The well-liking medical occupation personality is a hardcore of medical students' occupation quality and it is very important to synthetically evaluate medical students' occupation quality. The fuzzy evaluation method can sufficiently combine quality and quantity, and get a valuation grade, and make the qualitative evaluation have an objective basis. And it can get a synthetic quantitative index by a proper method combining uneasy quantitative factors and easy quantitative factors, and promote the medical students' synthetic development.
2.To strengthen And Infiltrate New Medical Ethics in The Teaching of Clinical Courses
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Medical ethics teaching is the an important part of professional teaching for medical students. The development of economics and medical science will surely make the conception of medical ethics changing constantly, in return the formation of new medical ethics may improve the development of medical science. The society requires that the medical students of new century should become personals of high quality having both ethics and abilities and undertaking medical practice law-abiding. The teachers must renew their conception of medical ethics and pay attention to the infiltration of medical ethics in clinical teaching. The author will make a research through six aspects in the strengthening and infiltrating of medical ethics in clinical teaching so as to find the way of developing by the society qualified medical personals needed.

Objective To make clear the expression, role and receptor polymorphism of γ/δ T cells in peripheral blood in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Total γ/δ T cells,Vγ1 and Vγ9/Vδ2 subsets in peripheral blood of 12 normal controls,12 active and 12 stable SLE patients was examined by using cytometry assay. Then, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were stimulated with γ/δ specific antigen.TCR γ/δ receptor expression and Vδ2 chain CDR3 (complementary determination region) length display analysis were investigated further in these patients using SSCP method. Results The number of γ/δ T cells were remarkably decreased in active SLE patients, and the γ/δ T cells did not show proliferation after antigen stimulation in SLE.Vδ2 was expressed in all of the SLE patients.CDR3 of Vδ2 genes was polyclonally displayed. Conclusion This result adds more weight to the protective role of γ/δ T cells in SLE.It is postulated that γ/δ T cells might have deficient function and act as suppressor T cells. But it appears that there are no specific antigens that stimulate γ/δ T cells to proliferate leading to the occurrence of SLE.

Objective:To explore the effects of cognitive-behavioral group therapy on relieving social anxiety of medical students and thus improve the communication ability of medical students. Methods: The medical students with social anxiety in our school were randomly divided into two groups. The subjects in the control group and the experiment group were given with the routine mental health education and the cognitive-behavioral group therapy respectively. The cognitive, emotional, and behavioral levels were measured before and after intervention using Interaction Anxious-ness Scale ( IAS ) , Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale ( FNE ) , Social Avoidance and Distress Scale ( SAD) , and in order to evaluate the effects of cognitive-behavioral group therapy. Results:After the intervention of cognitive-behavioral group therapy in medical students, all the three levels of anxiety were im-proved significantly in the experimental group than those in the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Cognitive-behavioral group therapy could effectively decrease the level of social anxiety for medical students.

Objective To investigate the value of ER-YAG laser combined with Gluma desensitizer in the treatment of desensitization in the repair of anterior deep dental caries. Methods A total of 169 patients with anterior deep dental caries treated in our hospital were divided into combined group (n =85) and control group (n =84) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Gluma desensitizer, and the patients in the combined group were treated with ER-YAG laser combined with Gluma desensitizer. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, dental pulp stimulation, adhesive effect, pain degree of different time points and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The combined group had higher total effective rate (P < 0.05),lighter dental pulp stimulation than the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of adhesion in two groups showed a significant differences in two groups (P < 0.05).VAS scores in the combined group when treated,at 1 month and 6 months after treatment were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion ER-YAG laser combined with Gluma desensitizer is effective in the repair of anterior teeth deep carious caries, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dental pulp, improve the adhesion effect and reduce the degree of post-treatment pain,so it is worthy of promotion and application.

OBJECTIVETo explore the clinical efficacy of early application of sequential gastrointestinal lavage in patients with acute paraquat poisoning by analyzing the clinical data of 97 patients.
METHODSA total of 97 eligible patients with acute paraquat poisoning were divided into conventional treatment group (n = 48) and sequential treatment group (n = 49). The conventional treatment group received routine gastric lavage with water. Then 30 g of montmorillonite powder, 30 g of activated charcoal, and mannitol were given to remove intestinal toxins once a day for five days. The sequential treatment group received 60 g of montmorillonite powder for oral administration, followed by small-volume low-pressure manual gastric lavage with 2.5%bicarbonate liquid. Then 30 g of activated charcoal, 30 g of montmorillonite powder, and polyethylene glycol electrolyte lavage solution were given one after another for gastrointestinal lavage once a day for five days. Both groups received large doses of corticosteroids, blood perfusion, and anti-oxidation treatment. The levels of serum potassium, serum amylase (AMY) alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), lactate (Lac), and PaO₂of patients were determined at 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 days. Laxative time, mortality, and survival time of dead cases were evaluated in the two groups.
RESULTSThe incidence rates of hypokalemia (<3.5 mmol/L) and AMY (>110 U/L) were significantly lower in the sequential treatment group than in the conventional treatment group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of ALT (>80 U/L), TBIL (>34.2 µmol/L), BUN (>7.2 mmol/L), and Cr (>177 µmol/L) between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the highest levels of ALT, TBIL, BUN, Cr, and Lac were significantly lower in the sequential treatment group than in the conventional treatment group (P < 0.05). Moreover, the sequential treatment group had significantly lower incidence of PaO₂(<60 mmHg), shorter average laxative time, lower mortality, and longer survival time of dead cases than the conventional treatment group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe early application of sequential gastrointestinal lavage can shorten laxative time, alleviate organ damage in the liver, kidney, lung, and pancreas, reduce mortality, and prolong the survival time of dead cases in patients with acute paraquat poisoning.
