Objective To study how to fulfill the repair security works of servicing and maintenance of medical equipment when medical corps execute the mission of peacekeeping successfully. Methods The maintenance and support work of medical equipment are fulfilled from several aspects, including the strict selection of maintenance personnel, learning and preparation of equipment and spare parts before going abroad, the completion of peacekeeping mission and the principle of equipment management and how to purchase medical equipment, etc. Results The operation of equipment is ensured under normal condition and the COE verification is passed through successfully. Conclusion The security system of medical equipment management and maintenance in peacekeeping and field operation is groped.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of Stronger Neo-Mioniphagen C(SNMC)on liver function of the patients with hepatocarcinoma associated with cirrhosis.METHODS:55patients with hepatocarcinoma associated with cirrhosis were allocated to2groups randomly,group A:before operation SNMC(1ml/kg)was dripped intravenously to the patients,group B:before surgery NS(1ml/kg)was administered.On the1st、3rd、6th postoperative day,the index of liver function of the perive?nous blood were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:On the1st、3rd postoperative day,all the value of liver function in both group is higher than the basic,and the value in group A is lower than that in group B(P

Objective To investigate and compare the clinical feature and natural course of polycythemia vera(PV)between Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Methods Clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory tests and prognosis of 37(20 Han,13 Uygur,4 other nationalities)patients with PV were analyzed.Results There were 22 males and 15 female.The mean age of all patients was 59.41±11.31(31-85)years old.The mean hemoglobulin level was(191.11±21.41)g/L.Erythremia combined with leukocytosis or thromboeytosis were observed in 23(62.2%)or 19(51.4%)patients respectively.Splenomegaly was found in 27(73.0%)patients and hepatomegaly in 9(24.3%).Serum LDH was elevated in 28(75.7%)patients.Twenty two patients(59.5%)had vascular thrombotic events.Two patients developed MF.N0 secondary neoplasm was identified.Two patients died of thrombosis.Over 60 years old,leukocytosis and thrombocytosis were the high risk factors associated with thrombosis.No significant differences of clinical manifestations and thrombotic events have been found between Uygur and Han patients in Xinjiang.Conclusion Over 60 years old,leukocytosis and thromboeytosis were probably the high risk factors of thrombosis in PV patients.There was no significant differenee in clinical feature and natural course of PV between Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

After a description of the basic contents of Sichuan grass-root health information, health information systems at county level or below, and their roles and features, the key points of Sichuan grass-root health informa-tion construction program, progress and problems in Sichuan grass-root health information construction were stressed in discussion , with certain measures put forward for the solution of such problems .

Objective To explore the expression of c-met mRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinomas(NPC) and its relation with clinical biological behavior. Methods In situ hybridisation was used to detect mRNA expression of c-met in 15 cases NP and 55cases NPC. Results The positive rate of c-met mRNA in NP and NPC cells were were 13.3 %(2/15) and 61.8 %(34/55) respectively. The expression of c-met mRNA was significantly correlated with lymphnode metastasis, local invasion(basilar destroying) (P 0.05). Conclusions The abnormality expression of c-met gene expression was well correlated with the biological behavior of metastasis and invasion. The expression of c-met mRNA could serve as an important index to estimate the prognosis of NPC. c-met may be a new diagnostic/therapeutic targert of NPC.

Objective To provide the evidence for health management decision-making and rational use of drugs grass root clinics by studying their drug prescription rules.Methods The prescribed drugs in clinics of 5 township health centers from September 2012 to September 2014 were retrieved from The Management Information System of Sichuan Grass Root Medical Institutions.Their big data were analyzed using R language.Results The commonly pre-scribed drugs in clinics were vitamin B6, vitamin C and cefixime tablets, which were usually used in combination. Conclusion Health administrative organizations can strengthen their supervision and management of prescribed drugs and promote their rational use in grass root clinics using unified management information system of grass root medical institutions in combination with information technology .

The medical and health organization management information system at grass-root level and platform at county level for data exchange in Sichuan Province were designed and constructed according to the health information exchange service network in Sichuan Province and standard medical CDA file, in order to implement data exchange on the medical and health organization management information system at grass-root level and platform at county level, to insure the basic medical and health service for the public, and to improve their health level.

Objective To explore the outcome of body-weight-supported treadmill training on the kinetic data of lower limb in early stage of stroke.Methods Twenty-seven hemiplegic stroke patients at early stage were recruited and randomized to an experimental group(n =15) and a control group (n =12).Both groups were administered with routine neurological interventions.In addition,the control group was treated with conventional physiotherapy and over-ground walking training,while the experimental group was treated with body-weight-supported treadmill training.The speed of the treadmill walking was started at 0.22 m/s and increased to 0.60 ～ 0.80 m/s gradually.The percentage of the body-weight being supported was not more than 30％,the training time was 5 min per session at the beginning and was increased gradually to 20 ～ 40 min.Kinetic parameters were measured by using two force plates (AMT) and six cameras capture svstem (Vicon Nexus),and motor function was evaluated using Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) at baseline and after three-week's therapy.Peak moment of lower limb joints,ground reaction force and motor function were analyzed.Results FMA scores were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05) in both groups after treatment,but there was no significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) between the two group.Ground reaction force was significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05) after treatment in the experiment group,but not in control group (P ＞ 0.05).It showed that the hip extension moment at the affected side was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05) in experiment group than in the control group,the ankle joint flexion and extension moment peak were improved to a significantly larger extend in the experimental group (P ＜ 0.05) than in the control group.In addition,the peak flexion and extension moment of the hip-knee joint and peak flexion and extension moment of the knee-ankle joint were also significantly different from those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Body-weight-supported treadmill training can facilitate motor recovery of paretic extremity by increasing ground reaction force and load support of the affected lower limb,and help normalize the abnormal gait pattern of lower extremity of stroke patients.

The Offsite Medical Accounting Information Supervising System was developed for patients of Sichuan new rural cooperative medical scheme (NRCMS) using the C#programming language under .NET development environ-ment based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in order to solve the problems in offsite medical accounting information statistics and supervision for patients of NRCMS.The system is a B/S-based MVP 3-tier structure with VPN hard-ware firewall and VPN client software plus certificate built-in, and can thus be used to supervise the offsite medical accounting for patients of NRCMS, analyze their medical advice seeking indexes at other places, and provide data for the NRCMS fund management .

After a description of the background and ideas to introduce the third party testing in information system construction of Sichuan grass-root medical and health institutions and the specific working contents of third party testing team, the problems to which importance should be attached in information system construction were analyzed with suggestions put forward for their solution .
