Objective To explore the appropriate labor modalities for secondary pregnancy of women with ci-catricial uterus. Methods 167 cases of cicatricial uterus who had secondary pregnancy were analyzed in a retrospec-tive way. The condition of eicatricial uterus's bottom was monitored by type B ultrasonic, then, vaginal delivery was an alternative option. Results Among them, 94 eases underwent cesarean section diretly, 48 cases selected vaginal delivery,35 cases were mandatory with cesarean section. Conclusion For those with cicatricial uterus having sec-ondary pregnancy, vaginal delivery will be an alternative option. If there is no underwent lesarean section and the bot-tom of cicatricial in good condition.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of adenovirus mediated heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) on lungs in neonatal rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH).Methods One hundred and twenty-eight 7-10 d healthy Wistar neonatal rats were randomly divided into HPH model group and control group.HPH group was divided into saline group,empty virus group,and HSP70 group according to the transfection solution.HPH model was established in the hypoxia cabin of 80 mL/L nitrogen oxygen mixed gas after transfection.The mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP) was measured after 3,7,10 and 14 days of hypoxia in each group.The mRNA and protein expression of HSP70,hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha(HIF-1 α),endothelin-1 (ET-1) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in the lung tissues of neonatal rats were detected by using reverse transcription-PCR and Western blot respectively.Results (1) The mPAP level was significantly higher in saline group (M,Q:12.00,2.50;15.00,2.00;18.00,1.75;20.00,2.25) than that in control group (M,Q:9.50,4.75;10.50,1.00;13.00,1.00;15.50,3.25),and the differences were significant (z =-3.28,-3.40,-3.34,-3.06,all P ＜ 0.01);and the differences were also significant between empty virus group (M,Q:13.50,2.00;15.50,1.75;18.00,1.00;22.00,4.25) and control group (z =-2.83,-3.42,-3.40,-2.97,all P ＜ 0.01) in 3,7,10,and 14 days;but there was no significant difference between HSP70 group (M,Q:8.50,4.00;10.50,1.00;13.00,1.00)and the control group in 3,7,and 10 days (z =-0.43-0.00,-3.06,all P ＞ 0.05).(2) The expressions of HSP70 mRNA among the groups were statistically significant(F =6.321,9.669,6.333,all P ＜ 0.01),and the expressions of HSP70 protein also had significant difference(F =16.463,3.637,17.749,all P ＜ 0.01).(3)The level of HIF-1α mRNA in saline group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (q =4.312,9.106,6.151,all P ＜ 0.01);and the level of HIF-1α mRNA in empty virus group was also significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (q =3.982,9.235,5.352,all P ＜ 0.01) in 3,7,and 10 days;hypoxia in HSP70 group was lower than that of the empty virus group in 3,7 days,and the differences were statistically significant (q =6.083,11.031,all P ＜ 0.05).The level of ET-1 mRNA in saline group was significantly higher than that in the control group(q =5.112,10.086,6.264,all P ＜ 0.01),in empty virus group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (q =4.182,12.238,5.864,all P＜0.01) in 3,7,and 10 days,but in HSP70 group it was lower than that in the empty virus group in 3,7,and 10 days,and the differences were statistically significant (q =6.912,10.235,7.021,all P ＜ 0.05).The level of iNOS mRNA in saline group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (q =4.998,8.056,5.369,all P ＜0.01),in empty virus group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (q =4.778,10.138,5.154,all P ＜0.01) in 3,7,and 10 days,but in HSP70 group it was lower than that in the empty virus group in 3,7,and 10 days,and the differences were statistically significant (q =7.819,9.838,6.156,all P ＜ 0.05).The level of HIF-1 α protein in saline group was significantly higher than that of the control group in 3,7,and 10 days,and the differences were statistically significant (q =3.146,3.012,4.106,all P ＜ 0.05),in empty virus group was significantly higher than that of the control group in 10 days,and the difference was statistically significant (q =3.468,P ＜ 0.05);but in HSP70 group it was lower than that in the empty virus group in 3,7,and 10 days,and the differences were statistically significant (q =3.876,4.108,4.021,all P＜ 0.05).The level of ET-1 protein of HSP70 group was lower than that of the saline group,the differences were statistically significant(q =3.367,2.983,3.246,all P ＜ 0.05),in HSP70 group was lower than that of the empty virus,and the differences were statistically significant (q =3.268,2.678,3.567,all P ＜0.05).The level of iNOS protein in saline group was significantly higher than that in the control group in 3,7,and 10 days,and the differences were statistically significant (q =3.360,3.567,3.567,all P ＜ 0.05),but in HSP70 group it was lower than that in the empty virus group,and the differences were statistically significant (q =3.126,3.908,3.087,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Adenovirus mediated HSP70 can improve the HSP70 expression in HPH,down-regulate the expression of HIF-1 α,ET-1,iNOS,and reduce pulmonary arterial pressure.

Objective The current status of achievement motive levels and autonomous learning ability of nursing students was studied and compared in order to put forward suggestions to improve the achievement motive levels accordingly.Methods 119 nursing students were investigated about their achievement motive levels and autonomous learning ability by questionnaires.Then these students were divided into three groups according to their achievement motive scores and the autonomous learning ability was compared.Results The scores of Success-oriented motive of nursing students were significantly higher than that of failure-threatened motive.The total score of autonomous learning ability was(88.653+9.373)and the autonomous learning ability among these three groups was statistically different(P＜0.01).Conclusion The achievement motive greatly influenced the autonomous learning ability of nursing students.Measures should be adopted to improve the achievement motives so as to enhance their autonomous learning ability.

Baizi Yangxin Pian is a reformed preparation of Baizi Yangxin Wan (bolus) listed in the Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China and is considered as a new drug of 4th class. According to the requirement of Regulations for New Drug Approval, its pharmacodynamics and acute and long-term toxicity tests were observed. It was shown that this preparation has a tranquilizing effect which is stronger than Baizi Yahgxin W an. LD_(50) is greater than 37.5g/kg. No toxic effect is revealed in rats after its long-term administration (9g/kg, 4.5g/kg and 3g/kg).

Purpose: To explore the therapeutic methods and effects in the treatment of acute and chronic injuries of the ankle joint by Chinese massage therapy in combination with external application of Chinese herbal drugs and functional exercises. Methods: Totally, 36 cases of the patients with acute soft tissue injury, chronic soft tissue injury and post-fracture sequelae of the ankle joint were treated by Chinese massage therapy, external application or external wash of Chinese herbal drugs, and exercises of dorsal flexion and extension of the ankle joint, to observe the restoration of the ankle functions.Results: In 36 cases of the patients, the results showed remarkable effect in 18 cases, effect in 16 cases, failure in 2 cases and the effective rate in 94.4%. Conclusion: The combined use of Chinese massage therapy, external application of Chinese herbal drugs and functional exercises can produce precise effect in the treatment of soft tissue injury of the ankle joint.

Objective To studytherolesof hypoxia-inducible factor-lalpha( HIF-1α )and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in the pathogenesis of hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension ( HPH) in neonatal rats.Methods Wistar neonatal rats were assigned into HPH group and the control group using random number table method. Neonatal rats in HPH group were exposed to hypoxia according to HPH model. On day 3 , 7 ,14 and 210f hypoxia,the mean pulmonary artery pressure ( mPAP) , the level of mRNA and protein expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in lung tissue were examined using RT-PCR and Western blot methods respectively. The correlation of HIF-1,VEGF and mPAP were also analyzed. Results The mPAP ( mmHg)in HPH group on day 3 ,7 ,14 and 210f hypoxia were all higher than the control up[8.5±1.5)vs.5.2±1.0),(12.1±2.1)vs.9.6±0.8),(12.9±2.0)vs.(9.1±0.8),(21.0±2. 3) vs. (11. 2 + 1. 6) ,P < 0. 05]. 0n day 3, 7 and 140f hypoxia,the mRNA of HIF-1α in lung tissue of HPH group were significantly higher than the control group ( P <0. 05 ) . On day 70f hypoxia, the HIF-1αprotein in lung tissue of HPH group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0. 05 ) . On day 7 ,14 and 210f hypoxia,the mRNA and protein of VEGF in lung tissue of HPH group were also significantly higher than the control group( P <0. 05 ). Correlation analysis showed that HIF-1α protein were positively correlated with mPAP on day 3 ,7 . 14 and 210f hypoxia in HPH group ( r = 0. 504 .P = 0. 002) , and VEGF protein were positively correlated with mPAP in HPH group on day 7 , 14 and 210f hypoxia( r = 0. 782, P < 0. 001) .Conclusion Both HIF-1α and VEGF play roles in the occurrence and development of HPH in neonatal rats.

Objective To study the incidence and risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in a single tertiary center during different times(Phase 1:2009 to 2011;Phase 2:2012 to 2014). Methods From 2009 to 2014, fundus examinations were performed on premature infants admitted to NICU of our hospital. The incidence and risk factors of ROP were compared between the two phases. Results During Phase 1,68 (11. 1% ) cases were diagnosed with ROP among 614 premature infants. During Phase 2, 121 (15. 2% ) cases were diagnosed with ROP among 794 premature infants. The incidences of ROP between the two phases were significantly different (P <0. 05). During Phase 1 and 2, 10 (14. 7% ) infants and 12 (9. 9% ) infants were diagnosed with Grade 3 and above or threshold ROP, respectively. The incidence of Grade 3 and above or threshold ROP between the two phases were also significantly different (P < 0. 05). Logistic analysis demonstrated that gestational age(GA), birth weight (BW), duration of oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation(MV) were independent risk factors during hase 1, whereas GA, MV and blood transfusion were independent risk factors during Phase 2. Pulmonary surfactant (PS) was protective factor of ROP in both two groups. GA in Phase 2 was significant lower than Phase 1 (P <0. 05), while duration of oxygen therapy, incidence of MV, PS and blood transfusion were higher in Phase 2 ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusions The incidence of ROP has increased. Reducing the incidence of preterm delivery, duration of oxygen therapy, incidence of MV and blood transfusion has important role in preventing ROP. Reducing the use of MV and the oxygen concentrations, appropriate PS therapy and focusing on early ophthalmic screening are important preventing severe ROP.

Objective To identify factors that might affect establishing pregnancy following conservative treatment by medroxyprogesterone acetate ( MPA)for well -differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma ( EC) or a-typical endometrial hyperplasia(AEH).Methods A retrospective study of 65 patients with EC/AEH were divid-ed into a pregnancy group ( n=34 ) and a non -pregnancy group ( n=31 ) .The influent factors on establishing pregnancy were detected by statistical analysis .Results There was no significant difference in clinical character-istics between pregnancy group and non -pregnancy group .There were significantly different between pregnancy group and non-pregnancy in the duration of MPA administration ,the time to disappearance of lesions ,the age of pregnancy permission ,the number of D&C procedures performed ,and endometrial thickness during ovulation ( P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that the recurrence (OR=2.323,P=0.015),endo-metrial thickness during ovulation (OR=0.283,P <0.001),and age of pregnancy permission (OR=2.524,P=0.039) were significant factors affecting pregnancy outcomes .Conclusion Recurrence, endometrial thickness during ovulation ,and the age of the pregnancy permission were considered to affect pregnant establishment follow -ing conservative treatment with MPA .Assisted reproductive technology immediately after achieving tumor disap-pearance by MPA would therefore be beneficial for patients with disease recurrence ,thin endometrium ,or a higher age of pregnancy permission .

Objective:To investigate the root and canal morphology of mandibular first permanent molars in adolescents by cone-beam computered tomography (CBCT).Methods:366 mandibular first permanent molars in 1 83 adolescents aged 1 2 -1 6 years were examined by CBCT from July,201 2 to December,201 3.The age,sex,the number of roots and canals and canal morphology were re-corded.The data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 1 9.0.Results:365 mandibular first permanent molars showed single mesial root except one with C-shaped root;282(77.05%)teeth had one distal root,83(22.68%)had two.356(97.27%)teeth had two mesial canals and 9(2.46%)had one.229(62.57%)teeth had one distal root with one canal,53(1 4.48%)had one distal root with two canals.83(22.68%)had two distal roots with one canal in each root,one (0.27%)had C-shaped root with three canals. There were no significant differences between males and females and between the two sides on the number of roots and number of ca-nals.Conclusion:Majority of mandibular first molars have two roots,the root change occurs in distal root.The prevalence of three-rooted mandibular first molars has no significant difference between genders and 2 sides.

JMJD5 belongs to the protein family of JMJD and is closely related to tumorigenesis. JMJD5 plays a carcinogenic role in some tumors, such as oral cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer and atypical meningiomas, JMJD5 promotes the proliferation, migration and invasion of cancer cells. However, JMJD5 not only plays a carcinogenic role in some tumors, but also plays an anticancer role. For example, in bladder cancer, JMJD5 inhibits the metastasis of bladder cancer; in liver cancer, on the one hand JMJD5 promotes the replication of hepatitis B virus (HBV), and on the other hand it inhibits the growth of cancer cells; in lung cancer, on the one hand JNJD5 promotes the proliferation of cancer cells, and on the other hand it inhibits the metastasis of cancer cells by promoting the stabilization of microtubules. This article will focus on the mechanisms of JMJD5 in tumors, in order to provide a new target for tumor prevention and treatment.
