Objective In order to investigate the situation application of compound Danshen injection (CDI) in the treatment and to provide reference for clinical rational use.Methods Adverse drug reactions (ADR) report literatures through WANFANG DATA, VIP DATA and CNKI from 1989 to 2013 with (CDI) were retrieved the data including patient age, gender, medical history, dosage, medication time and ADR type were got and analyzed.Results One hundred and twenty-one literatures with one hundred and forty-eight ADR report cases wore retrieved. The ADR of (CDI) rate of male was higher than female. The original disease causes were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The age, a rather elderly bunch, was not associated with the disease. The frequent onest time of adverse reaction was in 5-20 min after medication, and allergic reaction was the main adverse reaction.Conclusion The ADR of CDI should not be ignored. Patients constitution, gender, medication time and the combined application should be pay more attention to reduce the incidence of ADR and ensure the drug safety.

Objective To explore the experience of diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopic abdominal inci-sion hernia repair.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients treated with laparoscopic incision hernia repair were ret-rospectively analyzed.Results All 15 cases were successful in operation by laparoscopy.The operation time was 60~180 mins,and the mean operation time was (117 ±30.46) mins,the post-operation aerofluxus time was 1~2 days and the mean time of post-operation hospital stay was (16.53 ±3.46) days.During the operation no association with serosal layer damage or massive hemorrhage occurred;no postoperative seroma infection,intestinal fistula,infec-tion of incision,patches or deaths occurred.Ten patients(66.67%) had abdominal wall nail regional pain to different degree.2~11 months′postoperative follow-up indicated no recurrent cases.Conclusion Laparoscopic adoption of stapler or stapler with sutures through abdominal wall to repair incisional hernia is safe and effective.Compared with the open surgery,laparoscopic incisional hernia repair has the advantage of minor injury,quicker recovery,and lower recurrence rate.

Objective To investigate the significance of Human papilloma virus(HPV)typing in the screening of cervical dis-ease.Methods 687 cases of gynecological patients in the hospital were enrolled in the study,whose HPV-DNA genotype was detec-ted by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).In addition to that,389 healthy women who took gynecological examina-tion in the hospital in the same period were enrolled in the study,HPV-DNA quantitative detection were performed on those people (FQ-PCR were used)firstly,and the persons with more than 5×102 IU/mL HPV-DNA were tested for the HPV-DNA subtype. Results In the 687 cases of gynecological patients,164 cases were HPV positive which accounted for 23.9%;The single-infection patients accounted for 74.3%,mixed infection accounted for 25.6%.The mixed infection included 2 -4 types of infection,among which the double infection was most common.The common type were HPV16,52,58 and 35.In 389 cases of healthy women,29 ca-ses were found HPV positive,which accounted for 7.5%;The single infection accounted for 79.3%,mixed infection accounted for 20.7%,mixed infection included 2-3 types of HPV infection,in which double infection is the most common situation.The common type were HPV52,58,16 and 18.Conclusion HPV infection is the major cause of cervical cancer,HPV detection and typing con-tribute to cervical cancer screening and its prevention.

In recent years, the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year. Along with it, the problems of high medical cost and health resource shortage also make the diabetes the key chronic disease of health service management in our country. There are significant features and advantages in treatment of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the construction mode of two-way referral care for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions is just unfolding. Based on the status quo of TCM treatment for diabetes, this article reviewed the present basic situation of the two-way referral care for diabetes patients in TCM hospitals and community medical institutions, discussed the significance of this mode for diabetes patients in TCM hospital, emphasized the feasibility and validity of implementing this mode, and provided beneficial exploration and consideration for further development of this mode for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions.

Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacist in medical therapy for a patient with cerebrovascular disease and epilepsy.Methods One patient was hospitalized due to headache and twitch.Clinical diagnosis was cerebral venous sinus thrombosis and epilepsy.During the treatment,the clinical pharmacist gave suggestion on drug selection of anti-infection and anti-epileptic therapy,assessed drug interaction between omeprazole-escitalopram and mannitoldexamethasone,monitored the adverse drug reaction of valproate,and provided medication education to the patient.Results Physician adopted clinical pharmacist's suggestion.The patient discharged with stable condition.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the medication therapy of patients with cerebrovascular disease can reduce the risk of drug use and promote the efficacy and safety of medication.

Objective To compare the effect of occupy effects of tumor in situ before surgery(OETS) and after neurosurgery (ANS) on neuroendocrine dysfunction and grading of neuroendocrine function in children with craniopharyngioma. Methods The grading evaluation criteria of neuroendocrine dysfunction in children with craniopharyngioma were drew up according to references and the endocrine feedback principle. Based on these grading evaluation criteria, the clinical date of 227 cases of children with craniopharyngioma who underwent neurosurgical treatment were retrospectively studied. These children were divided into pre-pubertal group (167 cases) and pubertal group (60 cases). The neuroendocrine impairment status before and after the surgery were evaluated separately. Results Among 227 children with craniopharyngioma, after the surgery, the incidence of the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid dysfunction increased from 16.74%(38/227) to 67.40%(153/227), the incidence of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal gland dysfunction increased from 14.54%(33/227) to 44.49%(101/227), and the the incidence of pituitary function impairment increased from 17.62%(40/227) to 21.15%(48/227). Meanwhile, the incidence of body temperature dysregulation, sleeping disorder, personality abnormality and cognitive abnormality all increased after the surgery. The scoring and grading on neuroendocrine dysfunction in pre-pubertal group were increased after the surgery (Z=-5.20, P<0.01; Z=-4.94, P<0.01,). The scoring and grading on neuroendocrine dysfunction in pubertal group were increased after the surgery( Z=-4.10, P<0.01;Z=-4.25, P<0.01). Conclusions Both the mass effect of tumor in situ of craniopharyngioma and the neurosurgical treatment can be harmful to the neuroendocrine function. Even though the surgery can remove the mass effect of tumor in situ in the saddle area, it can increase the level of grading of neuroendocrine dysfunction. The status of neuroendocrine dysfunction can be evaluated by the grading evaluation criteria of neuroendocrine dysfunction in children with craniopharyngioma, which then provides an effective evaluation tool for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of neuroendocrine function.

Objective To summarize the effect of tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia .Methods Retrospective analysis of 619 cases of adult inguinal hernia underwent tension-free hernioplasty clinical data , curative effect and complications were observed .Results Patients could all get up 1 day after operation .Incisional pain was disappeared within 1-2days.Postoperative scrotal hematoma was found with 3 cases,no postoperative incision infec-tion,rejection.574 cases were followed up for 3 months to 4 years, there was no recurrence .Conclusion Adopting the method of Tension-free herniorrhaphy in treatment for inguinal hernia has the advantages of less trauma , faster postoperative recovery ,less complications and low recurrence rate etc .

Objective Inquire into the relationship between diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)pathogenic factor and Antigangliosides antibody(Anti-GS-Ab)in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods It was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)to the levels of serum Anti-gangliosides(Anti-GS)in 2 DM and DPN as well as healthy.Results The positive rate of Anti-GS-IgM,IgG in DPN group were 46.7% and 20.0%.repectivily it was obviously higher than normal group and 2 DM group.Conclusion The relationship between the DPN and Anti-GS-Ab is a close.It show that Anti-GS-Ab play an important role in DPN pathological process.

Objective To establish a paraspinal neural pathway of quadriceps femoris by end-to-end anastomoses between the spinal ventral root after spinal cord injury(SCI) in rats. Methods Twenty-fourweek old SD rats, with the weight of 120 g to 150 g, were included. The left side was the experimental side, while the right side served as a control. Electrostimulating of L1-L5 ventral root was done respectively to decide the predominant nerve of quadriceps femoris. The lumbar 1 ventral root was reveal to little innervation of quadriceps femoris, and the lumbar 3 ventral root was predominant innervation. End-to-end anastomosis between the left L1 and L3 ventral root was done. After axona regeneration, the new paraspinal neural pathway of quadriceps femoris was established. At 6 months postoperatively, the early function of the new pathway was observed by electrophysiological examinations, hindlimb locomotion and BBB (basso, beattie and bresnahan)scale at 1,3,7, 14,21,28 d after SCI. Results Sixteen rats survived for 6 months after operation and only ten rats got good results because of tissue adhesion postoperatively. Single stimuli (2.5 mA,0.2 ms, 1 Hz) of the left anastomoses nerve resulted in action potential recorded from the left quadriceps femoris before and after the spinal cord hemisection horizontally between L2 segmental levels. The amplitudes of the action potentials were (7.63 ± 1.86) mV and (6.00 ± 1.92)mV, respectively, and there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05). The left quadriceps femoris contraction was initiated by single stimuli (2.5mA, 0.2 ms, 1 Hz) of the left anastomoses nerve. After paraplegia, when the right L3 ventral root was stimulated, the amplitude of the action potential was (15.87 ± 1.16) mV. Locomotion of the left hindlimb was partially restored after spinal cord hemisection while creeping and climbing. According to BBB scale, there was significant difference at 1, 3, 7 d, and little difference at 14, 21, 28 d after SCI. Conclusion Spinal ventral roots cross-ananstomosis to reconstruct the paraspinal pathway of quadriceps femoris after SCI is efficient reinnervation of hindlamb muscles in a rat model and may have potential in clinical application.

Objective To explore the classification of degenerative medial meniscus injury under arthroscopy and its clinical significance.Methods This study involved 122 patients who underwent arthroscopic operation because of degenerative medial meniscus injury from January 2012 to December 2012,eliminating patients who received synovectomy for severe synovitis.There were 27 males and 95 females,with 63 left knees and 59 right knees.The average age was 61.8±8.9 years.The average BMI was 26.5±3.4 kg/m2,while the average preoperative Lysholm score was 47.2± 15.0.The cartilage injury was estimated by Outerbridge classification system during arthroscopic surgery.Both the difference of the preoperative Lysholm score and the number of articular surfaces with Ⅳ degree of cartilage injury were compared among different types of degenerative medial meniscus injury.Resuits The horizon tear of posterior horn group included 33 patients.The average number of articular surfaces with Ⅳ degree of cartilage injury was 1.24± 1.48 while the average preoperative Lysholm score was 52.5± 14.4 points,with pain score of 7.7±6.5.The root injury of posterior horn group included 16 patients,whose average number of articular surfaces with 1Ⅳ degree of cartilage injury was 1.13±1.26 and average preoperative Lysholm score was 37.5±8.4 points,with pain score of 3.1±4.0.The complex serious injury group included 73 patients.The average number of articular surfaces with Ⅳ degree of cartilage injury was 2.26±1.61 and the average preoperative Lysholm score was 46.9±15.3 points,with pain score of 6.8±5.4.Both the preoperative Lysholm score and pain score of the root injury of posterior horn group was significantly lower than that of the horizon tear and the complex serious injury group.The average number of articular surfaces with Ⅳ degree of cartilage injury between the root injury and the horizon tear of posterior horn group had no significant difference.The number of these two groups was less than the complex serious injury group,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion The arthroscopic classification of degenerative medial meniscus injury could be classified into three types.The degenerative cartilage injury of root injury of posterior horn and horizon tear of posterior horn is relatively mild,which are the early stages of joint degeneration.However,the clinical symptoms and disability caused by root injury of posterior horn are more severe.On the other hand,the degenerative cartilage injury of complex serious injury is relatively severe,which belongs to the late stage,while the clinical symptoms and disability are relatively mild.
