Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-?1 and Smad 3, 7 in rats renal tissue after unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) and the effect of Shentong capsule on their expressions. Methods Sixteen rats underwent UUO and were devided into operation group and Shentong treatment group, additional 8 rats were shame operation group. The pathological change of renal tissues were examined by light microscopy 8 days after operation. The extent of renal fibrosis was determined by measuring the area of renal interstitial fibrosis. Immunhistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of TGF-?1 and Smad 3,7. Results In comparison with shame operation group, the expression of TGF-?1 and Smad 3 in operation group significantly increased, and the expression of Smad 7 significantly decreased(P

Objective To explore the effect of diabetic liaison nurses on controlling blood sugar levels in patients with hyperglycemia in department other than endocrinology. Methods Four hundred diabetic patients with high blood sugar were selected from January to December, 2014 in department other than endocrinology. They were divided randomly into 2 groups equally:the control group and the observation group. The control group received traditional nursing care, while blood sugar management was carried out by diabetic liaison nurse in the observation group. Result Pre-discharge sugar metabolism in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The diabetic liaison nurses in other departments than the endocrinology department can help control blood sugar levels in patients with hyperglycemiain.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction (XBCQT) on lung-gut injury and intestinal function, and analyze its effect on intestinal flora in sepsis mice.Methods:C57 male mice were randomly divided into three groups with 12 mice in each group: control group, model group and treatment group. The sepsis model was prepared by intra-peritoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 5 mg/kg. XBCQT was administered by gavage 24 h before, 0.5 h after and 12 h after modeling. The lung, colon and blood samples were collected at 24 h after modeling. The pulmonary and intestinal inflammatory cytokine content of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP-1) was measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. HE staining was used to evaluate the structural damage and changes of lung and gut, and Western blot and Immunohistochemistry methods were used to analyze the expression of occludin and claudin-1 in intestinal epithelium. Finally, the plasma endotoxin content of each group was tested by Limulus test kit. Fecal DNA of mice was extracted and the changes of intestinal flora in sepsis mice were detected by 16S rDNA quantitative PCR. The measurement data among the three groups were compared by one-way analysis of variance.Results:(1) XBCQT significantly reduced the pulmonary inflammatory cytokine IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and MCP-1 expression (all P<0.05), and attenuated lung injury. (2) Compared to the model group, the treatment group exhibited a reduction in intestinal damage and a decrease in the intestinal inflammatory cytokines (all P<0.05). XBCQT increased the expression of epithelial tight junction and mucin of colon, and improved the intestinal epithelium barrier function. (3) XBCQT treatment decreased the content of endotoxin in plasma of sepsis mice ( P<0.05), promoted the growth of beneficial bacteria Akkermansia muciniphila and reduced the expression of Enterococcus in the intestine of sepsis mice (all P<0.05). Conclusions:XBCQT can significantly improve the intestinal inflammatory injury, regulate the intestine epithelium barrier and improve the intestinal function in sepsis mice.

Objective Ti explire the effect if aspirin (ASA)in primary preventiin if car-diivascular events if patients with type 2 diabetes and ti reduce adverse effects if ASA thriugh the appripriate nursing interventiins. Methods A tital if 200 patients with type 2 diabetes were randimly divided inti experimental griup and cintril griup with 100 patients in each griup.Ex-perimental griup were given 100mg aspirin every day and the patients in cintril griup were given placebi inly. The changes if chemical cimpisitiin in serum, iccurrence rate if cardiivascular and remissiin if gastriintestinal symptims caused by taking ASA in experimental griup were recirded and analyzed. Results ASA can significantly reduce LDL,TG,TC and CRP levels and imprive HDL levels. The incidence rate if majir cardiivascular events in experimental griup were signifi-cantly liwer than that in the cintril griup except strike (P <0.05).After scientific and system-atic nursing, gastriintestinal symptims caused by taking ASA in the experimental griup were sig-nificantly relieved. Conclusion Diabetes patients can significantly reduce iccurrence if cardiivas-cular by taking ASA.Scientific, systematic and seamless nursing interventiin can apparently re-duce adverse reactiin in gastriintestinal symptims caused by taking ASA.

METHODS:Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was adopted. Radiofrequency power was 1 530 W;cooling temperature was 4 ℃;collision gas was He gas;carrier gas was argon;flow rate of carrier gas was 1.08 L/min;integration time was 0.3 s;plasma gas flow rate was 15 L/min;the vacuum degree of quadrupole was 3.04×10-4 Pa;sampling cone aperture was 1.0 mm;interception cone aperture was 0.4 mm;the speed of sampling was 0.3 rps;data collection was repeated for 3 times. The microwave digestion power is 1 600 W,and the heating process is heated to 160℃at room temperature for 30 min,and maintained at 5 min,and then heated to 190 ℃ at a temperature of 5 ℃/min and maintained 45 min. RESULTS:The linear range of Mg and Al were 1-250 ng/mL;the linear range of Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cd were 1-100 ng/ mL(all r≥0.999 0). The limits of detection were 0.063 6-1.785 0 ng/mL. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 4%. The recoveries were 89.65%-105.60%(RSD were 1.57%-3.98%,n=9). RSDs of durablity were all lower than 12%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate, precise, stable, reproducible and durable. It can be used for content determination of 8 metal elements in Propylgaclate and sodium chloride injection.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological evidence on the relationship between ultra-processed foods intake and metabolic syndrome. Methods CNKI, Wanfang database, PubMed and Web of Science Core Collection database were searched to obtain literature, as of June 10, 2020, about ultra-processed foods intake and metabolic syndrome. The relevant literature was reviewed and analyzed. Results A total of 4 epidemiological studies about the relationship between ultra-processed foods intake and metabolic syndrome were found, of which three studies suggested a positive correlation, and one study suggested no correlation. Conclusion There may be a positive correlation between ultra-processed foods intake and metabolic syndrome, but the research results available are still controversial. Further research is needed to explore the relationship between ultra-processed foods intake and metabolic syndrome.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2020;31(5):109-113
Hyperuricemia is a chronic disease caused by the imbalance of uric acid synthesis and excretion, which is influenced by both environmental and genetic factors. The results of genome-wide association analysis related to hyperuricemia in different regions during the past decade have shown that genes related to hyperuricemia may be region- specific. This article summarizes the genes detected by GWAS, and describes some of the involved molecular mechanisms. The genes related to hyperuricemia shared by people in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, and genes related to hyperuricemia unique to Asian populations are reviewed in this article. In addition, some of the genes’ functions are discussed to enhance the understanding of the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia.
