The results demonstrated the high validity of this method as follow: the sensivity of predictive value: 65%. The specificity of predictive value: 93%, the positive predictive value: 53%, the negative predictive value: 96%.

A study on the structure and active mechanism of commission of the health consultation for joining in the army in the River Delta has shown that it was suitable to organize.1 or 2 commissions for each district. This depended on the area of district and number of consultation. An average number of commissioner were 13,47+/- 6,43 in which medical doctor(5,35+/-2,75), assistance doctor(4,25+/-2,56) and nurse (4,02+/-2,72). The intercommune consultation was a suitable way.
