Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):224-225,228
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and analysis of Shah Glenn Dean combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of newly diagnosed elderly patients treated in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to January 2017 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is selected as the object of this study, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acarbose treatment, the study group was treated with Shah Glenn Dean combined acarbose treatment, treatment time was 3months, glycosylated hemoglobin, after two groups of patients were in different treatment of hypoglycemia were observed and compared the rate of change, body mass index and blood glucose level changes. Results The patients in the control group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 23.33%, patients in the study group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was 6.67%, patients in the study group, the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P <0.05); glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group of two patients, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P <0.05); the total cost of the patients in the treatment group compared with the control group had no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Significant clinical therapeutic effect of saxagliptin combined with acarbose in the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, can make the patient's blood glucose levels were significantly lower, with high security, the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly reduced, but also can reduce the weight of patients, the total cost in the course of treatment did not increase that will not cause economic burden on patients, it is worthy of clinical application.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The theory of human's full scale development is an important content of the Marxism theory. It is the need of human's full scale development theory to strengthen the humanism - Oriented Education of the medical students.Under the situation of constructing the new medicine education pattern,we should consider thoroughly the necessity of strengthening the humanism - Oriented Education of the medical students and discusses profoundly the effective way to strengthen the humanism - Oriented Education of the medical students, thus improve the humanities quality of the medical students in the essence.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
Contemporary medical college students' misconducts are so serious that it is urgent to strengthen their behavior criterions consciousness, for example, the sense of rules of law, codes of ethics, school disciplines, medical norm.Schools should do more to strengthen consciousness, make an effort to the daily management, actively guide students to participate in social practice.
5.Determination of the Baicalin in Pharynx Preparation by HPLC
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
[Objective] It is aimed at discovering an effective way of HPLC to detect the content of baicalin in the pharynx preparation.[Method] The column of Hypersil-ODS C18:250mm ? 4.6mm 5?m;the mobile phase:1.5% orthophosphoric acid and 10% methane alcohol;the detection wavelength: 276nm;velocity of flow: 1.0 ml/min;temperature: 40℃;the content is measured in the way of external standard method of apex area.[Result] By this method, baicalin takes on an excellent linearly relation within the range of 25.74?g?ml-1 ~ 514.8?g?ml-1,average recoveries get up to 99.8% and RSD 1.43% respectively.[Conclusion] This way is convenient and rapid, accurate and reliable, able to be used as a method of quality control on such baicalin preparation.
6.Analysis of interocular symmetry of primary angle-closure suspects by IOL Master
International Eye Science 2017;17(6):1153-1154
AIM: To observe the interocular symmetry of primary angle-closure suspects` (PACS) parameters using IOL Master.METHODS: A cross-sectional observational study.Totally 112 eyes from 56 subjects were enrolled to detect the difference of the bilateral axial length (AL), anterior chamber depth (ACD) and white to white distance(WTW), and to evaluate the correlation between the interocular differences of △AL, △ACD and △WTW and age, gender.RESULTS: All the parameters were analyzed by paired-samples t test and there were no significant interocular difference (P>0.05).There was no relation of ΔAL,ΔACD and ΔWTW with age and gender.CONCLUSION: Interocular symmetry of parameters by IOL Master was observed in PACS, and we found that the symmetry would not be altered when the age and gender had changed.
7. Regulatory role of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate in transient receptor potential channel
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(8):887-891
Transient receptor potential(TRP) superfamily includes seven subfamilies and TRP channels are regulated by a wide variety of physical and chemical factors. Recently, several members of the TRP channel family have been reported to be regulated by phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate(PIP2). The regulation is complex and it can be activation or inhibition, involving multiple mechanisms and factors. This review summarizes the PIP2 regulation of several TRP channels of different superfamilies and the related pathophysiological significance.

Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(6):546-548
Objective To study the changes in intestinal permeability in patients with gallstones of different distribution and properties and to in-vestigate the role of intestinal barrier function in gallstone formation. Methods A total of 108 patients with gallstones in our hospital in need of op-eration from March 2011 to March 2013 were enrolled in this study.Twenty healthy controls were also included.According to the distribution of gallstones, the subjects were separated into the following four groups:normal control group (group A1),gallbladder stone group (group B1),bile duct stone group (group C1),and combined group (group D1),in which gallbladder stones were complicated by bile duct stones. All patients un-derwent operation, and gallstones were collected for chemical analysis.According to the chemical properties of gallstones, the subjects were re-grouped as follows:normal control group (group A2),cholesterol stone group (group B2),pigment stone group (group C2),and mixed stone group (group D2),in which cholesterol stones were mixed with pigment stones.D-lactic acid level and diamine oxidase (DAO)activity in plas-ma and mucosal tissue of the terminal ileum were measured by spectrophotometry.Differences were analysed by ANOVA and LSD t-test.Results Plasma D-lactic acid level and intestinal DAO activity showed no significant differences between groups A1,B1,C1,and D1 (P>0.05). Chemical analysis after surgery found 40 cases of cholesterol stones (37.04%),52 cases of pigment stones (48.15%),and 16 cases of mixed stones (14.8%).Group C2 showed significantly different D-lactic acid level and DAO activity compared with B2 and A2 (P<0.05 ),but no differences from D2 (P>0.05).Group B2 was found of no differences from A2 and D2 (P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with pigment stones were all found of changes in intestinal permeability. The formation of pigment stones is related to impairment of intestinal barrier function. It is possible that impairment of intestinal barrier function plays a certain role in pigment stone formation.

Objective To evaluate urinary nuclear matrix protein(NMP 22) as an adjuvant diagnostic marker for transitional cell carcinoma of the upper urinary tract. Methods 24 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the upper urinary tract and 20 patients with benign urinary diseass were evaluated with urinary NMP 22(cutoff level 10U/ml) and voided urinary cytology.NMP 22 was determined using a commercial test kit. Results The sensitivity and specificity of NMP 22 were 87.5% and 85.0% respectively whereas these of cytology were 58.3% and 95.0%. Conclusions Urinary NMP 22 might be an useful adjuvant diagnostic marker for transitional carcinoma of the upper urinary tract.
