Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cluster nursing measures and conventional nursing measures to prevent the ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods The domestic related literatures were searched using computer,and the results underwent comprehensive analysis according to RevMan 5.2 in the Cochrane collaboration.The quantitative comparison of two different nursing measures in reducing the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia was conducted.Results A total of 23 articles which contained 6 146 patients met the inclusion standard.Due to heterogeneity between the included studies,the random effects model analysis was adopted to merge the RR combined (Total)=0.46,95％ CI(0.38,0.56),showed that cluster of nursing measures to significantly reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia.Conclusions The effect of cluster nursing measures for ventilator associated pneumonia prevention is superior to the conventional nursing measures,which should vigorously be advocated in clinic.

Olfaction is one of the ancient sensing capabilities and plays an important role in monitoring environment. Although olfactory loss is common, it's obviously underappretiated by medical community generally. In order to help patients with those problems, the author gives an brief review about the characters of common etiologies, treatment and prognosis of Olfactory Dysfunction. It's concluded that most usual causes resulting in dysos- mia are upper-respiratory-tract infections, trauma, and chronic rhinosinusitis; and our understanding of the olfaction mechanism grows, but frustratingly, aside from the possible therapeutic potential of systemic steroids, no method has been proved to have solid evidence for curing olfactory loss; so we need more new basic and clinic research to develop effective therapeutic intervention.

With the development of antibody manufacturing technology and improvement of new drug research in domestic industry, more innovative monoclonal antibody products submitted investigational new drug (IND) application. At the same time, monoclonal antibody products from abroad which have been approved marketing authorization and/or conducted clinical trials submitted IND applications in China. The National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) issued the "Guideline of Investigational New Drug Application" (No. 16, 2018) which emphasized the chemical, manufacturing, and control (CMC) regulatory, and dossier requirements in IND application, greatly promoted the application quality of innovative biological products. However, compared to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA), our particular guidelines are insufficient, such as guideline on virus safety evaluation of biotechnological investigational medicinal products. This review investigated the questions raised by sponsors from 2018 to 2020, including the end of production cell (EOPC) and/or unprocessed bulk (UPB) testing and virus removal or inactivation validation. Meanwhile, sponsors submitted different dossiers due to differences in understanding of stage requirements of guidelines from domestic and abroad. Based on the guidelines of virus safety from NMPA, FDA, and EMA, and the technical considerations, this review puts forward personal suggestions on the adventitious agents testing and virus removal or inactivation validation in manufacturing process, aim to ensure virus safety of innovative monoclonal antibody products in clinical trials.

Objective To assess systematically the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) versus traditional methods in nursing students.Methods Relative literature was searched by computer at home and abroad.according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria,which were analyzed by RevMan5.2 software,and literature selection and repetition were used according to the Note Express software.Results A total of 9 studies of randomized controlled or not randomized controlled trial were brought into the study by random effects model.A total of 1 187 were collected into the study,574 in the experimental group and 613 in the control group.According to subgroup analysis showed by measurement scale,problem-based learning (PBL) can significantly improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students.The results had high stability and reliability.Conclusions PBL teaching method can significantly improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students,and provide a better learning method for clinical teachers and students,which is worthy of further promotion.

Calcineurin inhibitors,such as cyclosporin A and tacroli mus,are widely-used i mmuno-suppressive drugs clinically.However,renal toxicity,hyperglycae mia and other side-effects can occur over long-term use.Isolation of novel calcineurin inhibitors fro m medicinal plants in recent years has pro-vided a new approach to the development of new immunosuppressive drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity.Recnt studies have shown that medicinal plant extracts, such as isogarcinol, quercetin, kae mpferol,phenylethanoid glycosides,ere mophilane sesquiterpenes A and B,pisiferdiol,as well as extracts fro m Smilax china L and Jasminum humile L,have obvious inhibitory effect on calcineurin.

Objective: To study the inhibitive effect of soybean isoflavone on bone loss induced by the decrease of estrogen level in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Ovariectomized Wistar rats (n=48) were divided into six groups and given basic diet, or containing soybean isoflavone or diethylstilbestrol diet. After 16 weeks,estrogen and TRAP (tartrate -resistant acid phosphatase) and BGP (bone Gla-containing protein) in serum were determined. BMD (bone mineral density), bone calcium and phosphorus were measured. By using scanning electron microscope and histochemistry methods to observe the change of microstructure in trabecular bone. Result: Soybean isoflavone can significantly decrease the activity of bone resorption marker TRAP and increase the content of bone formation marker BGP. Soybean isoflavone posses weak estrogen effect and increase femur BMD and Ca, P content. Conclusion:Soybean isoflavone have significantly effect of anti-bone loss in ovariectomized rats.

Along with the progressing of micro-electronics technology and the improving of FPGA's performance, it's more and more common to process digital signals using FPGA. In most cases, FPGA is used to do the preprocessing or postprocessing besides processor in order to get a higher processing speed. This article introduces how to construct the signal processing unit of Doppler measurement system with FPGA and universal digital signal processor.

Objective To analyze the clinical features and prognostic factors of lymphoma.Methods The clinical data,pathologic data and survival state of 253 patients with lymphoma in Qinghai were retrospectively studied.The survival differences of patients with different clinical characteristics and laboratory tests were analyzed using Kaplan-Meier method.The prognostic factors of lymphoma were analyzed by Cox proportional hazards regression model.Results Among all of 253 cases of lymphoma,males were in the majority (male∶female =1.56∶1).The median age of patients was 48 years old.There were two peaks of about 40 years old and 60 years old in age of onset.The nodal lymphoma (56.13 ％) was more commonly than the extranodal lymphoma (43.87 ％).The more common extranodal lymphomas were found in the nasopharynx and gastrointestinal tract.Among all cases,40 cases (15.81％) were confirmed to be Hodgkin lymphoma (HL),of which,the commonest subtype was nodular sclerosis (72.5 ％).While 213 of 253 cases (84.19 ％) belonged to non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL),of which,B-cell lymphoma was 148 cases (69.48 ％).Overall,three subtypes including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (39.91％),follicular lymphoma (12.21％) and peripheral T-cell lymphoma (9.39 ％) were the commonest subtypes among all cases.Univariate analysis showed that the clinical stage,B symptoms,Hb concentration,serum LDH level,international prognostic score (IPI) and treatment programs were related to the prognosis of NHL (P ＜ 0.05).However,the Cox regression multivariate analysis showed that only the clinical stage,IPI and treatment programs,not B symptoms,Hb concentration and serum LDH level,were closely related to the prognosis of NHL (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions In Qinghai area,there are two peaks of about 40 and 60 years old in the age of onset of lymphoma.The nodal lymphoma is more than extranodal lymphoma.B-cell lymphoma is more common.IPI could be as an independent prognostic factor and might be used to estimate the prognosis of NHL.
