Objective:To observe the feasibility of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis in target interfering ADUB endometrial hyperplasia. Methods:Endometrial hyperplasia model was established, and the rats were divided into normal group(group A),model group(group B),small, middle and large dosage groups of Chinese drugs(C group,D group,E group, respectively). To observe uterus humid weight, uterus index, morphological change of endometria and expression of VEGF before and after treatment. In addition,30 cases of Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and given intrauterine injection of Qumozhibeng Cream twice in the first week after menstrual period, the change of menstrual blood amount were observed after applying medicine for one month, three months and six months. Results:After treatment, the uterus humid weight and uterus index decreased(P
5.Effects of additives in blood collection tubes on testing the alcohol concentration in blood samples.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(6):452-455
OBJECTIVE:
To discuss blood collection tubes with different additives and their effects on the testing results of alcohol concentration in blood samples.
METHODS:
Blood samples from 10 volunteers were collected 2 hours after drinking with seven different types of disposable vacuum blood collection tubes, including ordinary tube without anticoagulant, coagulant tube, separating gel-coagulant tube, sodium citrate (1:4) tube, sodium citrate (1:9) tube, sodium citrate (9:1) tube and EDTA-K2 tube. The alcohol concentrations in these blood samples were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography.
RESULTS:
The concentration testing results of the same blood samples in different types of tubes were different from one to another. The sequence was as follows: separating gel-coagulant tube > coagulant tube > ordi- nary tube without anticoagulant > EDTA-K2 tube> sodium citrate (1:9) tube> sodium citrate (1:4) tube, whereas the results of the same blood sample in sodium citrate (1:9) tube and sodium citrate (9:1) tube showed no obvious difference.
CONCLUSION
It is better to collect a suspicious drunk driver's blood sam- ple using a disposable vacuum blood collection tube, with the EDTA-K2 tube being preferred.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(33):2629-2632
Unplanned extubation (UEX) is defined as premature removal of the indwelling catheter tube by a patient (deliberate unplanned extubations) or by staff during nursing and medical care (accidental extubations). UEX, either deliberate or accidental, can cause severe damage of patients, with the increasing of hospital costs and medical disputes. Identifying high-risk patients is the key point of reducing UEX. This review conclude risk assessment tools reported for UEX.

Objective To explore common risk factors of the first acute ischemic cerebral stroke patients′neurological deficits and build a short-term prognosis model. Methods 89 hospitalized patients with acute is-chemic cerebral stroke were chosen for study from September 2014 to December 2015 in the Fifth Affiliated Hos-pital of Zhengzhou University. Our study′s evaluation methods were using the unified questionnaires , the NIHSS score and the mRS scale. Results Traditional risk factors were no significant difference among the three groups (P > 0.05); 6 kinds of hematology indexes such as WBC count had significant difference in NIHSS score (P <0.05) and prognosis(P < 0.05); 6 kinds of hematology indexes such as D-D and the NIHSS score had a signifi-cant effect on prognosis (OR = 1.800, 0.976, 1.112, 1.327, 5.564, 6.456, 1.227); the area under ROC curve was 0.976, which proved the model had a good predictive value. Conclusion Traditional risk factors had no significant difference among the different neurological deficits groups; 6 kinds of hematology indexes such as D-D and NIHSS score on admission had a significant influence on prognosis; the model predicted the short-term prognosis of acute ischemic cerebral stroke more accurately.

Educational narrative is the application of narratology in the field of education. This paper introduced the definition of educational narrative and its characteristics of life, situationality and reflexivity, and then discussed the applicableness of the application of educational narrative in the medical ethics education.Based on this,it proposed the effectiveness means, namely that to improve theory quality and enhance the ability of narration, clarify the narrative theme and select material carefully, take care of medical students' growth and listen to their voice.

Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) is one of the proinflammatory cytokines produced by a subset of CD4+T cells named Th17 cells. It plays a crucial role in both host innate and adaptive immune responses against colonization and infection of respiratory tract bacteria. Studies in animal models have demonstrated that IL-17A can induce the expressions of various chemokines, inflammatory factors and adhesion molecules via multiple intracellular signaling pathways and recruit neutrophils to infection sites. Moreover, recent stud-ies have shown that single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of IL-17A coding gene can regulate the produc-tion of IL-17A in serum, resulting in individual difference in colonization rate by Streptococcus pneumoniae. This review presents recent data related to the structure, functions and signaling pathways of IL-17A, sum-marizes its roles in host defense based on studies in animal models and discusses the effects of genetic varia-tion of IL-17A on colonization, susceptibility, clinical characteristics and disease prognosis of human respira-tory tract bacteria.
