China Pharmacy 2015;(19):2698-2701,2702
OBJECTIVE:To prepare the curcumin solid lipid nanoparticles. METHODS:Microemulsion method was adopted to prepare curcumin solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) and pseudo-ternary phase diagrams was conducted to optimize the preferable three-phase microemulsion factors. The optimal conditions were determined, and then hot microemulsion was dispersed in cold wa-ter to prepare SLN. After the preliminary screening of the factors (emulsifiers, lipid materials, amount of lipids,drug-to-lipid ra-tio,cold water phase temperature and the holding temperature of microemulsion)by single-factor test, with the index of encapsula-tion efficiency, the orthogonal test was conducted to optimize the formulation, followed by the verification test. RESULTS:The best microemulsion was produced at 65 ℃ with three phases consisting of stearic acid(oil phase),polysorbate 80(emulsifier)and ethanol (co-emulsifier) and the Km ratio of 1∶4. The optimal conditions for SLN were as follows as curcumin dosage of 50 mg, stearic acid of 0.5 g,cold water phase temperature of 2 ℃,holding temperature of microemulsion of 65 ℃. The encapsulation effi-ciency was 87.73% for solid lipid nanoparticles prepared,drug-loading rate was 7.72%,particle size was(156.9±2.2)nm,poly-dispersity coefficient was 0.480,average Zeta potential was -24.8 mV(RSD<2%,n=3). CONCLUSIONS:The microemulsion method to prepare SLN is simple and feasible.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(12):-
Objective To explore the most suitable chemostatic condition and a method of cell-counting in reconstituted basement membrane invasion experiment in vitro. Method Reconstituted basement membrane invasion experiment was employed, and conditioned medium, fibronectin (FN), and a combination of conditioned medium and FN were respectively used as chemoattractants was placed in the lower compartment of the chamber. After the filters were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE), two kinds of cell-counting methods were employed. One was random cell-counting to count the cells in 5 fields infiltrated in the different areas of the filter membrane under 40?magnification, and the other was whole cell-counting of the infiltrating cells on the whole filter membrane with 4? magnification and image analysis system. Results The number of infiltrating cells in the presence of the chemoattractants was much larger than that of the control group. The number of infiltrating cells of the conditioned medium group was larger than that of FN group. The numbers of infiltrating cells in the combination of conditioned medium and FN groups were significantly larger than those of conditioned medium and FN alone groups. The accuracy of method of random cell-counting under 40? magnification was poorer than that of whole cell-counting with image analysis system. Conclusion Chemoattractants exert strong effect on the tumor cells invasion, and different chemoattractants show different chemotactic abilities. By using image analysis system to count all the infiltrative cells of the whole filter membrane is an objective and accurate cell-counting method.

180 min and arterial blood pressure instability are independent determinats for cerebral complication. Conclusion No single risk factor explained the onset of cerebral complication. Rather, a combination of factors, especially longer CPB time, postoperative arterial blood pressure instability produced the highest odds of deficit.

Objective To summarize the experience in pediatric nursing of children with congenital insensitivity to pain and anhidrosis (CIPA) combined with proximal femoral fracture. Methods Two CIPA children with proximal femoral fracture received good treatment of security, plaster casts/braces,body temperature and skin as well as guidance of function exercise and health care education. The nursing experience was summarized.Result After intensive nursing, all patients successfully tided over their perioperative period and discharged. Conclusions The security management, careful observation of skin and body temperature after plaster casts/braces fixation, are of great significance for the decreased complication.Function exercises are equally effective in CIPA children with proximal femoral fracture.
6.Postoperative observation and nursing of hip developmental dislocation in infants with Ferguson operation
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(7):33-34,35
Objective To explore the clinical nursing of hip developmental dislocation in infants with Ferguson operation.Method The nursing strategy was performed including observation of the surgical incision, skin care, care of cast and instructions to their parents. Result No pressure sores occurred in all the 34 cases of hip developmental dislocation.1 case had delayed allergy reaction because of use of contrast media during operation,1 cast syndrome, and 19 edema of perineum of different degrees including 6 severe edemata, which were cured using wet compress with Adlerika. Conclusion It is of great importance for the reduced incurrence of operation complications and promising operative effect to observe the conditions and treat timely problems in postoperative nursing.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(3):245-251
As a member of nuclear receptor superfamily, farnesoid X receptor (FXR) has been shown to regulate numerous metabolic pathways, which include playing an important role in bile acid metabolism, maintaining lipid and glucose homeostasis when FXR is activated. With the prevalence of the glucose and lipids disorder, FXR attracts increasing attention. It may be a potential target for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and lipid disorders.

Chinese Journal of Cancer 2012;31(9):455-456
Populations in Southern China (Bai-yue) and Borneo (Bidayuh) with high incidence of nasopharyngeal cancer(NPC) share similar mitochondrial DNA signatures, supporting the hypothesis that these two populations may share the same genetic predisposition for NPC, which may have first appeared in a common ancestral reference population before the sea levels rose after the last ice age.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
The cell survival rate and the chromosomal aberration induced by N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitriosoguanidine (MNNG), mitomycin C (MMC) and ethyl methanesuiphonate (EMS) in V79 cells and its ?-ray-sensitive mutants (irs5 and mil) were observed in this study. The concentrations of mutagens to determine the survival rate were arranged at 2.5~ 30 ?mol/L in MNNG, 1~20?mol/L in MMC and 2~ 16 ?mol/L in EMS, respectively. The cell survival rates and the cell clones of irs5 were higher than that of the V79 cells and irs11; and of irs11 were significantly lower than that of V79 cells and irs5. The result of IC50 of mutagens to determine the chromosomal aberration was similar to the cell survival rate. The type and frequency of chromosomal aberration induced by MNNG, MMC and EMS in irs5 was same as in V79 cell; and there was a dose-response relationship between them. The spontaneous aberration frequencies in irsS and V79 cells were lower than 4%, however, in irs11 was higher than 10%. Data suggests that the cellular biological characterization in irs5 is steady, and further study to certain irsS whether it will be a new mutant for the mutagenicity or carcinogenicity assay or not.
