1.Avoiding the internet addiction disorder- from the self-regulated circle theory

The internet addiction disorder is an important problem under the internet circumstance.Improving self-regulated ability is a good method to avoid the problem.The article uses the selfregulated circle theory to gain the self-regulating strategy in three phases:forethought,performance or volitional control,self-reflection.These strategies include making goal,planning strategy,self-observation and self-record,attribution.
2.Preparation and evaluation of reference of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli strains and genomic DNA

Objective To screen enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli(EHEC) strain and declare it as a standard strain of China Medical Bacterial Species Conservation and Management Center(CMCC).On the base,to prepare strain reference and genomic DNA reference of EHECand declare them as national drug reference with independent intellectual property rights in our country.Methods According to GB4789.6-2016 National Food Safety Standards-Food Microbiology TestDiarrheagenic Escherichia coil Test,the EHEC strain was screened from 160 Escherichia coli strains from patients with diarrhea and declared as a standard strain of CMCC according to management regulations.EHEC bacterial solution and genomic DNA solution were prepared,and freeze-drying technology was used to prepare 600 strain(10~3 CFU/sample) and genomic DNA(20 ng/sample) samples respectively.20 strain and 20 genomic DNA samples were randomly selected for uniformity test.Samples storing at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 1,3,5 and 7 d were taken respectively to test the transportation stability.Then the samples were tested for the short-term storage stability by storing at 4 ℃ for 7,14 and 28 d,and for the long-term storage stability by storing at 20 ℃ for 14,28 and 60 d.Three laboratories were organized for collaborative calibration.20 food products were chosen as the substrate to evaluate the application effect of strain samples.Results The one EHEC strain selected from 160 Escherichia coli strains from patients was finally declared as the CMCC(B) 43207standard strain.In the uniformity test,F_(strainsample)=0.662 0.05,and eae,stxl and stx2 of 20genomic samples were all positive.After storage at 25 and 37 ℃ for 7 d,-20 ℃ for 60 d and 4 ℃ for 28 d,the viable bacteria content of the strain samples was still 103 CFU/sample,and eae,stxl and stx2 of the genomic samples were positive.EHEC strains and genomic DNA samples selected randomly were identified as EHEC by three laboratories,the viable bacteria content was 10~3 CFU/sample,and eae, stxl and stx2 were all positive.It was detected in 20 kinds of food substrates after adding samples,but not in the background control.EHEC strain and the genomic DNA sample were included in drug standard materials in our country,numbered 80024 and 80056,respectively.Conclusion The prepared EHEC strain and genomic DNA standard materials with independent intellectual property rights can improve the timeliness of EHEC testing and make up for the gap in our country.

4.Effects of different duration of sleep deprivation on neurogranin,PKC and CaMKⅡ mRNA expression in hippocampus and forebrain of rats

AIM:To study the effects of different duration of sleep deprivation (SD) on neurogranin (Ng),protein kinase C (PKC) and Ca2+-calmodulin dependent protein kinase II (CaMK II) mRNA expressions in hippocampus and forebrain of rats. BACKGROUND:Cilium is an antenna-like organele that plays a vital role in al organs generation and maintenance.Ciliopathiesrefer tomultisystem diseasescaused bydisordersofthecilia structure and function. OBJECTIVE:To introduce current understanding of the structure and function of the cilium,with afocus on the study progress ofciliopathies. METHODS:PubMed databasewas searched by computerusing the keywords of“primary cilium, motion cilium,ciliopathy”.Totally 371 relevantarticlespublished from 1959 to 2015 were retrieved. After excluding repetitive and irrelevant articles,we enrolled32 English literaturesregardingcilia structure, functionand ciliopathiesin accordance with the inclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Ciliopathiesalmostinvolve every system of the human body, such asthe brain, eyes, liver, kidney, bone and reproductive system.Most ciliopathies are related to human developmental or degenerative diseases, which characterized by wide-ranging clinical and genetic heterogeneity,such asprimary ciliary dyskinesia,ploycystic kidney disease, infertility, blindness and tumor. In view ofthemedical importanceof the cilium, scholars have devoted tostudyingthe underlying celular mechanisms.Thesein turnhave revealed thatciliopathiesare not only caused bydefectiveassemblyof the cilium,but also by impaired ciliarysignaling.
6.Performance verification and evaluation of Stago STA-R automatic blood coagulation analyzer

Objective To conduct the performance verification of the Stago STA-R automatic blood coagulation analysis system once every year to evaluate the analysis system for ensuring its accuracy and reliability .Methods According to the related docu-ments of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) ,5 items of prothrombin time (PT ) ,activated partial clotting en-zyme live time (APTT) ,thrombin time (TT) ,fibrinogen (Fib) and antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ) were selected to conduct the verifica-tion and preliminary evaluation on the accuracy ,imprecision ,carry-over rate ,linearity range and reference interval of the instrument analysis system .Results The relative bias(SE% ) of accuracy in each item was less than 5% .The intra-batch and inter-batch im-precisions (CV) were less than 3% and 5% respectively .The carry-over rates were within 4% .The linearity of Fib and AT Ⅲ was very well ,r2 were 0 .9980 and 0 .9979 respectively .Validated reference interval was consistent with quotative reference range . Conclusion The Stago STA-R automatic blood coagulation analysis system has good analytical performance ,can provide accurate and reliable test results for clinical doctors .

The government purchasing of community health service was an important way to change the mode of health service supply,which was also an important way to improve the primary health service supply system.On the basis of government purchasing of community health service development in China,it analyzed the current situation and insufficient coverage of Shenzhen municipal government purchasing community health services,proposed the improvement strategies for improving government guarantee and management capacity,standardizing government purchasing process and enhancing the management of relationship among the main bodies so as to solve the problems of insufficient government guarantee level,nonstandard purchasing process and insufficient cooperative management concept.
8.Clinical Observation of Amlodipine Besylate Combined with Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide,Atorvas-tatin in the Treatment of Severe Primary Hypertension Complicating with Carotid Atherosclerosis

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of amlodipine besylate combined with lisinopril and hydro-chlorothiazide,atorvastatin in the treatment of severe primary hypertension complicating with carotid atherosclerosis. METHODS:90 patients with severe primary hypertension complicating with carotid atherosclerosis were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group(45 cases)according to random lottery form. Both groups were given Atorvastatin calcium tablet 20 mg/time orally,qd;control group was additionally given Amlodipine besylate tablet 5 mg/time orally,qd;observation group was additional-ly given Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide tablet 10 mg/time orally,qd,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were compared as well as blood pressure level,IMT,PV of carotid atherosclerosis, hs-CRP,TNF-α before and after treatment. The occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:Total response rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SBP,DBP,IMT,PV,hs-CRP and TNF-α level(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP, IMT,PV,hs-CRP and TNF-α level in 2 groups were significantly lower than before;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR be-tween 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Amlodipine besylate combined with lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide,atorvastatin in the treatment of primary hypertension complicating with carotid atherosclerosis can effectively control the blood pressure level, delay the progression process of carotid atherosclerosis,reduce the inflammatory reaction degree,but dose not increase the occur-rence of ADR with good safety.
9.Observations on Treatment of Piriformis Injury Syndrome by a Technique of Green Tortoise Exploring Point

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of the green tortoise exploring point technique for treating piriformis syndrome. Methods: Ninety patients were randomly allocated to a green tortoise exploring point treatment group of 30 cases, an acupuncture control group of 30 cases and a hydro-acupuncture control group of 30 cases for clinical observation. Results: The symptoms improved after treatment in all the three groups. The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in the treatment group, 76.7% in the acupuncture group and 83.3% in the hydro-acupuncture group. There were statistically significant differences between the three groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: The technique of green tortoise exploring point is better than conventional acupuncture and hydro-acupuncture in treating piriformis injury syndrome
10.Application of Chinese Medicine Information Science to Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

With the further deepening of the information revolution, traditional Chinese medicine, information science and technology are combined to give birth to Chinese medicine information science. Chinese medicine information science is developed and evaluated by mutual integration of Chinese medicine, computer science and information science, which is composed of the acquisition, processing and interpretation of method and system of patients’ data. Traditional Chinese medicine information technology can be used for ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to solve its dilemma, which there is no set of recognized system of syndrome differentiation and diseases are difficult to combine, with a purpose to take the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in health management of ophthalmology diseases, and provide new possibilities for the development of traditional Chinese ophthalmology.
