OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by tinidazole.METHODS:Tinidazole-induced ADR cases reported in the internal pharmaceutical journals retrieved from Jan.1994 to Jun.2006 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The ADR induced by tinidazole were diversified in clinical manifestation,but allergic response was the most common type,followed by the lesion of nervous system and digestive system etc.CONC-LUSION:Clinicians should attach great importance to the ADR induced by tinidazole.

This article based on the experience of LIN Lan’s clinic and scientifi c research,analysis the etiological factor and pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus(DM)complicating coronary heart disease(CHD),presumes that defi ciency of both qi and yin,blood stasis and sputum are mainly pathogenesis of DM complicating CHD.Professer LIN proposes the TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation,which obtains obviously therapeutic effect.

Objective: To analyze the correlated risk factors of endodontic interappointment emergencies(EIAE) and the intervention effect of microwave endodontic sterilization. Methods: 163 patients with chronic periodontitis, pulpitis or dental pulp necrosis (without acute inflammation) were involved in the study. All the patients were distributed into microwave group (n=80) and control group (n=83) randomly. Unitarily finished endodontic therapy was conduced in microwave group after the microwave endodontic sterilization. Same endodontic therapy was applied in control group but without microwave endodontic sterilization. Risk factors of EIAE were investigated by releasing questionnaire. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: Incidences of EIAE were related to age, gender, the position of the tooth, with or without fistula, filling condition and with or without microwave endodontic sterilization. Objective To analyse and summarise of the clinical effect and operative opportunity laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute mild unobstructed gallstone pancreatitis.Methods Fify-four gallstone pancreatitis patients were treated as observation group in the first people's hospital of yangzhou from December 2012 to September 2015,which were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after two weeks,while 53 patients which were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after three months were treated as control group.The treatment effect,operation time,hospitalization time and total cost.Results There were no deaths,no bile duct injury and biliary fistula,the total hospitalization time [(19.8 ±2.6)d vs (26.5 ±3.5) d],the total cost [(2.6282 ± 0.2451) vs (3.2892 ± 0.3982)],recurrent pancreatitis rate (0) were lower than the control group(9.4％),the recovery rate of liver function were higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P ＜ 0.05),however,there was no significant difference between two groups for postoperative complications and operation time (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions For acute mild unobstructed gallstone pancreatitis patients,the safe and feasible operative opportunity was recommended two weeks after the symptoms were completely improved,Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute gallstone pancreatitis can promote recovery,shorten the hospitalization time.

ObjectiveTo comprehensively evaluate the curative effect ofTCM reating type 2 diabetes with three type dialectical therapy by Fuzzy Mathematics.Methods261 cases of 2 type diabetes were divided into three groups by syndrome differentiation,as follows:type of heat with yin deficiency,type of deficiency of both qi and yin,and type of deficiency of both yin and yang,and received corresponding therapies.The course of treatment was 24 weeks,in the first 12 weeks (period 1),on the basis of western medicine treatment,patients of the three groups were respectively treated by qingrungranules,ziyigranule and shuangtiaogranules.In the next 12 weeks (period 2),all patients were only treated by western medicine.The value of FBG,P2BG,HbAlc,TC,TG,BMI of the two periods were comprehensively evaluated by the methods of fuzzy mathematics.ResultsAt the end of period 1,the total effective rate of the type of heat with yin deficiency was 91.38％,the type of deficiency of both qi and yin was 87.16％,and the type of deficiency of both yin and yang was 83.34％; while at the end of period 2,the total effective rate of the three types was 59.18％,48.65％a nd32.65％ respectively.ConclusionThe effective rate was obviously improved in period 1; while in period 2,the effective rate was decreased.

Objective To explore the role of Tanggankang Capsule in decreasing blood sugar, regulating blood lipid and protecting liver for the patient of type 2 diabetes with hepatic injury. Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetes with hepatic injury, and with TCM syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of spleen, dampness-heat and blood stasis were enrolled in the study.
