Objective To investigate the current situation of radiation protection capability and personal protection in the clinical practice of interventional radiology in grade-Ⅲ hospital. Methods A total of 108 medical staffs including physicians, technicians and nurses, who worked in interventional room,CT/ MR room, interventional catheterization room, radiotherapy department or radiology department in a grade-Ⅲ hospital of Guangdong province during the period from June 2014 to November 2015,were enrolled in this questionnaire investigation. The contents of self-mnade questionnaire included general demographic data, personal radiation exposure and protection.By using self-made questionnaire about the radiation protection capability of interventional work (both I-CVI and S-CVI being 0.9) the interventional radiation protection capability of the hospital was evaluated. Results In a certain grade-Ⅲ hospital of Guangdong province, the protection capability in shielding facilities, operating time and distance protection was quite strong, but the health-care leave system was lack, the occupational hazard detection was insufficient, and the protection and training system was poorly executed. In aspect of personal protection, the usage rate of lead apron in interventional procedures was only 72.2%,moreover,the rate of not wearing a radiation detector was up to 4.6%,and 9.3% of medical staff didn't know the correct wearing position of a radiation detector. Conclusion The medical institution is lack of enough attention to the personal radiation protection as well as to the occupational health of interventional medical staff. In part of the medical staff, the consciousness of radiation protection is weak and the protection knowledge is insufficient, they are lack of adequate attention to occupational protection. All these issues need to be further improved.

HPLC-ESI-MS technology was applied to determine the hydrolyzed peptides of red cubilose and white Abscubilose for the comparison of similarities and differences between different kinds of cubiloses' hydrolysis polypeptide primary structure.SDS-PAGE,capillary high-performance liquid chromatography and ESI-MS were used to detect the purity and peptide mapping of samples.Mascot 2.2 sof tware was used to search the database. The basepeak figure in mass spectrometry analysis showed good consistency of hydrolyzed peptides between red cubilose and white cubilose. The Mascot 2.2 sof tware was used to search the poultry database which had been downloaded from the UniProt.A total of 73 kinds of proteins from white cubilose were identified. And a total of 51 kinds of proteins from red cubilose were identified. There were 30 kinds of same proteins from both cubilose. It was concluded that the hydrolyzed peptides had relatively high similarity between red cubilose and white cubilose. The same proteins from both red and white cubilose can be used as the quality control characteristics of cubilose products.

Objective:To investigate the effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) based catheter information platform in preventing catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI) in intensive care unit to improve the current status of CRBSI.Methods:In this study, a retrospective cohort study was conducted using the purposive sampling method, and 140 patients with indwelling central venous catheters admitted to the ICU of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from August to December 2021 were set as the control group; the 140 patients with indwelling central venous catheters admitted to the ICU from January to May 2022 were set as the observation group. The control group used electronic forms to record and manage at the bedside after CRBSI cluster nursing measures were given, and the observation group used the catheter information platform based on FMEA to conduct information management on catheter evaluation and maintenance process after CRBSI cluster nursing measures were given. Compared the implementation rate (6 items), implementation time, qualification rate, and incidence of CRBSI in ICU patients between two groups of ICU nurses. Results:The implementation rate of CRBSI cluster nursing measures among ICU nurses in the observation group: strict hand hygiene by nurses was 87%(122/140), maximum aseptic barrier during puncture was 97%(136/140), aseptic operation during catheter maintenance was 91%(128/140), 75% alcohol disinfection of connectors was 84%(118/140), 24-hour change of infusion lines was 95%(133/140), and timely change of patches/dressings was 89%(125/140), they were greater than those in the control group 70%(98/140), 87%(122/140), 71%(100/140), 61%(86/140), 71%(99/140), 69%(96/140), the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 values were 9.67 to 29.07, all P<0.05); the execution time and qualification rate among ICU nurses in the observation group were (9.11 ± 2.83) minutes and 91.4% (128/140), the control group were (10.00 ± 2.84) minutes and 60.7% (85/140), with statistically significant differences ( t value was -2.64, χ2 values was 36.28, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The FMEA-based catheterization information platform can help enhance the efficiency of the implementation of CRBSI clustering nursing measures by ICU nurses, improve the quality of care, and thus reduce the occurrence of CRBSI, and the feasibility of clinical promotion is high.

Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of Pipeline embolization device (PED)for the treatment of unruptured wide-necked intracranial aneurysms. Methods From October 2015 to September 2016,15 consecutive patients with unruptured wide-necked intracranial aneurysm (aneurysm neck and aneurysm body ratio ≥0. 5)treated with PED at the Department of Neurosurgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were enrolled retrospectively. Their clinical and imaging data were analyzed. Kamran scale was used to evaluate the embolization rate of aneurysms and the changes of the parent arteries. DSA examination was performed again at 6 -12 months after operation. Results Fifteen PED were implanted in 15 patients with unruptured wide-necked intracranial aneurysms, including 13ophthalmic artery aneurysms,1 posterior communicating artery aneurysm, and 1 cavernous sinus aneurysm. The technical success rate was 100% . Immediately after PED implantation,Karman rating of 15 cases were aneurysm grade 2 embolization, parent artery grade A (grade 2a). DSA examination was performed again at 6 - 12 months after operation showed that 14 patients were aneurysm grade 4,parent artery was grade A (grade 4a). One patient (ophthalmic artery aneurysm)underwent the second DSA examinations at 6 and 12 months after operation showed that the residual development of aneurysms. The aneurysm embolization was grade 3, and the parent artery was grade A (grade 3a). No branch artery occlusion was observed. Non of them had neurological deficit. The modified Rankin scale score was 0 in all 15 patients. Conclusion The use of PED in the treatment of unruptured wide-necked intracranial aneurysms has a higher occlusion rate. Its long-term effect still needs further follow-up.
