2.Gut-origin sepsis
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(4):241-244
Gut-origin sepsis is paid more attention recently.Gut has become an important origin of sepsis for its full of bacteria and toxin and the role in immune regulation, which is hidden in infants and young children. We rarely diagnose gut-origin sepsis deliberately in clinic, but just as a source of infection. In this article,we discussed the pathogenesis including some debated problems and progress of treatment by literature review, hope to help clinicians improve the ability to diagnose and treat gut-origin sepsis.
3.Effect of WeChat on compliance of COPD patients after discharge
Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(5):51-53
Objective To investigate the influence of WeChat on compliance of chronic obstructive drsease(COPD)patients after discharge. Methods Eighty COPD patients were divided into observation group and control group in equal number. The former received health education by WeChat, while the control group regular revisits. The two groups were compared in terms of the compliance in mediation and dieting as well as readmission.Result The rate of compliance in mediation and dieting in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control and the rate of readmission significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education by way of WeChat for COPD patients can enhance their compliance in medication and consolidate the curative effect.
4.Advances in diagnosis and mechanisms of septic cardiac dysfunction in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(3):164-167
Septic cardiac dysfunction is very common in children with sever sepsis and septic shock, and the diagnosis mainly depends on echocardiography. In this article, we reviewed the diagnosis of septic cardiac dysfunction and its relation with prognosis.Meanwhile,we showed the hot spot and controversy on potential mechanisms of septic cardiomyopathy.
5.Expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1αand transforming growth factor-β1 in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significances
Clinical Medicine of China 2016;32(9):830-833
Objective To examine the expressions of hypoxia inducible factor?1α( HIF?1α) and trans?forming growth factor?β1 ( TGFβ1) in patients with endometrial carcinoma,to investigate their clinical signifi?cances. Methods Fifty?four patients with endometrial carcinoma and 20 patients with normal endometrium were selected in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from2012 to 2015. Expression of HIF?1αand TGF?β1 were detected by immunohistochemical method respectively, the correlations between HIF?1α,TGF?β1 and clinic pathologic characteristics and prognostic significance were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of HIF?1αand TGF?β1 were 59. 26%( 32/54) and 64. 81%( 35/54) in endometrial carcinoma respectively, signifi?cantly higher than of expression of patients with normal endometrium ( 5. 00%( 1/20 ) , 0 ( 0 );χ2 =17. 390, 24. 596;P<0. 01). The expressions of HIF?1α were correlated with FIGO stage(χ2=6. 712,P=0. 010),tumor thrombus in pulse tube(χ2=4. 804,P=0. 036),deep myometrial invasion(χ2=6. 484,P=0. 011),and lymph node metastasis(χ2 = 5. 732, P= 0. 017 ) . The expression of TGF?β1 were correlated with FIGO stage (χ2=4. 878,P=0. 027) ,deep myometrial invasion(χ2=4. 060,P=0. 044) and lymph node metastasis(χ2=5. 211, P=0. 022). Expression of HIF?1αwas positively correlated with expression of TGF?β1(r=0. 705,P=0. 000) . Conclusion Increased expressions of HIF?1αand TGF?β1 are all involved in carcinogenesis, progression and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, which may be considered as a target in endometrial carcinoma therapy.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of endovascular stent assisted angioplasty for symptomatic intracranial arteriostenosis. Methods 4 patients with symptomatic intracranial arteriostenosis were treated with endovascular angioplasty using balloon expandable stents. Therapeutic effects were evaluated by clinical manifestations, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and transcranial Dopple (TCD) before and after the operation. Follow up was made for 7~10 months. Results Technical success was achieved in all patients, with no complication of cerebral embolism and hemorrhage except one of transient seizure during operation. Angiographic results immediately after stenting suggested that the residual postoperation stenosis was 8%(0%~17%), with significant reduction from preoperation stenosis of 75%(70%~80.7%). No recurrent TIA and stroke occurred and no restenosis was found with serial TCD in all 4 patients during follow up of 7~10 months. Conclusions Endovascular stenting is a safe and effective therapeutic tool for symptomatic intracranial arteriostenosis.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(01):-
Objective To analyze the effect and safety of cerebral protection filter in carotid artery and stenting(CAS) for the treatment of severe symptomatic carotid artery stenosis. Methods Elective CAS with the use of cerebral protection filters were undergone in 26 consecutive patients with severe carotid artery stenosis. The filter devices were advanced through lesions and opened distal to the lesions followed by CAS.The incidence of cerebral ischemic events and the debris collected in the filters were observed and analyzed. Results In all the patients,it was feasible and successful to position the filters devices in the internal carotid artery. After the filter devices were positioned,CAS were performed successfully in all the 26 patients.Thrombus or plague debris were found in 14 out of 26 retrieved filters(54%).There was no death or symptomatic cerebral thromboembolic event during the CAS procedure.Asymptomatic cerebral embolization lesions were detected in 3 patients by the means of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging after 1-6 days of the CAS.No major cerebral or cardiovascular ischemic events were recorded in all patients during their follow up period of 6-12 months. Conclusion Carotid artery stenting is an effective microinvasive therapy for severe carotid artery stenosis which effect and safety can be enhanced with the use of cerebral protection filter.
9.Investigation on Serum Glucose,Uric Acid and Lipid Profile of Professional Bus Drivers in Fuzhou City
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2016;(1):149-151,154
Objective To observe and analyse the levels of serum glucose, uric acid and lipid profile in bus drivers in Fuzhou City and provide the necessary information for the reasonable health management of bus drivers. Methods Serum from 3 877 bus drivers of Fuzhou City (3 522 males and 355 females)were collected and detected for the concentrations of serum glucose (GLU),uric acid (UA),cholesterol (CHOL),triglyceride (TRIG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).Statistical analysis was performed to compare the results. Results The levels and abnormal rates of GLU,UA,CHOL,TRIG and LDL-C of male drivers were significantly higher than that of fe-male drivers (P <0.05).The levels of GLU,CHOL,TRIG and LDL-C of male drivers increased along with the growth of age.And statistical differences were observed among the four groups (<30,31~40,41~50 and >50 years old). The level of UA of male drivers decreased with age while HDL-C invariable. Conclusion The levels of GLU,UA,CHOL,TRIG, HDL-C and LDL-C of male drivers varied and more severe than the female drivers.
