Objective To study the value of TCT, human papillomavirus DNA combined with colposcopy in the early screening of cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 80 cases of patients, ASCUS was detected by TCT 8 cases, LSIL6 cases, HSIL4 cases, SCC2 cases, the detection rate of cervical lesions was 25.0% (20/80); Normal and inflammatory 60 cases, accounting for 75.0% (60/80) of the total. HPV-DNA positive 28 cases, negative 52 cases, the positive rate was 35.0% (28/80); The detection rate of TCT (+) HPV (+) was significantly higher than TCT (+) HPV (-), TCT (-) HPV (+), TCT (-) HPV (-) (P<0.05), the detection rate of SCC reached 100.0%; The detection rate of CIN I, CIN II, CIN III of TCT examination, HPV-DNA examination combined with colposcopy were significantly higher than TCT+HPV-DNA examination (P<0.05), but the difference of detection rates of SCC between the two was not significant. Conclusion The value of TCT, human papillomavirus DNA and colposcopy in the early screening of cervical cancer is higher, so is worthy of promotion and use in the clinical.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of detecting peripheral artery disease (PAD) using ankle-brachial index (ABI) determined by an electronic sphygmomanometer in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Method The brachial blood pressure and the ankle blood pressure were measured in each upper limbs and lower limbs by the Doppler ultrasound method and the electronic sphygmomanometer method in fifty-nine DM patients who were selected from Department of Geriatric Endocrinology of General Hospital of PLA. ABI was calculated with the formula of ABI = ankle systolic blood pressure/ brachial systolic blood pressure. The measurement data were expressed as x?s. Then the data of systolic pressure and ABI were analyzed by paired Student's t tests and correlations. The related diagnosis criteria of PAD, such as sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and the global accuracy were calculated. Furthermore, the correlation of brachial blood pressure as measured by the electronic sphygmomanometer and the mercury column sphygmomanometer was compared. Results There were no significant differences but good correlations between the data of systolic pressures and ABI obtained as measured by two methods. Since 1988,our school has been enrolling in increasing numbers students in 7-year programs of clinical medicine and stomatology. During the period, we have accumulated some experience, which can be embodied in five major points. On this basis, we have, starting from this year, enrolled students working on doctoral degree in 8-year programs with candidates who have completed 4-year undergraduate programs of science and engineering, designed to further intensify reforms in medical education programs.

Objective To conduct the statistical analysis on the free carnitine and acylcarnitines levels in 0?6 years old children by detecting the contents of free carnitine and acylcarnitines in dry blood spot to provide the biological reference range for the diagnosis of fatty acid metabolic disorder and organic acidemia.Methods The levels of acylcarnitines of peripheral blood dry blood spot in 263 normal children were detected by using the isotopic dilution non-derived tandem mass spectrometry.All children were divided into male and female groups according to different genders and divided into the groups according to the age,1-28 d(gestational weeks ≥37 weeks),1-12 months old,13 months-3 years old and 4-6 years old.Results The detection results after normality test found that the levels of free carnitine and acylcarnitines in children showed a normality distribution.The free carnitine and various acylcarnitines levels had no statistical difference between male children and female children (t=0.5,P=0.619).The C4,C5,C6,C10,C12 and C18 had equal variance among various age groups(P>0.05) and could conducted the one way variance analysis;C0,C2,C3,C5,OH,C6,C8,C14,C16 and C18 had the variance heterogeneity among different age groups(P<0.05) and could conduct the rank-sum test(P<0.05).The C0,C2,C3,C5,OH,C6,C8,C10,C12,C14,C16 and C18 had statistical differences among different age groups,the reference value ranges were calculated according to different ages.The difference in C4 and C5 had no statistical significance and the reference value range could be calculated by the merged group.Conclusion It is a very important for the diagnosis and treatment of fatty acid metabolic disorder and organic acidemia to establish the reference value ranges of dry blood spot free carnitine and acylcarnitines in children according to different ages.

Objective To identify the metabolites of loganin in rat urine through using ultra high performance liquid chromatography combined with triple TOF mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS/MS) after oral administration of loganin;To summarize the metabolic pathway of loganin. Methods Rats were given a gavage with loganin. The urine samples were prepared by use of solid phase extraction (SPE). The chromatographic separation was performed on an UPLC C18 column with gradient elution program of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid aqueous as mobile phase. Dynamic background subtraction (DBS) technology was employed to trigger information dependent acquisition (IDA) to obtain the characteristic fragment ions of metabolites. Results MetabolitePilot software including several data processing methods were employed to speculate the structures of liganin metabolites and three metabolites were identified. Then, the metabolic pathway of loganin in rats was summarized. Conclusion The analytical method was simple, credible and highly-sensible, which is useful for screening and identifying trace constituents in vivo.

Objective In this study ,we investigated the apoptosis of hair cell in the cochlea of age -related hearing loss(AHL) generated by ENU mutagenesis ,and to study a pan caspase inhibitor (z-VAD -FMK) which is to protect the cochlea hair cells from hearing loss induced by age-related hearing loss(AHL) .Methods Through z-VAD-FMK intraperitoneal injection and round window membrane (RWM) drug were delivered into the Cdh23 nmf308 nmf/nmf mice 5(postnatal days 2 -32) inner ear .ResuIts The results showed that the nmf308 mice with progressive hair cell loss along a base to apex gradient with age-related hearing loss .The cochlear OHCs reduced from 5% ~10% at 1 month to 100% at 3 month in the basal region .Substantial amounts of TUNEL -positive OHCs nuclei appeared at 1 month age ,and activated caspase-3 labeling demonstrated that most OHCs appeared at 2 months age .These suggested that DNA single strand break was attributed primarily to apoptosis of cochlear le_sions ,whereas in the later stage of lesion ,the expansion led to activation of caspase-3 activity reduced with further progression of nuclear condensation in age-related hearing loss .ConcIusion The addition of a pan caspase inhibitor (z -VAD -FMK ) significantly protected the cochlea against the hair cell loss induced by apoptosis .Our study showed that aspase inhibitor ,Z-VAD-FMK appeared to play a prominent role in age-related hearing loss media_ted hair cell death loss induced by apoptosis .Our study showed that aspase inhibitor ,Z-VAD -FMK appeared to play a prominent role in age-related hearing loss mediated hair cell death .

Objective To solve the agglomeration problem in the former process, dry granulation technology was used to prepare the granules of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules. Methods Complexity and granule yield coefficient were set as inspection indexes. The optimum subsidiary material and its amount were optimized. The parameters of dry granulation technology were optimized by orthogonal test. Then, granule yield, angle of repose, and bulk density were compared with those of wet granulation technology. Results Starch was set as subsidiary material. The optimum technology is roll pressure of 12 MPa, rotation speed of 5 r/min, and feed speed of 10 r/min. The yield of granules prepared by dry granulation technology was significantly higher than that of wet granulation technology. Conclusion The dry granulation technology can effectively improve the agglomeration of the granulation process of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules, and was suitable for granulating process of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules.

Objective To study the correlation between hyperinsulinemia (HIns) and arteriosclerosis in one community in Beijing. Methods Subjects who received arteriosclerosis screening in physical examination annually were studied. All subjects were received 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) to evaluate glucose metabolic level, and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) examination to evaluate arteriosclerosis. The correlation between hyperinsulinemia and pulse wave velocity was analyzed. Results Among all the 1046 subjects under investigation, baPWV of subjects with HIns was higher than subjects with normoinsulinemia (NIns) in different glucose metabolism status [normal glucose tolerance, ( 1381.2 ±280. 8) cm/s vs ( 1280. 3 ±218. 7) cm/s; imparied glucose regulation, ( 1557. 5 ±319.3) cm/s vs (1474.7 ±305. 1) cm/s; diabetes, (1764.3 ±476.6) cm/s vs (1664.2 ±374.6)cm/s], especially in subjects with normal glucose tolerance ( P ＜ 0.01 ). The prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors in subjects with HIns was much higher than subjects with NIns ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that hyperinsulinemia was the risk factor of arteriosclerosis, and the OR (95%CI) of subjects with HIns was 1.91 (1. 169-3. 105, P ＜0.01 ) as compared to the subjects with NIns. Conclusion The subjects with HIns suffered from much more metabolic risk factors than NIns.Hyperinsulinemia that closely correlated with baPWV was a risk factor of arteriosclerosis.

Objective To analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of sleep disorders and nocturnal hypoxemia of patients with different degrees of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods Four hundred and twenty-five patients with snoring were scored by Epworth Sleepiness Scale ( ESS), and monitored by polysomnography (PSG). The possible correlations between sleep structure, hypoxia parameters, ESS and clinical features were analyzed and compared in those patients. Results Four hundred and twenty-five patients were divided into 4 groups according to the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI). There were 65 primary snoring patients (15.3%) and 360 OSAHS patients (84. 7% ) including 187 patients (44. 0% ) in severe OSAHS group. ESS was increased as aggravation of OSAHS. There were significant statistical differences in ESS among each group. Compared with primary snoring group, sleep efficiency, NREM1 + 2, oxygen desaturation index ( ODI), time with pulse oxygen saturation below 90% (T(SpO2 <90% ) ) were significantly higher in the OSAHS groups, and NREM3 +4, lowest pulse oxygen saturation level ( LSpO2 ) were lower. ESS was correlated positively with AHI (r= 0. 474,P <0. 01 ). They were both correlated positively with ODI, T (SpO2 <90% ) and NREM1 + 2( ESSr =0. 392, 0. 356,0. 194;AHI r = 0. 714, O. 682, 0. 365, all P < 0. 01 ), and correlated negatively with LSpO2, NREM3 + 4 ( ESS r = - 0. 414, - 0. 196; AHI r = - 0. 740, - 0. 385, both P < 0. 01 ). LSpO2, ODI and T (SpO2 < 90% ) were the primary influencing factors. Common clinical presentations and subjective symptoms were presented including daytime sleepiness, impaired memory, fatigue, dry mouth, oppressive wake and morning headache, etc. Percentage of individuals with daytime sleepiness in the severe OSAHS group was 73. 3% (137/187). These had serious impact on the patients' quality of life, leading to difficulty concentrating, poor memory and cognitive impairment. Conclusions Sleep disorders are found in the patients with different degrees of OSAHS. The excessive daytime sleepiness interrelated partly with the structure of sleep, and totally with hypoxia parameters. The more severity the patients have, the more nocturnal hypoxia, sleep disorders and higher ESS are found.

Objective To evaluate the association between the polymorphisms of BT-H4 gene and the risk of breast cancer, a case-control study was conducted in the population of Heilongjiang province, China. Methods We genotyped the single nucleotide polymorphisms of rs10754339, rs10801935 and rs3738414 in B7-H4 gene by PCR-RFLP in a Chinese population consisting of 287 breast cancer cases and 305 controls matched for age and sex, tagged all common haplotypes (frequency ≥ 1%), and analyzed the differences between patients and normal controls. Results Our data indicated that in rs10754339, the frequencies of G allele, AA genotype and AG genotype were significantly different between patients and controls (P=0.030, OR 1.359, 95 % CI 1.030-1.794; P=0.018, OR 0.671, 95 % CI 0.482-0.935; P=0.029, OR 1.455, 95 % CI 1.038-2.038, respectively). In rs3738414, the frequencies of A allele, GG genotype and AG genotype were significantly different between patients and controls (P=0.0008, OR 0.604, 95 % CI 0.455-0.803; P=0.001, OR 1.804, 95 % CI 1.289-2.253; P=0.005, OR 0.612, 95 % CI 0.435-0.862). The frequencies of AAA haplotype and GAG haplotype were significantly different between patients and controls (P=0.0015, OR 0.614, 95 % CI 0.456-0.828; P=0.0003, OR 1.954, 95 % CI 1.363-2.803). Conclusion Polymorphisms of B7-H4 gene appear to be associated with breast cancer in the population of Heilongjiang province, China.
