Objective To study the influence of biofeedback combined electrical stimulation therapy in parturients occurred breast pain under the cooperation between doctors and nurses. Methods Method of randomized controlled study was adopted. 112 puerperants were randomized chosen to experimental group (56 cases) and control group (56 cases). Diagnosed by doctors and confirmed that was normal. One group received biofeedback combined electrical stimulation therapy, the other group received regular therapy. Results There were great differences in breast hardness and milk volume ,when 3 days after the intervention, Z=5.91, P<0.01 (the cases of one degree of swelling in the two groups was 19 and 1 respectively). There were great differences in breast swelling and the hardness and milk volume, when 7 days after therapy and postpartum 42 days. The score of cooperation between doctors and nurses were (98.66±2.96) points, the satisfaction to this therapy was 94%(47/50). Conclusions Biofeedback combined electrical stimulation therapy can reduce breast pain and hardness in puerperants, it has great difference in breastfeeding status under the cooperation between doctors and nurses.

Objective To study epidemiological characteristics of thelazjasis, in Zunyi and surrounding areas, morphology and 18S rRNA gene sequence of Thelazia callipaeda. Methods The Thelazia callipaeda was collected from several hospitals, including affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College and Zunyi Aerospace Hospital, in Zunyi region since 2011 to 2015. Clinical data of infected human thelaziasis, including the patients' gender, age, residence and pets such as cats or dogs, were analyzed to find out the factors influencing the incidence. Morphology characteristics of female and male Thelazia callipaeda were observed under microscope. 18S rRNA gene of Zunyi Thelazia callipaeda was amplified by PCR, and the evolutional relationship was analyzed through the software MEGA 7.01 based on neighbour-joining (NJ) method. Homology was campared with 18S rRNA gene from GenBank in National Center of Biotechnology. Results Totally 25 cases had been reported during the study, of which 22 cases had more details. Based on the cases, we found the thelaziasis was increasing year by year. For instance, 2 cases (9.1%) were reported in 2011, 1 case (4.5%) in 2012, 3 cases in 2013 (13.6%), 10 cases (45.5%) in 2014 and 6 cases (27.3%) in 2015 . During the five years , totally 15 cases were treated between August and November, when the human thelaziasis was in typical epidemic peaks. We analyzed characteristics of the total cases reported to date. Most of the cases occurred in rural areas (20 cases). Majority of patients lived in rural region. And most cases were between 30 to 60 years old, indicating no age limit, especially, there were two cases who were at the ages of 8.5 months and 77 years old, respectively. Moreover, more women suffered from the disease than that in men, of which, the case number was 16 in women and 6 in men, and there were 7 cases who had cats or dogs at home. Under light microscope, the edge of Thelazia callipaeda had serrated cuticle with transverse striations. And male worm had a sharp peak at the tail end of Thelazia callipaeda, which cured to the ventrite and had two copulatory spicules, long one and short one, respectively. While female worm had a blunt tail, containing numerous eggs and rounded first-stage larvaes in a single line in the distal area of the uterus, near the vulva. Sequences of Thelazia callipaeda 18S rRNA gene from Zunyi and Oita Japan (AB538282.1) were showed homology of 100%, and they were clustered in a same branch of Phylogenetic tree. Conclusions Human thelaziasis cases in Zunyi region are increasing each year, and most of the cases have occurred in rural areas. 18S rRNA gene has a high homology with sequence AB538282.1 in Thelazia callipaeda. Combining clinical data, analysis of epidemiological characteristics and the characteristics of 18S rRNA should be good for specie identification and epidemiological analysis.

Objective To study the cyfluthrin resistance and potential mechanisms of Anopheles sinensis in Nanchang Chang-bei International Airport,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province. Methods The resistance levels of the local An. sinensis were de-tected by WHO drug resistance bioassay. During the bioassay,the dying mosquitos were classed as sensitive mosquitos,and the survival ones were classed as resistant mosquitos. The P450 monooxygenase activity and glutathione S-transferase activity were detected and compared between the two groups. At the same time,the death time of each sensitive mosquito was recorded,and the correlations between the death time and the P450 monooxygenase activity and glutathione S-transferase activity were ana-lyzed,respectively. Results The bioassay mortality of the local An. sinensis was 59.5%. The differences of the P450 monooxy-genase activities among the resistant mosquitos,sensitive mosquitos and laboratory sensitive mosquitos had statistical signifi-cances(F=151.89,P<0.01),the resistant mosquitos>sensitive mosquitos>laboratory sensitive mosquitos. The differences of glutathione s-transferase activities among the three groups had no statistical significance(F=0.72,P=0.49). There existed positive correlation between the mosquito death time and the P450 monooxygenase activity,and the regression equation was y=79.479+1.512x with the correlation coefficient of 0.88,while there was no correlation between the mosquito death time and the glutathione S-transferaseactivity. Conclusion The An. sinensis in Nanchang Changbei International Airport has been resistant to cyfluthrin,and the promotion of P450 monooxygenase activity maybe one of the reasons for the resistance.

Objective To explore the operation opportunity of cholecystectomy for senile patients with acute cholecystitis combined with underlying disease.Methods 82 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis complicated with underlying diseases underwent cholecystectomy were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the different operation time:the early operation group and the delayed operation group,41 cases in each group.The patients in early operation group were given operation in 72h,while the delayed operation group was given operation more than 72h after attack.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative tissue adhesions,intraoperative exudation,hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization and complications of the two groups were observed and com-pared.Results The operation time of the two groups were (45.32 ±1 2.23)min,(50.89 ±1 3.34)min,there was no significant difference (P >0.05),the intraoperative tissue adhesions of the delayed operation group was more than the early operation group,and the intraoperative hemorrhage and exudation in the early operation group were significantly higher than those of the delayed operation group (P <0.05),and the hospital stay and cost of hospitalization were sig-nificantly lower than those of the delayed operation group (P <0.05).1 case in the early operation group occurred pulmonary infection,3 cases with incision infection,the incidence of complications was 9.76%;1 case in the delayed operation group underwent laparotomy operation,2 cases in the delayed operation group had pulmonary infection,inci-sion infection in 4 cases,the incidence rate of complication was 1 4.63%,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The optimal operation timing of acute cholecystitis combined with basic dis-eases in the elderly patients underwent cholecystectomy is within 72h.For patients who can not be immediately given operation due to various reasons,delayed cholecystectomy is safe and feasible.

Objective To establish a doxycycline-controlled immortalized pre-cartilaginons stem cells (IPCSCs) strains, clone parathroid hormone-related peptide[PTHrP(1-36)] gene and construct re- sponsive plasmid, pTRE-PTHrP (1-36). Methods Plasmid pTet-on was transfected into IPCSCs by using LipoinfectaminTM 2000 and then the stable clones were obtained by G418 screening. The doxycyc- line was added into the medium of monoclonal cells that were transiently transfected with plasmid pTRE- 2Hyg-Lue. The total RNA was extracted from PCSCs and the PTHrP(1-36) gene obtained by RT-PCR method. Then, the PTHrP (1-36) gene was subcloned to plasmids of Tet-responsive element with the se- lection marker of hygromycin pTRE-2Hyg to construct recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pTRE- PTHrP(1-36). After transferred into E. coli-DH5α, the clone was amplified, the recombinant plasm0ids were purified and identified by double-enzyme digestion. Results The doxycycline induced IPCSCs line was obtained, with 50 times higher than the non-induced cell line. Double enzyme digestion analysis and sequencing showed that the target gene was cloned into recombinant plasmid. Conclusions The induced IPCSCs line can be used to highly express alien genes. The responsive plasmid containing PTHrP (1-36) gene may be premising for rigorous control of PTHrp (1-36) gene expression.

Objective To investigate the emotional state and its influencing factors in children with nocturnal enuresis,so as to improve clinical attention and give appropriate intervention.Methods Totally 166 nocturnal enuresis patients aged 9 -15 years old were admitted to Beijing Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from August 2011 to August 2014.Specifically,Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED)and Depres-sive Self -Rating Scale for Childhood (DSRSC)were utilized to test the patients′emotional state.The comparison be-tween the general norm data of the healthy children and the psychological test of enuresis children were performed,the lat-ter emotional state and its influence factors were evaluated.Analysis of variance and t -test were performed.Frequency comparison was done by using χ2 test.Influence factors analysis was made by Logistic or multiple regression analysis. Results The incidence of children′s anxiety with enuresis was 39.2%(65 /166 cases).Anxiety overall scores of children with enuresis amounted to 21 .16 ±11 .88 which were significantly higher than the norm(14.40 ±9.41 )(P <0.05).The diagnosis rate of depression in the NE patients was 9.0%.No significant difference was found in the depression total scores(P >0.05).The emotional disorders mainly appeared in patients with primary enuresis,without family history,poor grade and poor relationships with family members and peers.The school performance was an important factor for enuresis patients with anxiety disorders(P <0.05).Conclusions Children with nocturnal enuresis are more likely to have anxiety disorders than normal children.Their emotional states is related to the enuresis type,family history,school performance, family and peer relationship.Therefore,attention should be paid to the emotional state of children with nocturnal enuresis. According to the adverse factors for nocturnal enuresis patients,effective treatment and appropriate psychological interven-tion should be given at the same time.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of nicotine exposure and ethanol-preferring behavior on mRNA expression of some nAChR subunits in the rat ventral tegmental area(VTA) and to explore possible mechanisms of dependence on tobacco and alcohol.Methods39 male Wistar rats,35-day-old,were randomly divided into an experimental group (group N,n=20) and a control group (group C,n=19).Rats in group N were treated with nicotine ( 1.0 mg · kg -1 · d -1 ) by subcutaneous injection while in group C with saline both for 10 days,after which 6 rats (respectively group NE,n =6,group CE,n =6 )were drawn randomly from each group and killed by cutting off the head.mRNA was extracted from the VTA tissue,and the expression of nAChR subunits,including α4,α5,α7 and β2,were examined by Real Time-PCR.Other rats both in groups N and C ( respectively group NA,n=14,group CA,n=13) were induced for 69 days to establish two-bottle free choice alcohol-preferring behavior model by Samson sucrose fading program from 60-day-old on.The same indexes mentioned above were detected by the same methods in the VTA tissue.Results① The factor analysis showed that both the two factors,nicotine and alcohol-preferring behavior,showed regulating effects on the expression of nAChR subunits α4 and α5 ( respectively F was 6.13,5.407,5.186,7.132,P ＜ 0.05 ),and the factor,alcohol-preferring behavior,on subunit β2 (F =5.896,P＜0.05) ; the two factors exhibited strong interaction on the expression of subunit α7 (F=13.894,P＜0.001 ),and some interaction on subunits α5 and β2 (respectively F was 6.149,4.222,P＜0.05 ).② The mRNA expression of nAChR subunits α4,α5,α7,and β2 were significantly up-regulated by different degrees in group NA compared to group CA ( respectively Fwas 7.941,13.517,17.438,9.272,respectively P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.01 ),the expression level of subunits α4,α5,α7 and β2 were significantly higher in different degrees in group NA than in group NE( respectively F was 5.293,8.500,6.149,4.837,P ＜0.05) ; while subunit α7 was significantly down-regulated in group CA compared to group CE (F =12.750,P ＜0.01 ).ConclusionNicotine and ethanol co-affect on the nAChR subtype comprised of subunits α4,α5,α7 and β2.

ObjectiveTo determine the distribution of vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene Apa Ⅰ and Bsm Ⅰ polymorphism in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and the association with SLE in Chinese Han patients.MethodsGenomic DNA from 244 Chinese SLE patients and 162 sex and ethnically matched controls were typed for VDR Apa Ⅰand Bsm Ⅰpolymorphism combination by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Clinical characteristics were analyzed between different Apa ] and Bsm Ⅰ genotypes.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the distribution frequencies of allelic gene A and a in SLE patients and the controls,but the distribution frequency of genotypes heterozygote Aa in SLE patients was higher than that in the controls ( 38.9％ vs 22.2％,x2 =12.442,P =0.000).There was no significant difference between the distribution frequency of allelic gene and genotypes of Bsm Ⅰin SLE patients and the controls ( P ＞ 0.05 ).However,there was significant difference between the distribution frequencies of Apa Ⅰ and Bsm Ⅰ genotypes combination in SLE patients and the controls (x2 =18.226,P =0.006).The distribution frequency of genotypes Aa-bb in SLE patients was higher than that in the controls ( 32.4％ vs 17.9％,x2 =10.449 P =0.001 ),while the distribution frequency of genotypes Aa-bb in SLE patients was lower than that in the controls (30.3％ vs 42.0％,x2 =5.808,P =0.016). Furthermore,analyzing the effect of VDR Apa Ⅰand Bsm Ⅰ polymorphism combination to the symptoms of SLE,significant difference was observed in SLE patients carrying Aa-bb genotypes involved in serositis ( P =0.003 ),hematological system disorder ( P =0.021 ),and anti-Sm antibodies ( P =0.01 ) compared with other genotypes.ConclusionThere is significant association between Apa Ⅰ and Bsm Ⅰ gene polymorphism Aa-bb genotypes and the incidence of SLE in the Han population of China,and genotype Aa-bb is more involved in serositis,hematological system disorder and has a positive effect on production of antibodies.

Objective To investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of FOXP3 gene and the susceptibility of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Two SNPs rs2280883 and rs3761549 of FOXP3 gene in 392 HCC patients and 372 healthy controls were analyzed by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/ Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF).Results At rs3761549,C allele frequency was significantly higher ( OR =1.32,95％ CI 1.03 -1.70,P =0.027) in HCC patients than healthy controls.Compared with healthy controls,HCC patients had higher frequencies of TT genotype (79.6％ ) at rs2280883 or CC genotype (77.6％) at rs3761549 of FOXP3 gene.Patients carrying rs2280883 TT genotype ( OR =1.53,95％ CI 1.10 - 2.14,P ＜ 0.00001 ) or rs3761549 CC genotype ( OR =1.92,95％ CI 1.39 - 2.64,P ＜ 0.00001 ) were more susceptible to HCC.Stratified analysis showed that rs3761549 CC genotype was significantly associated with higher incidence of portal vein tumor thrombus ( x2 =5.578,P =0.018 ),and rs3761549 TT/CT genotype was significantly associated with higher rate of tumor recurrence in HCC patients (x2 =6.561,P =0.010).Conclusions FOXP3 gene polymorphisms at rs2280883 and rs3761549 might be associated with increased susceptibility to HCC. rs3761549,CC genotype and TT/CT genotype were respectively associated with higher incidence of portal vein tumor thrombus and tumor recurrence in HCC patients.

Abstract Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is one of the main psychotherapeutic methods used to treat anxiety disorders in children and adolescents. Art therapy, based on psychotherapy theory and methods, is rising in popularity abroad. At present, foreign scholars have started to apply cognitive behavioral art therapy (CBAT) for patients with anxiety disorders. Based on the current findings, children and adolescents with developing cognitive functions may also benefit from this therapy. This article summarizes the application status of CBAT in the treatment of anxiety disorder in patients at home and abroad, and innovatively explores its therapeutic potential for anxiety disorders in children and adolescents in China, thus providing a novel perspective that can address the shortcomings of CBT.
