.4g tid on the first day, followed by 0.4g bid;as for ciprofloxacin 0.25g tid on the first day, followed by 0.25g bid, until the end of 3~7days treatment, respectively.Stool, blood(hepatic and renal functions),urine samples and ECG of pre-and post-treatment were assayed for safety evaluation of rifaximin in diarrhea patients.Results:29 patients in rifaximin group and 25 in ciprofloxacin group showed similar efficacy rates and recovery rates, 100% and 91.3% respectively. There was no statistic difference between the two groups related to the effectiveness. The bacterium positive rate was 64.8%(35/54)before treatment.Bacterial clearance rates were 100% and 87.5%.No statistic difference and obvious side effect in the two groups were observed. Conclusion:rifaximin is safe and effective in the treatment of acute bacterial diarrhea.
3.Relative Bioavailability of 2 Products of Loratadine Tablets in Human Body
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the relative bioavailability between2loratadine tablets(LORAX and LORAS)in human body.METHODS:22healthy male volunteers were enrolled to receive oral single dose(20mg)of either LORAX or LORAS tablets by crossover way, plasma concentrations of loratadine were determined by HPLC and pharmacokinetic param-eters were calculated by3p97program.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters of LORAX vs.LORAS were the fol-lowing,t 1/2Ke (3.03?0.98)h vs.(2.65?0.81)h;C max (8.59?6.70)vs.(9.59?8.22)ng/ml;t max (1.08?0.41)h vs.(1.21?0.28)h;AUC (0~t) (27.29?24.54)vs.(27.92?20.64)(ng?h)/ml.The relative bioavailability of LORAX was(100.63?14.27)%.CONCLUSION:2loratadine tablets were bioequivalent.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(32):4478-4480
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of aspartate transaminase(AST ) in gingival crevicular fluid on tooth movement in new bone area after distraction osteogenesis at different time .Methods The distraction osteogenesis surgical proce‐dure was performed in 8 beagle dogs without periodontal disease and normal teeth ,experimental teeth were transplanted into the bone regeneration area after 2 weeks and after 6 weeks .Comparative analysis AST of each time (1 ,2 ,3 ,7 ,14 ,28 d after distraction) dynamic changes in gingival crevicular fluid .Results The AST level of gingival crevicular fluid in experimental tooth was rising for the first three days ,and the group of two weeks were significantly higher than 6 weeks ;AST levels after 7 d showed a trend of de‐cline ,down to the lowest point at 21 d ,and gradually restored ,AST levels reached a higher level again in the 28 d .Conclusion The AST level of experimental teeth increased significantly after 2 weeks than after 6 weeks ,but over time the AST level change is not linear ,this change has certain guiding significance for the clinical research in the future .

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(06):-
Objective:To quantitively detect TfR gene expression of human white blood cell before and after iron supplementation. Methods:Before and after iron supplementation,10 healthy women were phlebotomized separately, and the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method was used to analyze the expression difference of TfR gene in human white blood cell. Results:TfR gene expression decreased after iron supplementation in 10 women, more evidently in 7 cases, where the expression level was half less than before iron supplementation. Conclusion:TfR gene expression of human white blood cell could be quantitatively measured by FQ-PCR,and was decreased after iron supplementation in 10 women. It explained that the regulative mechanism of TfR mRNA expression by iron is also suitable to white blood cell.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2021;56(6):1580-1590
The tumor microenvironment (TME), a dynamic and complex local environment, interacts with the tumor cells and is closely related to tumor growth, metastasis, immune escape and drug resistance. Thus, targeting the TME has been a worldwide focus in cancer therapy. Many natural products possess the advantages of multiple targets, multiple pathways and wide pharmacological functions, and are the main source of antitumor drugs. In recent years studies have found that some natural products had advantageous effects on the TME. In this review, we summarize the components and functions of the TME and some natural products that target the TME, with references to the drug therapy of cancer.
