This paper discusses and analyses the relationship between hospital culture and medical ethics from lots of points of riew such as hospital culture producing and formation, concept and intension of hospital culture, function and role of hospital culture and so on. Hospital culture and medical ethics are not only the measures to realize the medical aim but also the code of medical actions. Both of them have identity in content which can mutually help in function and improve each other in aim. So hospital culture contruction and medical ethics improvement will be coordinated growth.
