1.Application and progress of laparoscopy in aorto-iliac surgery
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(8):527-531
Conventional aorto-iliac surgery has the disadvantages of major surgical trauma, more complications, long hospital stay and postoperative recovery. Although endovascular surgery is a minimally invasive surgical technology, but it is not suitable for all patients and long-term outcomes are still uncertain. Laparoscopic aorto-iliac surgery affords advantages of minimally invasive surgical techniques and certain long-term outcomes, it is now becoming a third way to treat patients with aorto-iliac diseases.

3.Role of receptor-interaction proteins in phenethylisothiocyanate-induced apoptosis in human leukemia cells in vitro
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
Objective To explore the role of receptor-interaction proteins(RIP) in phenethylisothiocyanate(PEITC)-induced apoptosis in human leukemia cells. Methods U937 cells were exposed to PEITC at various concentrations of 0,2,4,6 and 8 ?mol/L for 3 and 6 h,or at 8 ?mol/L for different time intervals of 1,3,6,9,12 and 24 h.Cells were stained with Annexin V/PI,and apoptosis was determined by using flow cytometry.Total protein extracts were prepared and subjected to Western blot assay using antibodies against poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase(PARP),Caspase-3,Caspase-8,and RIP.?-actin was used to ensure equivalent loading. Results After exposure to PEITC at concentrations of 2,4,6 and 8 ?mol/L for 3 h,U937 cells showed an increase in cell apoptosis(9% ,25% ,44% and 56% respectively). While when the time expanded to 6 h,the amount of apoptotic cells was increased to 16% ,28% ,51% and 82% respectively.A dose-dependent manner was seen when U937 cells were exposure to PEITC at different concentrations. When U937 cells were treated by PEITC at concentration of 8 ?mol/L for 1,3,6,9,12,and 24 h,the apoptotic cells covered 12% ,57% ,79% ,86% ,90% ,and 91% of all cells respectively, indicating a time-dependent manner.Western blot assay showed that PEITC caused the activation/cleavage of Caspase-3 and-8,and improved the PARP cleavage, and also decreased the expression of RIP.PEITC-induced apoptosis was proceeded by degradation of RIP.Conclusion Our results indicate that PEITC induces the apoptosis in human leukemia cells through a process that involves death receptor pathway, and RIP may play an important role in the apoptosis.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(12):1721-1722
OBJECTIVE:To explore the teaching methods for pharmacognosy course in order to improve the quality of teach-ing. METHODS:In view of the disadvantages of the traditional teaching method, the teaching methods in pharmacognosy courses were reformed and practiced in many ways. RESULTS:Special seminar was set up,the role of teacher and student exchange was applied, traditional culture and knowledge was penetrated in class teaching, extracurricular activities were carried out and field prac-tice was added. CONCLUSIONS:Through the reform practise of the teaching method in pharmacognostic courses in pharmacy ma-jor in our university, the initiative and enthusiasm of students' learning has been improved, the ability of professional knowledge has been expanded, innovation and practical ability have been actively cultivated and good teaching effected has achieved. The quali-ty of the teaching in pharmacognosy has been greatly improved.
5.The study on expression and activity of human mutant CD59 gene
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
Objective: To amplify two human mutant CD59 eukaryotic expressing systems and investigate mutant CD59 functional activity. Methods: Mammalian expression vector PLATER of mutant CD59 cDNAs was transfected into CHO together with the pcDNA by lipofectamine, which confered resistance to G418(400 ?g/ml). The positive clones were tested by FIH. Activity of both mutants CD59 was determined by BCECF release assay. Results: Mutant CD59 cDNAs subcloned into the mammalian expression vector PLATER and transfected CHO together with the pcDNA,which confered resistance to G418. The positive clones were tested by FIH.Activity of both mutants CD59 before and after glycation was determined by BCECF release assay, both of them could restrict MAC formation ,and glycation could inhibit CD59. Conclusion: A eukaryotic system that expressing mutant CD59 cDNA was successfully set up.It was found that mutant CD59 could restrict MAC formation, and glycation could inhibit mutant CD59. These would be helpful for the furthur study of link mutant CD59 and the vascular proliferative of diabetes.
6.The Application of Transgenic Animals in MicroRNA Research
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(09):-
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs which are essential for posttranscriptional gene regulation and have important roles in physiology and pathology. The researches on function of miRNA will be a focus in the future. Several animal models have been built by transgenic technology, making important contributions to our understanding of gene function at the whole scale. Recently, the number of transgenic animal models for microRNAs and construction strategies have been increasing and diversifying. Some roles of miRNA in tumor and cardiovascular disease have been revealed by transgenic animals. Transgenic animals are becoming a kind of powerful tool in microRNA researches.
7.Analysis on the Utilization of Drug for Bony Metastasis Cancer in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2009
China Pharmacy 2005;0(14):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and tendency of the utilization of drug for bony metastasis cancer in our hospital. METHODS:The utilization of drug for bony metastasis cancer in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The total amount of the drug for bony metastasis cancer had been increasing. Pamidronate took up the first place of the consumption sum list and accounted for 80% of total consumption sum. Top one drug in the list of DDDs was domestical pamidronate. Utilization rate of disodium clodronate increased form 0.67% in 2006 to 31.68% in 2009. The order of DDC had not changed during 2006~2009. CONCLUSION:In recent year the drug for bony metastasis cancer has been rational and has become curative effect-oriented rather than price-oriented.

International Eye Science 2017;17(6):1066-1068
Up to now, a variety of microRNAs have been found in a number of studies, that specifically expressed in retinal neuroepithelial, lens, cornea and retinal pigment epithelium, in which miR-126 plays a certain role in the proliferation of tumor cells, the development of thymus lymphocytes and cardiovascular diseases. Some researches show that miR-126 has certain correlations with the formation of corneal neovascularization, the development of diabetic retinopathy, and the immune system related eye disease. In this paper, the current miR-126 in the role of eye disease mechanism and research progress were reviewed.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the protective function of oxymatrine on the renal intestitial fibrosis in rats. Methods Forty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham group, model group,Lotensin group,large-dose oxymatrine group, and small-dose oxymatrine group. The models were established by unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) of the left side.On the 14~(th) day after operation, the obstructed kidney was taken out. Then,HE,Massion, and immunohistochemistry staining of transforming growth factor-?_(1)(TGF-?_(1)),(?-smooth) muscle acting(?-SMA) and collagen Ⅲ were conducted. After that, semiquantitative analysis was performed. Results After oxymatrine, treatment, the expressions of ?-SMA,TGF-?_(1) and ColⅢ of the obstructed kidney in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P0.05).Conclusion Oxymatrine may reduce the expression of cytokines such as TGF-?_(1),then the activation of cell producing ECM and then the sendimentation of ECM,thus preventing renal interstitial fibrosis.
