Objective To explore the anti-inflammation, pain-relieving and bleeding-stopping effects of Veronicastrum sibiricum and its potential to be a medicinal resource of Radix clematidis.Methods Total of 120 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, including the Veronicastrum sibiricum water extract (1.5, 1.0, 0.5 g·mL-1) groups, Radix clematidis water extract (1.0 g·mL-1) group, the 0.9% sodium chloride solution group and 2% aspirin solution group.The mouse hot-plate test and writhing test were carried out to evaluate the analgesic effect.The anti-inflammation effect was observed by the xylene-attracted swelling of the mouse's ears.The bleeding time of the breaking mouse's tails was used for studying hemostatic effect.Results The Veronicastrum sibiricum could significantly increase the pain threshold of mice in hot plate.At the same dosage, the Veronicastrum sibiricum reducing the writhing times of mice was similar to Radix clematidis.Auricle swelling inhibition rate was 5.72% higher than Radix clematidis (P<0.05);The mouse tail bleeding time was 7.6% shorter than Radix clematidis (P<0.05).Conclusion The Veronicastrum sibiricum shows similar analgesic effect to Radix clematidis,and more strong hemostatic and anti-inflammation effects than Radix clematidis.

Objective To evaluate the effect of labor analgesia on the development of postpartum depression.Methods Seventy nulliparous parturients who were at full term with a singleton fetus in vertex presentation,aged 20-35 yr,with body mass index＜27 kg/m2,at 38-41 weeks of gestation,of ASA physical status Ⅰ,were enrolled and divided into 2 groups (n =35 each) using a random number table:vaginal delivery group (group VD) and labor analgesia group (group LA).In LA group,the epidural catheter was placed at L2,3 interspace for combined spinal-epidural analgesia when their cervical dilations were in 2-3 cm.VAS score was maintained below 3 after the analgesia.Parturients completed Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale questionnaires 42 days after the labor.The development of depression was recorded.Results The incidence of postnatal depression was significantly lower in LA group (17％) than in VD group (40％).Conclusion Labor analgesia can decrease the development of postpartum depression.

Objective To explore the method and efficiency of percutaneous transluminal septal tunnet myocardial ablation(PTSTMA) in treatment of 26 cases hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) who were not suitable for conventional technology.Methods Firstly,we used a monorail Balloon which was slightly bigger than the interventricular septal branch of coronary artery and dilated it until posterior septal.After that,an OTW Balloon with larger size than the monorail was used to dilate again until made aventricular septum tunnel.Then,some alcohol was injected and PTSTMA was performed.Finally,we did the other and/or another interventricular septal branch by above method until the left ventricular outflow tract pressure gradient (LVOTPG) reduced ≥50％.The clinical indexes of the 26 cases HOCM immediately pest-operation of PTSTMA were observed and the follow up data during short term and metaphase were analyzed.Results The LVOTPG reduced ≥50％ in the26 cases HOCM,immediately after PTSTMA,the LVOTPG reduced from (75.6 ±22.4)mm Hg to (21.4 ± 5.8) mm Hg (t =11.94,P ＜ 0.01).At three months after ablation,the thickness of septal myocardium reduced from (22.8 ± 5.8) ram before ablation to (16.8 ± 4.2) mm(t =4.27,P ＜ 0.01),left atrium dimension reduced from(48.0 ±7.0) mm to (42.0 ±8.6) mm (t =2.76,P ＜0.01).Followed up 6.0to 60.0 months,the patients suffering from chest pain reduced from 14 cases before to 4 cases after the procedure(53.8％ (14/26) vs 15.4％ (4/26),x2 =8.49,P ＜ 0.01),the patients with expiratory dyspnea reduced from 26 cases to 5 cases(100％ (26/26) vs 19.2％ (5/26),x2 =35.22,P ＜ 0.01),NYHA functional class improved from (2.4 ± 0.6) to (1.4 ± 0.7) (t =5.53,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The PTSTMA was a supplemental method of PTSMA on treating HOCM,which was safe and useful during the short term and metaphase.

Objective To explore the establishment of the coherent health service system for patients undergoing surgery in this region to optimize health care resources.Methods Using the Quantitative-qualitative research to investigate the conditions and needs of the regional network of health service between the third-grade class-A hospital and its collaborative hospitals,and it is about two-way referral,the follow ups after discharge,remote consultation,the conditions and needs of the remote training and the knowledge to the obstacles of carrying out the regional network service.Results The doctors and nurses in the research said,it was difficult to achieve the up referral in two-way referral,and there was financing obstacles for remote consultation and training,furthermore,the effects of the remote training was uncertain.Conclusions The regional network of health service between the third-grade class-A hospital and its collaborative hospitals is still weak,and we need to intensify the development of the regional network service.

Objective To establish the system of inducement, subculture, and plantlets regeneration of callus from Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods Compared with the effect of different explants, basic media, and plant growth regulator on the inducement, subculture of callus, and the differentiation of buds. Results MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2—2 mg/L was propitious to the inducement of callus and the ratio of induced callus, for both the leafstalk and lamina, was 100%, but quantity of induced callus was more of The ratio of buds differentiation was 55.6% on the medium of MS+6-BA 2 mg/L, and it could grown into buds directly. B5+6-BA 1 mg/L+2, 4-D 1 mg/L was the better subculture medium of callus. ConclusionSo for the callus inducement, the better explant and medium are leafstalk and MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2—2 mg/L, respectively; For the buds differentiation, the better explant and medium are lamina and MS+6-BA 2 mg/L, respectively; For the subculture of callus, B5+6-BA 1 mg/L+2, 4-D 1 mg/L is better.

Objective To investigate the effects of Zhoufei Pingchuan Capsules on the balance of peripheral blood helper T lymphocyte 17 cell/regulatory T lymphocyte cell(Th17/Treg)and related inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome.Methods Totally 40 COPD patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.Another 20 cases were in the healthy group.The control group was given tiotropium bromide powder inhalation,18 μg/time,1 time/d,inhalation;on the basis of the control group,the study group was given Zhoufei Pingchuan Capsules,3 pills/time,3 times/d,orally.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.The healthy group was not given any intervention.Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),maximum mid-expiratory flow(MMEF),carbon monoxide diffusing capacity/alveolar ventilation(DLCO/VA),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),COPD assessment test(CAT)score,Th17/Treg ratio,cytokines interleukin(IL)-17,IL-22,IL-10,and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the lung function indexes(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,MMEF,DLCO/VA),blood gas indexes(PaO2,PaCO2)and CAT score in the study group after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean values of MMEF,DLCO/VA,PaCO2 and CAT score in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of Th17,IL-17 and IL-22 in the study group were significantly lower,and the levels of Treg,IL-10 and TGF-β1 were significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in Th17,Treg,IL-17,IL-22,IL-10 and TGF-β1 among the three groups(P<0.01).Further pairwise comparison showed that Th17 ranked in the order of high and low was control group>study group>healthy group,Treg in the order of high and low was healthy group>study group>control group,the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in the order of high and low were control group>study group>healthy group,and the levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the order of high and low were healthy group>study group>control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhoufei Pingchuan Capsules can improve the lung function,arterial blood gas and symptom score of patients with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome in stable stage of COPD.Its mechanism may be related to regulating the balance of Th17/Treg,down-regulating the levels of Th17,IL-17 and IL-22,and up-regulating the levels of Treg,IL-10 and TGF-β1,in order to reduce airway inflammation and regulate immune homeostasis.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a skin care ointment containing oligomeric maltose X in the adjuvant treatment of eczema-related pruritus.Methods:A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled clinical study was conducted. From March to September 2021, outpatients with mild to moderate eczema were collected from departments of dermatology of 4 hospitals, including Beijing Friendship Hospital, Hebei Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, the Third People′s Hospital of Hubei Province, and Taizhou Central Hospital in Zhejiang Province. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by using a random number table: observation group topically treated with a skin care ointment containing oligomeric maltose X, and vehicle control group topically treated with an ointment vehicle. The ointments were applied during the attacks of itching for 14 consecutive days. Visits were scheduled before, 7, and 14 days after the start of the adjuvant treatment. The efficacy was evaluated according to the eczema area and severity index (EASI) and visual analog scale (VAS) , and adverse events were recorded. The efficacy and safety analyses were conducted by using chi-square test and t test. Results:Totally, 232 patients with eczema were enrolled, including 90 males and 142 females, with the age being 40.13 ± 13.36 years; 156 patients were in the observation group, and 76 in the vehicle control group. Before the adjuvant treatment, there were no significant differences in EASI (2.07 ± 2.24 points vs. 2.29 ± 2.28 points) or VAS (6.22 ± 1.78 points vs. 6.20 ± 1.79 points) scores between the observation group and vehicle control group ( t = -0.70, 0.06, P = 0.486, 0.955, respectively) . After one-day treatment, the VAS scores significantly decreased compared with the baseline scores in the two groups ( P < 0.001, P = 0.003, respectively) . After 14-day treatment, the VAS score was significantly lower in the observation group (2.67 points) than in the vehicle control group (3.35 points; t = -2.28, P = 0.024) . After 7- and 14-day treatment, the EASI scores significantly decreased compared with the baseline scores in both the two groups (all P < 0.001) , but there were no significant differences between the two groups ( P = 0.853, 0.731) . No adjuvant treatment-related adverse events were recorded in either of the two groups. Conclusion:The skin care ointment containing oligomeric maltose X is safe and effective in the adjuvant treatment of eczema-related pruritus, and can be applied to clinical practice.

【Objective】 To explore the potential biomarkers and related enrichment pathways of dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） by bioinformatics methods. 【Methods】 The data sets related to DCM in GEO database were searched， and microarray data sets GSE42955 and GSE1869 of human cardiomyocytes were extracted. Then， the differentially expressed genes （DEGS） were analyzed using R language， and the protein-protein interaction network was analyzed to identify the core genes and core modules of differential expression. The gene ontology database （GO） enrichment and Kyoto Gene and Genome Encyclopedia （KEGG） pathway analyses were performed. The data sets related to DCM in ArrayExpress database were searched， and the human cardiomyocytes microarray data set E-TABM-480 was extracted to verify the expressions of core genes and modules. 【Results】 We identified 10 DEGS， namely， DZIP3， FBXO32， BTBD6， FBXL5， ASB8， COMMD1， LTN1， FBXO21， RCHY1 and ARIH2， and the core DEG was DZIP3. After GO and KEGG analyses， the GO and KEGG of the above DEGS were mainly related to the ubiquitin-proteasome system. 【Conclusion】 Bioinformatics analysis shows that the ubiquitin-proteasome system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of DCM， and the mechanism remains to be further studied.

Objective To understand the distribution of novel coronaviruses in the external environment of confirmed COVID-19 cases. Methods Environmental surface swab specimens such as bed rails, doorknob, closestool, hand washing sink, table, locker,ward pager, mobile phone, cup, clothes, were collected from the sentinel hospital of COVID-19, and samples were collected for the nucleic acid detection by RT-PCR. Results A total of 150 environmental samples were collected from 30 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 6 samples were determined to be novel coronaviruses postive (positive rate 4.00%). The total 14 mobile phone showed 3 novel coronaviruses positive.Among the 30 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 6 cases (positive rate 20.00%)were found novel coronaviruses in the external environment. Conclusions Novel coronaviruses exists in external environment of confirmed COVID-19 cases, which indicates the potential risk of COVID-19 infection.

Objective To explore growth pattern of neo-aortic root as well as development of neo-aortic regurgitation after arterial switch operation (ASO) for Taussig-Bing anomaly. Methods From 2002 to 2017, the patients who received ASO, and were discharged alive from Shanghai Children’s Medical Center and followed up for more than 3 years were retrospectively involved in this study. Results A total of 127 patients were enrolled. There were 98 (77.2%) males, the median age at ASO was 73.0 d and the average weight was 4.7 kg. Forty-five (35.4%) children were complicated with mild or mild-to-moderate pulmonary insufficiency (PI) before ASO. The average follow-up time was 7.0 years. During the follow-up, 14 (11.0%) children presented moderate or greater neo-aortic regurgitation (neo-AR). The diameter of neo-aortic annulus and sinus of Valsalva was beyond normal range during the entire follow-up. The average diameter of neo-aortic annulus was 18.0 mm at 5 years and 20.5 mm at 10 years. The average diameter of sinus of Valsalva was 25.9 mm at 5 years and 31.1 mm at 10 years. Neo-AR continued to develop over time. The diameter of children who developed moderate or greater neo-AR was constantly larger than that of children who did not (χ2=18.3, P<0.001). Preoperative mild or mild-to-moderate PI was an independent risk factor for the development of moderate or greater neo-AR during mid-to-long term follow-up (c-HR=3.46, P=0.03). Conclusion The diameters of neo-aortic annulus and sinus of Valsalva of Taussig-Bing children who receive ASO repair continue to expand without normalization. The dilation of annulus correlates with the development of neo-AR. PI before ASO repair increases the risk of neo-AR development.
