Aim Toresearchthemolecularmecha-nisms of adriamycin-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis based on β-adrenoceptor signaling pathway during de-velopmentofheartfailure.Methods SeventymaleSD rats were assigned randomly into two groups:the con-trol group(CON,n=30)and the ADR-induced cardio-toxicity group (ADR,n =40 ).ADR was administered intraperitoneally in five equal injections (each contai-ning 3 mg·kg-1 )over a period of two weeks, with a total cumulative dose of 15 mg · kg-1 body weight. Age-matched rats injected with saline were used as controls. The general condition of all rats was observed, and transthoracic echocardiography was performed im-mediately following the final ADR injection, and then every other week.Serum and myocardial tissue were harvested at W2,W4 and W6 separately. The serum contents of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and cardiac troponin-T(cTn-T)were analyzed by euzymelinked im-munosorbent assay (ELISA ).The pathological change and apoptosis were determined by HE,Masson and ter-minal deoxyribonucleotide transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL).The protein expressions ofβ1-AR,β2-AR,PKA and CaMK Ⅱ were detectedbyWesternblot. Results FollowingthefinalADRin-jection,cardiac systolic function and SV declined, which was accompanied by marked atrophy of the heart, low levels of cardiomyocyte fibrosis and apopto-sis,significantly increased serum BNP and cTn-T and decreased β1-AR,PKA and CaMK Ⅱ protein expres-sion.However,cardiac systolic function was improved with the extension of time but remained depressed as compared to CON group. The serum BNP and cTn-T concentration kept on rising. The gradual aggravation apoptosis and concomitant fibrosis in the ADR group heart were observed following ADR withdrawal.β1-AR protein expression was continuously down-regulated,β2-AR protein expression unchanged.Expression of PKA and CaMKⅡ proteins in hearts from ADR-injec-ted rats gradually increased. Conclusion β-AR/PKA/CaMKⅡ signaling pathway mediates cardiomyo-cyte apoptosis during the progress of ADR-induced car-diac dysfunction and pathological remodeling and apop-tosis.

A dual-mode recording system used for synchronous detection of neuroeletrical and neurochemical signals was developed, and a dual-mode synchronous detection experiment was carried out using the instrument. The device comprised 64-channel neuroelectricity recording module with voltage resolution of 0. 3 μV and 4-channel neurochemistry recording module with current resolution of 1 pA. The software had many basic features, including Spike separation and sort, chronoamperometry, cyclic voltammetry, etc. In particular, the software could observe and analyze the dual-mode neural signals synchronously. The performance of the system was demonstrated in the single mode detection experiments. In neuroeletrical experiments, 64-channel simulate neural signals were detected and the signal to noise ratio ( S/N) of Spike recorded from cortex of Sprague-Dawley ( SD ) rat was 6. In the K3 [ Fe ( CN )6 ] and ascorbic acid measurement experiments, the current response of K3 [ Fe ( CN)6 ] in the range of 0. 1-10 mmol/L was obtained by cyclic voltammetry, with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9889, and the current response of ascorbic acid ( concentration:10-800 μmol/L) by chronoamperometry increased linearly with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9841. Based on the rat model of global cerebral ischemia, a dual-mode detection experiment was carried out. In the experiment, the neuroelectrical and neurochemical signals were synchronously recorded in the SD rat primary visual cortex. According to the experimental results, we got the conclusion that the concentration of ascorbic acid negatively related to the Spike firing in the SD rat primary visual cortex.

Objective:To retrieve, evaluate and summarize the evidence of perioperative delirium prevention and care in elderly patients with fractures, and provide a basis for standardized prevention, care and management in clinical practice. Methods:The evidence was systematically retrieved from the Guidelines International Network, National Guidelines Library, Institute for Healthcare Optimization, UpToDate, BMJ Best Practice, Joanna Briggs Institute Center for Evidence Based Health Care, Cochrane Library, Yimaitong, CINAHL, Embase, BMJ, PubMed, CNKI , Wanfang, and China Biology Medicine disc (CBMdisc) , including guidelines, evidence summary, systematic reviews, best practice information, and randomized controlled trials (RCT) published up to December 1, 2019.Results:Finally, 15 articles were included, including 2 clinical decision-making, 5 guidelines, 5 systematic reviews, 2 summaries of evidence, and 1 RCT. The best evidence included 11 aspects such as delirium risk factor assessment, assessment tools, assessment timing, and qualifications of assessors, with a total of 25 pieces of evidence. Conclusions:Perioperative delirium in elderly patients with fractures has not yet gained the full attention from healthcare professionals. Medical institutions should establish standardized procedures for the evaluation, prevention, and care of elderly patients with fractures based on evidence-based evidence transformation, improve the health education system for medical staff and patients, formulate corresponding norms, improve the level of delirium care, and improve patients' outcomes.
