2.Female Sexual Dysfunction and Related Factors in Diabetic Women
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(1):36-37
Objective To explore the prevalence and related factors of female sexual dysfunction(FSD) in women with diabetic. Methods Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI) was used to investigate the prevalence of FSD in 336 women with diabetes.Logistic analysis was conducted between diabetic women with FSD and without FsD for related factom of diabetic FSD.Results Two hundred and fourty-four patients were found to have FSD.The prevalence was 72.6% .The Logistic analysis showed that FSD was significantly relaed to diahetic course and diabetic neuropathy. Conclusion The prevalence of FSD in diabetic women is significandy greater than non-diabetic women.Diabetic course and diabetic neuropathy play an important role in the development of FSD in diabetic women.
3.Total parental nutrition and intestinal permeability
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2001;8(1):44-47
Since 1960s,total parental nutrition(TPN) has had a great development, while complications after long term of TPN has also been recognized. This article reviews intestinal permeability changes after TPN,its possible mechanism and some recent research progresses.
4.Detection of R-wave in Fetal EGG Based on Wavelet Transform and Matched Filtering.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(5):318-320
By analyzing the characteristics of maternal abdominal ECG (Electrocardiogram), a method based on wavelet transform and matched filtering is proposed to detect the R-wave in fetal EGG (FECG). In this method, the high-frequency coefficients are calculated by using wavelet transform. First, the maternal QRS template is obtained by using the arithmetic mean scheme. Finally, the R-wave of FECG is detected based on matched filtering. The experimental results show that this method can effectively eliminate the noises, such as the maternal ECG signal and baseline drift, enhancing the accuracy of the detection of fetal ECG.

5.Research progress in photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(8):878-883
Microcirculation is closely related to occurrence and development of disease, so it is of significance in noninvasive imaging of microcirculatory structure and function in vivo.Photoacoustic imaging is one of the main techniques in microcirculation imaging, which has the characteristics of high contrast, high detection depth and high sensitivity to tissue function.A review of the literature showed that photoacoustic technique can noninvasively image and quantitatively measure microcirculatory structure, vasoconstriction and vasodilation, concentration of hemoglobin, oxygen saturation, blood velocity and direction, oxygen metabolism level in a certain depth of living tissue in real time.Research progress in photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation in subcutis, cerebral cortex, tumor, eye and other tissues is reviewed in this paper.
6.Study on quick extraction and determination of icariin from Herba Epimedii
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
Objective: To study the quick extraction and determination of icariin in Herba Epimedii. Methods: The orthogonal design and ASE300 system were used to study the extraction method of icariin. The content of icariin was determined by HPLC.The methanol water glacial acetic acid(60∶40∶0.25) was used as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the detection wavelength was 270nm and the column temperature was 41℃.Results: The optimal extraction conditions were: 50% alcohol and extracting one times for twenty minutes each time at 70℃.The extracting rate of icariin was 93.15%.The RP-HPLC for determining method is simple, rapid and accurate. Conclusion: The extraction and determination methods are practicable for icariin in Herba Epimedii.
7.Application of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in the Treatment of Mid-Late Stage Liver Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To study the mechanism of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and discuss its clinical significance in the treatment of mid-late stage liver cancer. Methods The patients with mid-late stage liver cancer were treated with HIFU. The changes of photography, pathology and immunology after operation were evaluated. Results It was shown that the results of the photographic, pathologic and immunologic examinations changed during the treatment of the patients with HIFU. Conclusion HIFU is effective and safe for the treatment of mid-late stage liver cancer.
8.Recent advance in macrophage pattern recognition receptors for lipopolysaccharide recognition
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(08):-
Sepsis is systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)associated with the presence of pathogenic microorganisms or their toxin.Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)is an important component of the outer membrane of Gram negative bacteria and has a pivotal role in inducing Gram negative sepsis.Macrophages play an essential role in infection and inflammation.Specific recognition of LPS is of particular importance in the defense system and pattern recognition receptors(PRR)have been considered to be important in initial steps for cellular recognition of LPS and consequence initiation of LPS responses. In the past few years, intense research in the fields of PRR and their recognition mechanism has been achieved. In this review,we attempt to expound recent research advances of macrophage PRRs for LPS recognition and their mechanism.
9.Inhibitory effects of human cloned lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells on growth of myeloid progenitor cells
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Human LAK cells induced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells with recombinant interleukin2 (rIL-2) incubation, can be cloned in semisolid medium and proliferated well in liquid cultures containing rIL-2. Phynotypie analysis by flow cytometry showed that these cloned LAK cells were T_3(+), T_4(-), T_8(+), Tac(+), DR(+) and NKH1(-)/(+). Cultured with 1?10~5/ml normal bone marrow mononuelear cells (BMMNC)for 0.5-hr prior to semisolid culture system for CFU-GM, the cloned LAK ceils at 2?10~5/ml showed inhibitory effect on CFU-GM that the colonies were decreased by 43.8% of control though 0.5 or 1?10~5/ml LAK cells did not. Morever, a dose-dependent inhibition of CFU-GM was noted when LAK cells pre-inbated with BMMNC for 4-hr in doses of 0.5 -4?10~5/ml that the inhibitory rates of CFU-GM were 58.8, 67.5, 88.8 and 96.3% at0.5, 1, 2, 4?10~5/ml LAK cells addition respectively. Using double-layer agar cultures, inhibitory activity for CFU-GM was also observed only when LAK cells at 4?10~5/ml without contacted with BMMNC. No significant difference of inhibitory effects on CFUGM growth was found between autologous and allogenie clotted LAK cells under same condition. These data suggeste that LAK cells inhibited growth of myeloid progenitor cells without MHC-restriction and the mechanism might involve cell-to-cell interaction and/or some soluble factors secreted by LAK cells.
