Objective:To analyze the craniofacial morphology characeristics of patients with peg-shaped upper lateral incisors. Methods:1 13 patients,aged 12 ~28 years,with peg-shaped upper lateral incisors were included,lateral cephalograms were taken and analyzed cephalometrically.Data were statistically analysed.Results:The sagittal facial patterns were skeletal Class Ⅰ(40.71%),skeletal Class Ⅱ(9.73%)and skeletal Class Ⅲ(49.56%).The vertical skeletal patterns were average vertical type (41.59%),high vertical type(18.58%)and low vertical type(39.82%).SNA,ANB,Ptm-A(mm),U1-SN,L1-NB,UL-EP were smaller(P<0.05)and SNB,PP-GoGn,SN-MP,Y axis,U1-L1,U1-NA,L1-MP and Z angles were increased(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Patients with peg-shaped upper lateral incisors show Class Ⅲ skeletal pattern with maxillary retrognathia and mandibular prog-nathism.

Objective:To investigate the structure of alveolar bone around incisors in patients with verical facial type of skeletal ClassⅡ by CBCT.Methods:60 skeletal Class Ⅱ patients were divided into low angle,average angle and high angle cases(n =20)by FMA.CBCT scanning was made and the thickness of the labial and lingual alveolar bone around the incisors in each subject was meas-ured.The measurements were analyzed using ANOVA.Results:The total width of alveolar bone at the root apical level of maxillary and mandibular incisors,the lingual thickness of alveolar bone at the root midpoint of maxillary incisors and labial thickness of alveolar bone at the root midpoint of mandibular incisors in the high angle cases were thinner than that in the average and low angle cases(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in labial thickness of alveolar bone at the crest among 3 groups.Conclusion:The alveo-lar bone thickness around incisors of high angle patients is thinner,more attention should be paid for the alveolar bone absorpation and tooth root exposure in these patients.

Objective To design and apply the quality tracking system for central sterile supply department,complete the quality tracking of sterile medical products,rental surgical devices and high level disinfected products,conform the second-class storage management and human resource management.Methods By using the modern technology of WiFi wireless network,mobile PDA technology and two dimensional barcode,through establishing the team,collecting the data,installing the hardware,debugging the system,training and education,the development and application of the system was completed.Results The system has been operated for two years nearly in central sterile supply depamnent and other departments in hospital,it showed great practicability and convenience,covered all the daily work in central sterile supply department,achieved the information management in mobile digital way.Conclusions The application of digital mobile quality management system accelerates the central sterile supply department in standard way and realizes scientific in strategic decision and management.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC). WT5”HZMethods Ten kindreds of HNPCC in South Zhejiang area were analyzed. ResultsWT5”BZ Among the 10 families, 27 persons had colorectal cancer with age ranging from 19 to 71(average 45 3 years),74 percent of cases being diagnosed before the age of 50. The total of the colorectal cancer foci in 27 cases were 37, 40 percent of focis located proximal to splenic flexure, 30 percent of cases had multiple primary colorectal cancer, among which 14 8 percent of cases had synchronous multiple primary colorectal cancer, 18 5 percent of cases had metachronous multiple primary colorectal cancer. Thirteen cases died during follow-up of 1～23 years, 14 cases were still alive during follow-up of 1～28 years. KG2Conclusion HNPCC has definite charactistics that are of much help to early diagnosis.

Objective To study the degradation of hepatitis C virus(HCV) genome before and after methylene blue photochemistry(MB-P) treatment of the plasma.Methods MB was added to HCV positive plasma to a final concentration of 1.0?mol/L.The plasma was then exposed to 30000 Lux fluorescence.Plasma samples were then collected at different times of exposure.Real-time PCR was used to quantitatively study the course of the HCV-RNA degradation.The whole genome was screened for integrity by RT-PCR with 8 pairs of specific primers which targeted sequential overlapping sections of HCV genome.Results Results of real-time PCR showed that the copy number of HCV-RNA was continuously decreasing during MB-P treatment.RT-PCR results showed that the reactivity of different sections of the HCV genome to MB-P was significantly different and indicated that the 5' end and 3' end were more stable. Conclusion MB-P treatment could degrade HCV RNA with various sensitivities to different sections of the genome.RNA degradation may play an important role in plasma virus inactivation.Detection of HCV genomic RNA might be clinically useful to monitor the process and efficiency of virus inactivation.

Objective To evaluate the influence of successful revascularization by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on heart function of patients with heart dysfunction combined with chronic total occlusion(CTO).Methods The clinical data of 272 patients with heart dysfunction combined with CTO were analyzed.The patients were divided into PCI success group(246 cases)and PCI failure group(26 cases)respectively according to the results of PCI.Six months after PCI,the patients underwent cardiac ultrasound examination to compare the heart function between the two groups.Results Cardiac ultrasound examination was successfully performed in 229 patients in PCI success group and 24 patients in PCI failure group at 6 months after PCI.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume index(LVEDVI)showed no significant difference in PCI failure group at 6 months after PCI compared with that before PCI(P＞0.05).In PCI success group,LVEF and LVEDVI were significantly increased at 6 months after PCI compared with that before PCI and compared with that in PCI failure group at 6 months after PCI[(51±5)％ vs.(43±6)％ and(45±2)％,(77±13)ml/m2 vs.(86±12)ml/m2 and(86±10)ml/m2,P＜0.05].The cardiac functional grading in PCI failure group had no significant difference compared with that before PCI(P＞0.05),but in PCI success group it had significant difference compared with that before PCI and compared with that in PCI failure group at 6 months after PCI(P＜0.05).Conclusion Successful revascularization by PCI can improve heart function in patients with heart dysfunction combined with CTO.

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the prevalence of hearing loss by studying the current status of hearing loss, risk factors of hearing loss, exposure level of noise, and everyday habit of hearing in a group of university students, so as to provide information for hearing loss prevention in university students. METHOD: According to the purposive sampling method, 642 freshmen students participated in the study. Pure tone audiometry, and exposure level of noise scale were performed in all participants. RESULT: (1) According to the hearing loss criterion of WHO/PDH97.3, high frequency hearing loss, and noise induced threshold shifts, the hearing loss prevalence was 0.36%, 20.91% and 6.73%, respectively. (2) Multivariant Logistic regression analysis of high-frequency hearing loss indicated that traffic noise exposure and ear infection were risk factor of high frequency hearing loss. CONCLUSION There is a high prevalence of high frequency hearing loss in university students (20.91%), which was high related with traffic noise exposure and ear infection.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Compound Yihe Tea on improving insulin resistance in obesity mice. Thirty-two male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the normal fat diet group(NFD group), high fat diet group(HFD group), Compound Yihe Tea low dosage group［20 mg/(kg ·d), YH-L group］ and high dosage group［40 mg/(kg ·d), YH-H group］. NFD group was given standard feed, and the remaining mice were administered with high fat diet. After 6 weeks, YH-H and YH-L groups were given Compound Yihe Tea for 6 weeks. Blood glucose was measured at week 11 and serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), serum triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured at week 12. Liver tissues were prepared for oil red O and HE staining. Immunohistochemical analysis was used to test the protein expression of GLUT4 in liver. Protein expressions of PI3K, Akt and GLUT4 in epididymis white adipose tissue(WAT)were tested by Western blot. The results showed that Compound Yihe Tea could effectively reduce body weights and the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C. Furthermore Compound Yihe Tea could improve the histopathological changes of liver, up-regulate the protein expression of PI3K, Akt and GLUT4 in epididymis WAT and the protein expression of GLUT4 in liver. Compound Yihe Tea can reduce the fat accumulation in liver tissue, improve the indexes of blood glucose and lipid levels, and improve insulin resistance via PI3K-AKT-GLUT4 pathway.

Objective To compare the prognosis of vascular in situ and bridge vessel percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) therapy strategies in patients with recurrent angina after coronary artery bypass grafting ( CABG) . Methods A total of one hundred and two patients with recurrent angina after CABG from January 2008 to January 2016 were involved in this study and were divided into two groups according to interventional therapy strategy:74 patients in the vascular in situ PCI group ( in situ group,74 cases) and 28 patients for bridge vessel PCI group ( bridge vessel group,28 cases) . The patients have been followed up for (33. 6± 10. 2) months. The major adverse cardiovascular events ( MACE) of the two groups were recorded, including non?fatal acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) ,target vessel revascularization ( TVR) and cardiac death, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors of MACE. Results Compared with the bridge vessel group,the non?MACE survival rate,non?AMI survival rate and non?TVR survival rate of the in situ group were significantly increased ( ( 71. 6% ( 53/74 ) vs. 57. 1% ( 16/28 ) , 93. 2% ( 69/74 ) vs. 82. 1% (23/28),81. 1% (60/74) vs. 67. 9% (19/28) ),the differences were statistically significant (χ2=8. 141,4. 219,5. 436, P<0. 05) . Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that age of bridge ( OR=1. 023,95%CI 1. 005-1. 026,P=0. 019) ,diabetes mellitus ( OR=2. 386,95%CI 1. 425-3. 991,P=0. 003) and bridge vessel PCI (OR=1. 884,95%CI 1. 093-3. 220,P=0. 025) were factors that affect the clinical prognosis in patients with recurrent angina pectoris after CABG. Conclusion The clinical prognosis of the in situ PCI is better than bridge vascular PCI in patients with recurrent angina after CABG,while the age of bridge, diabetes mellitus, vascular interventional treatment are factors for the effect of interventional therapy patients prognosis. The clinical prognosis is much better in native vessel PCI than that of bridge vessel PCI in patients with recurrent angina after CABG. The age of bridge,diabetes mellitus and bridge vessel PCI are the factors that affect the clinical prognosis in the patients.

Objective To compare the efficacy of native vessel percutaneous coronary intervention (NV-PCI) and optimal drug therapy (ODT) in patients with recurrent angina after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods The clinical data of 142 recurrent angina pectoris after CABG patients who had underwent coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed. Among the patients, 70 cases were treated with NV-PCI (NV-PCI group), and 72 cases were treated with ODT (ODT group). The incidence of major adverse coronary events (MACE) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were compared between 2 groups. Results All patients were followed up for at least 1 years. There were no statistical differences in the number of bypass vessels and number of occluded vessels between ODT group and NV-PCI group: (2.5 ± 0.7) branches/case vs. (2.4 ± 0.9) branches/case and (1.4 ± 0.9) branches/case vs. (1.3 ± 0.7) branches/case, P>0.05. The incidence of MACE in NV-PCI group was significantly lower than that in ODT group: 12.9％ (9/70) vs. 22.2％ (16/72), and the LVEF was significantly higher than that in ODT group:(63.5 ± 14.0)％vs. (57.1 ± 9.0)％, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with the ODT, the NV-PCI has lower incidence of MACE and higher LVEF in patients with recurrent angina pectoris after CABG.
