Objective To solve the new problems for quality assurance of PACS which imported by the use of PACS.Methods The medical imaging quality control system used between imaging modality and image acquisition gateway was designed. Results The medical imaging quality control system could partially solve the problem for quality assurance of PACS.Conclusion With the use of medical image quality control system, wrong or low quality image can be found and modified earlier. Therefore, the veracity of medical information and medical image of PACS can be improved farther.

ObjectiveTo study the symptom dimensions of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) of Chinese patients.MethodsThis study examined apriori categories used to group types of obsessions and compulsions in the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale symptom checklist,in a group of Chinese patients with OCD ( n=536).A principal-components factor analysis with a varimax rotation was performed.ResultsFive factors( explaining)-hoarding( 16.17% ),contamination/cleaning ( 13.65% ),symmetry/ordering( 12.82% ),aggressive/checking( 10.44% ),somatic/repeating(8.38% )-emerged in this analysis,in total accounting for more than 60% of the variance.ConclusionThe result suggests a multidimensional model of Chinese OCD patients and these five factors may be helpful in identifing the subtype of OCD.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser for treatment ureteric stones in patients with acute obstructive renal impairment. Methods Thirty-two patients were included in this study.None of the patients had a ureterie stent or nephrostomy tube before the ureteroseopy. All patients were treated with holmium laser. Results 30 patients with ureter stones in middle and inferior segment were free of stones by ureteroscopic lithotripsy. The success rate for treatment of ureteral stones lithotripsy and calculus removal was 93.7%.Ureter stones located in superior segment in two patients were sent back pelvis.Extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy were performed. The two patients were free of any stone fragmens a month later. In all patients, including the five with obstructive anuria, the renal impairment resolved or improved as evidenced by normalization or fall in blood urea and creatinine.100% of the patients were free of any stone fragments postoperatively. Conclusion A holmium laser was a safe and effective modality of ureteroscopic lithotripsy in patients with significant renal impairment or even obstructive anuria. It also had merits of small wound and fast postoperation recovery.Treatment of both-side ureteral stones could be handled at the same time. The use of holmium laser by ureteroacopy could be considered the first choice in patients with acute obstructive renal impairment.

Microbiology 2008;0(09):-
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the most common causes of nosocomial infection due to its intrinsic resistance to antibiotics. In the host, glutathione(GSH) ,one of the most important intracellular antioxidants, provides protection against high levels of oxidative stress. A decrease in GSH levels in tissues infected with P. aeruginosa has been observed while interactions between pyocyanin and GSH maybe partially attribute to P. aeruginosa infection. In this review, the relationship between GSH and the pathogenicity of P. aeruginosa has been discussed based on the author's own research results and the latest literature.

This paper summarizes the development of exercise rehabilitation, the development patterns, sports teams, intervention methods and effects after coronary artery bypass surgery. Advisers of exercise rehabilitation have different jagged currently. Recovery patterns and forms, movement of the time exist similarities and differences. We also need to further explore the objective and scientific exercise rehabilitation modes after coronary artery bypass surgery to solve these problems.

Objective To observe the effect and safety of the treatment of urethral stricture with guide wires leading a balloon dilatation catheter. Methods The clinical date of 25 cases of male patients suffering traumatic posterior urethral stricture were analyzed retrospectively, was treated with a balloon dilation catheter led by guide wires. Results All our patients were cured successfully with a guide-wire-leading balloon dilatation catheter expanding only once and there were no complications such as urethral perforation, rectal injury etc.Although 2 cases had not been ohviously improved risht after dilatation, but improved furtherly six months later. The follow-up was six to twelve months.23 cases were cured.2 osses were improved. The recovery rate was 92%.The effective rate was 100%.Conclusion It was safe and effective to treat urethral stricture with balloon dilation catheter led by guide wires.

In order to reveal feasibility of different concentrations of Ca2+ and SA on Platycodon grandiflorum under high temperature stress, the effects of Ca2+ on physiological index and related photosynthetic parameters were studied. Pot cultured P. grandiflorum leaves under the same outdoor conditions were sprayed with CaCl2 and SA separately, and then placed in the high incubator [35 degrees C/25 degrees C (day/night), light intensity 3 600 lx], and sprayed with distilled water at 25 degrees C and under high temperature stress were set as the control. The related photosynthesis, relative conductivity, contents of proline, malondialdehyde, soluble protein, activities of SOD and CAT, ASA and GSH content were measured. The results show that the 6 mmol x L(-1) CaCl2 and 1.5 mmol x L(-1) SA enhanced the activities of SOD and CAT, the contents of proline and soluble protein, and effectively reduced the damage of heat stress on cell membrance. At the same time, the exogenous Ca2+ and SA increased the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid, the efficiency of leaf photosynthesis and ASA and GSH content, and thus effectively resisted the oxidative stress caused by high temperatures, but with the increasing concentration of spraying, P. grandiflorum decreased the ability to resist high temperature stress. In conclusion, the foliage spraying CaCl2 and SA could reduce the damage of high temperature stress on P. grandiflorum leaves.
