Objective To analyse CT appearances of fibroma and fibrosarcoma and to provide evidences for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 8 cases with surgically-and pathologically-proved hard fibroma(nasal cavity, maxillary sinus and soft palate each and all 2 cases)and fibrosarcoma(nasal cavity and maxillary sinus each and all 1 case)were studied with retrospectively analysis. The scanning parameters were 5 mm thickness and interval for axial scanning. Results CT appearances of fibroma were single circular, semicircular or elliptical soft tissue masses which usually had homogeneous density, clear margin, thin and full envelope, wide base or a pedicel and slight or middle enhancement after contrast. The tumors grew distensibly, bones near the mass were constricted and thinned or absorbed but never destroried and the structures nearby were deviated but not involved.Fibrosarcoma showed such common CT manifestations as other malignant tumors in the same locations. Conclusion CT appearances of fibroma has some features, they are different from more common benign lesions.Fibrosarcoma can not be differeciated from other maglinant tumors, thier diagnosis must depend on pathology.

[Objective]Summary of massage and composite therapy efficacy in the treatment of buttock epithelial neuritis, to explore the effective treatment of buttock epithelial neuritis.[Methods] To summarize the recent ten years related data on reports of buttock epithelial neuritis massage and combined thera-py.[Results] Single massage treatment can play a certain effect, but compared with the complex therapy, combined therapy effect is more remarkable. Com-bined therapy is the treatment of massage, acupuncture, acupotomy plus drug injection. Data showed that in addition to massage plus smal needle knife therapy and other complex therapy, the total effective rate was 100%.[Conclusion] Inflammation of buttock epithelial neuritis massage and composite thera-py is stable, and suitable for al ages, with fast recovery, less side effect, it can offer reasonable evidence-based foundation for clinical treatment.

Objective Using mouse autoimmune premature ovary failure (POF) model to seek theoretical evidence for a possible clinical therapy of autoimmune POF with glucocorticoid (GC) or an-drogen. Methods After autoimmune POF was induced in 60 mice by Pzp3, the mice were randomly as-signed into 3 groups (n=20) : Two groups were treated with GC or androgen and the control group was treated with distilled water. We observed the changes in the sexual cycles of the mice, the serum level of AzpAb, infiltration of cells positively expressing CD45 in the ovary, and pathological alterations of the ovary. Results The sexual cycle of each therapy group was significantly different from that of the control group. The mean serum level of AzpAb of each therapy group was significantly lower than that of the con-trol group, and the mean serum level of AzpAb in the GC group was significantly higher than that of the androgen group. The percentage of growing follicles in the ovary of each therapy group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Ovaries infiltrated by cells positively expressing CD45 of each thera-py group were significantly fewer than those of the control group. Conclusion GC or androgen in mice with autoimmune POF could obviously ameliorate the pathogenetic conditions of the disorder, and both treatments have similar therapeutic efficacy.

Objective To investigate the current status of medication compliance of patients with anky-losing spondylifis and analyze its related factors. Methods Seventy-four patients with ankylosing spondylitis were investigated about their general conditions, medication compliance and its related factors. The results were analyzed. Results Thirty-nine patients(52.7%) had good medication compliance while the rest 35 cases has poor medication compliance among which 24 patients with drug withdrawal exceeded 1 month. The medication compliance for patients with disease process of lower than 0.5 year,0.5 to 1.0 year,1 to 2 years and above 2 years was 82.0%,60.0%,25.0%and 31.0%.The logistic regression analysis showed that the disease process,dis-ease knowledge and media advertisement were the main influencing factor for medication compliance, while the age, sex, marital status, education background, adverse reaction, satisfaction degree with medication effect, economic conditions and depression were not major influencing factors. Conclusions About half of patients with anky-losing spondylitis had poor medication compliance, especialy with disease process of above 1 year. The main in-fluencing factors include disease process, disease knowledge and media advertisement.

Objective To evaluate the variations of effective doges with the preset scanning parameters from linac-integrated kV cone beam CT( CBCT). Methods Weighted CT dose index(CTDIW) were measured with PTW TM30009 CT ion chamber in head phantom and body phantom, respectively, for different combinations of tube voltage, mAs, collimator and gantry rotation range. Dose length products(DLP) were derived from CTDIW and effective doses(E) were calculated by the DLP and EDLP. Results CTDIW and effective dose had the quadratical relationship with tube voltage, depending linearly on product of tube current and exposure time. Effective dose had close relationship with the collimator and the gantry rotation range. Both the DLP and ED for CBCT were lower than the reference dose level recommended for conventional CT. Conclusions Effective dose from CBCT has a close relationship with the scanning parameters. Optimal imaging parameters should be chosen according to the patient's anatomy to reduce patient dose.

Objective To identify the effects of androgen on mouse model of autoimmune ovary failure.MethodsFifty mice were randomly divided into five groups as control group, early therapeutic group and its model group, late therapeutic group and its model group.Autoimmune POF was induced in forty mice by Pzp3.Then,the animals were randomly divided into four groups: two were treated with androgen from the 15th and 20th day after immune. The control group was treated with distilled water. The therapeutic efficacy of each treatment was evaluated by the changes in sexual cycles of mice, the serum level of AzpAb,infiltration of cells positively expressing CD45 in the ovary as well as the percentage of growing follicles of the ovary. Results The sexual cycles, serum level of AzpAb,infiltration of CD45 cells in the ovary of each model group were more significant than those in control group;early therapeutic group was less than model group;and serum level of AzpAb in early therapeutic group was lower than that of late therapeutic group. The percentage of growing follicles in the ovary of each model group was lower than that of control group;early therapeutic group was higher than model group and late therapeutic group. Conclusion The use of androgen in mice with autoimmune POF may notably ameliorate the pathogenetic conditions of the disorder, and the treatment during prophase was apparently more effective than that during the advanced stage.

This study aimed at preparing paeonol thermosensitive gel and preliminary exploring its properties in vitro.Tube inversion method was adopted to investigate the effects of concentrations of poloxamer 407 and poloxamer 188 on gelation temperature. Then, viscosity of the gel was detected by rotary viscometer, and in vitro erosion and drug release characteristics of the gel by no film stripping method. As a result, the gelation temperature of poloxamer 407 decreased with the increase of its concentration, while gelation temperature of poloxamer 407 increased with the accelerating concentration of poloxamer 188.The cumulative drug release of paeonol thermo sensitive gel was up to 70% in 320 rin.Gel dissolution and drug release were simultaneously performed without burst release phenomenon. It was concluded that the preparation process of paeonol thermo sensitive gel was simple and easy to use with the overt effect of sustained-release.
