Journal of Practical Medicine 2000;383(6):20-22
55 patients with perforated duodenal ulceration received the vagotomy as method of Taylor. Patients admitted to hospital after perforation 12-14 hours. Patients had no shock, gastrointestinal bleeding or pyloric stenosid. The results have shown that the operation as method of Taylor and Hill barker did not increase the risks. There had no intraoperative and postoperative serious complications. The method maintains the motor function of stomach with latarjet stem. This was simple method that easy to implement.

6.Prostatic intra epithelia neoplasia in some cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and epithelioma
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 1999;232(1):75-79
A study on the prostatic samples from 2 groups of patients with prostatic intra epithelia neoplasia, group I- patients in the post-telecommunication hospital and group II- patients in the Saint Vincent. The researcher found that there was no significant difference of ages between 2 groups, the prostatic hyperplasia frequently occurred in persons with ages of 60-65, while prostatic epitheliama frequently occurred in patients with ages of 80-85. The high grade lesion of prostatic intra epithelial neoplasia in the group I was less than this in the group II. The prostatic intra epithelia neoplasia combining with prostatic epithelioma in the group I was lower than this in group II.

7.Evaluation of method of bone drilling and irrigation of antibiotic solution in treatment of osteomyelitis and suppurative arthritis in children.
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):40-44
The osteomyelitis and arthritis are common surgical emergency. During 10 years(from 1988 to 1997) we operated 214 cases with 143 males and 71 females with Haematogenous osteomyelitis by technique of drilling bone and irrigation of antibiotic solution, surgical drainage of subperiosteal pus. The purpose of those papers are to evaluate method of drilling bone with irrigation of the medullar canal by antibiotic solution and to examine some early signs of osteomyelitis in children. 115 patients were operated by drilling bone with irrigation of antibiotic solution, and 69 patients of them were operated by drainage of subperiosteal pus. The early signs of heamatogenous osteomyelitis with fever, localized paint, swelling, tenderness and warm are usual.

8.Dislocation of the shoulder caused by fibrous deltoid muscle after intramuscular injection antibiotic(s) in children
Journal of Medical Research 2005;36(3):59-64
Dislocation of the shoulder after intramuscular injection antibiotic(s) is rare and this conditon was limit described in literature. Our purposes were: (1) determining the clinical symptoms, X-ray and CT findings; and (2) determining the indications and the surgical technique and evaluation of the surgical result. Material and methods: 62 children (29 females, 33 males) aged from 4 to 16 years were included. Clinical and X- ray findings were analysed for anterosuperior subluxation or dislocation of humeral head. The patients were operated to release of origin or insretion of the mild Deltoid muscle or Z plasty of this one. Surgical procedures provided good result in 75.3 percent, fair in 24.7 percent and there were no infection or neuromuscular complication in these cases. Conclusions: This condition always resulted from repeated Deltoid intramuscular injection. The surgical treatment with resection of fibrous portions constantly gives relief of symptoms and provides good function.

9.Study on method of manufacture of post-harvest Flos Sophorae
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;0(8):14-16
Studying method of manufacture of post-harvest Flos Sophorae showed that: 2 methods can be used to process Flos Sophorae. The first, B2 traditional method: roast 15 - 25 minutes and then dry at 60°C. The advantages of this method are simple, easy to use and have good results. The second, D method is soaking Flos Sophorae in 7.5% salt solution in 15 minutes, dry, roast in 20-25 minutes, drying at 60°c. This method is more complex but have better results. D method could be used at the industrial scale

10.Clinical and electrophysiological investigation of uremic neuropathy in haemodialysis patients
Journal of Medical Research 2005;37(4):42-46
Uremic neuropathy is a distal sensorimotor polyneuropathy caused by uremic toxins. The severity of neuropathy is correlated strongly with the severity of the renal insufficiency. The electrophysiological study is a sensitive test for diagnosis of neuropathy in patients with uremia. Objectives: (1) To assess the clinical characteristics and (2) to describe the electrodiagnostic abnormalities of neuropathy during the haemodialysis. Patients and method: Clinical examination, motor and sensory nerve conduction measurements and an H reflex study (via the Nicolet EMG machine) were performed in 32 non-diabetic uremic patients (16 men and 16 women, mean age 43.5+2.29), who were all treated with chronic maintenance haemodialysis. Results: The incidence of neuropathy in haemodialysis patients was 68.8% on clinical examination and was 96.9% on electrophysiological study. The abnormalities in clinical findings were altered motor-sensory function in 62.8%, predominantly impaired sensibility in 50%, loss of tendon reflexes in 37.5%, symptom of restless legs in 46.9% and carpal tunel syndrome in 9.4% of patients. In the electrophysiological parameters, compared with Vietnamese healthy index, the nerve conduction velocity of all tested nerves was decreased significantly (p<0.05), the highest abnormal rates was the sural nerve (75%), the tibial nerve (71%) and the peroneal nerve (69.4%); H-reflex was also significantly prolonged in 42.9%. Conclusion: The most haemodialysis patients showed clinical and electrophysiological evidence of uremic neuropathy. Electrophysiological findings showed more abnormalities than clinical examination for neuropathy showed on hemodialysis patients.
