In recent years, with the development of neuroimaging and the advancement in related studies, people have had a deeper understanding of perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. This article reviews the progress in research on the etiology, onset characteristics, imaging features, diagnosis and prognosis of perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Objective To study the regulatory effect of TGF ? 1 on the expression of multiple genes in prostatic stromal cells in vitro. Methods The primary culture of prostatic stromal cells (including fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells ) have been established and cultured to 4～6 passages. Then the cells were cultured in the medium with various concentration of TGF ? 1(0.01, 0.10, 1.00 and 10.0 ng/ml)for 48h. Objective:To study the determination method of scutellarin in BREVISCAPINE INJECTION using HPLC.Methods:The waters ODS C 18 column (5?m,3.9?150mm) was used. The methanol water glacial acetic acid (40∶60∶1) was used as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength of scutellarin was set at 335nm and internal standard baicalin at 280nm. The resolution of scutellarin's and baicalin peaks was at least 5. Number of theoretical plates of column is no less than 1000 to scutellarin. Results:The recovery of additive sample is 99.8%. RSD is no more 2.0%.Conclusion: It is generally in agreement with external standard method.

Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of oral health knowledge,attitudes and practice (KAP) among the teachers of primary and secondary schools in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City.Methods A total of 652 teachers of primary and secondary schools were selected by using multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method and completed a self-designed questionnaire,which included demographic characteristics and oral health KAP.The status and influencing factors of oral health KAP were analyzed by single and multiple-factor analysis methods.Results The questionnaire was completed by all the 652 teachers,627 of whom were qualified (96.2％).The total ratios of oral health knowledge awareness,attitudes correctness and behaviors formation were 77.1％,68.7％ and 46.3％,respectively.There was significant difference of knowledge awareness rate by age,gender,marriage status,monthly income,life status and current cigarette smoking (x2 values were 11.48,8.57,8.12,8.46,23.97 and 4.64,respectively; all P＜0.05).There was significant difference in oral health attitudes correctness rate by gender (x2=10.65,P＜0.05) and behaviors formation rate by gender,education level and life status (x2 values were 3.95,10.88 and 10.41,respectively; all P＜0.05).In logistic regression model,impact factors of oral health knowledge awareness were age,gender,life status and physical exercises; the impact factors of oral health attitudes correctness were gender and monthly income; the impact factors of oral health behaviors formation were gender,level of education and physical exercises.Conclusion The oral health awareness and attitudes correctness are acceptible among the teachers of primary and secondary schools in Gongshu District of Hangzhou City,although the formation rate of oral health behaviors is low.Oral health education should be enforced among the teachers of primary and secondary schools.

OBJECTIVETo observe the efficacy differences among acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36), dolantin and scopolamine in treatment of acute renal colic, and to verify the clinical effect of acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36).

METHODSTwo hundred and forty patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture group, a scopolamine group and a dolantin group, 80 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture at unilateral or bilateral Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36). The scopolamine group was treated by intramuscular injection of scopolamine combined with intravenous drip of scopolamine, and the dolantin group was treated by intramuscular injection of dolantin. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed 30 min after drug administration or acupuncture, and the onset time of effect and adverse reactions were compared among the groups.

RESULTSThe total effective rate of 95.0% (76/80) in the acupuncture group had a similar therapeutic effect to 92.5% (74/80) in dolantin group (P>0.05), which were both superior to 76.3% (61/80) in scopolamine group (both P<0.05). The onset time of (13.24 +/- 2.12) min in the acupuncture group was significant earlier than (23.11 +/- 6.22) min in scopolamine group and (22.17 +/- 3.15) min in dolantin group (both P<0.05), and compared with the other two groups, the adverse reactions in the acupuncture group were significant decreased (both P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONAcupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) has a good analgesic effect with a low incidence of adverse reactions, which is superior to that of dolantin and scopolamine.

This paper is a follow-up study of 329 children in factory-run nurseries in urban Shanghai. The investigation lasted for a period of one year for each index-child, focusing on the conditions of nutrition, development and diseases of the children of various ages.Comparison between nutritionl findings and RDA of China disclosed that calorie intake of most of the index-child groups were 80-85% of RDA, the only exception being the 6-12 months group where the average calorie intake showed 90%. Protein intake of all groups was over 80% of RDA. Fe intake was lower than RDA, except for 18-month-old and over.Weight and height of the children were compared with the anthropo-metric data established in 1985 (1985 data) for Shanghai children under six years of age. It was found that the average weight and height appeared differently according to their age. Average weight of children under one year old was slightly higher than 1985 data, while average height was lower than 1985 data once the children reached 10 months old. Average weight, however, became lower than the 1985 data after the children were two years old. Over 60% of the index between 6-18 months old suffered from anemia (IDA).Accordingly, it is requested that calorie and iron intake should be supplemented.

Objective To investigate the epiderniology of fungemia and provide evidence for clinical therapy.Methods A retro- spective survey was done with the 31 cases of fungemia in our hospital from August 2004 to November 2005.Results More than 80% of the patients suffered from two and more underlying diseases.Over a half of infections developed following placement of catheters.And 83.9% of the patients had a history of antimicrobial agents use before blood culture.The pathogens of 24 (77.4%) cases were associated with Candida spp.Only 3 strains were C.albicans.The mortality rate of candidemia was 45.8%.Different Candida species had different resistance rates to antifungal agents.Conclusions Fungemia patients often have serious underlying diseases.Most fungemia cases were candidemia caused by non-C.albicans.Some fungal pathogens are re- sistant to fluconazole and itraconazole.
