Objective: To compare the different therapeutic effects of acupuncture and Phenolphthalein for constipation due to intestinal qi stagnation. Methods:A total of 50 patients with constipation due to intestinal qi stagnation were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a medication group by the random digital table, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the acupuncture group were treated by puncturing Gongsun (SP 4), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Taichong (LR 3), Zusanli (ST 36), Shangjuxu (ST 37), Hegu (LI 4), Lieque (LU 7), and Tianshu (ST 25), once every day, and 7 d as one course, for continuous 3 courses; while the patients in the medication group were given Phenolphthalein, 7 d as one course, for continuous 3 courses. Compared the Cleveland clinic constipation score (CCS) between the two groups after one course, 3 courses and 3 months after the treatment, as well as the frequency of defecation within one week. Results:After one week of treatment, CCS scores and frequency of defecation per week were significantly changed in both groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and CCS scores and frequency of defecation per week were improved more significantly in the patients of the medication group than in those of the acupuncture group (P<0.01). After 3 weeks of treatment, CCS scores and frequency of defecation per week were significantly changed in both groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and CCS scores and frequency of defecation per week were improved more significant in the patients of the acupuncture group than in those of the medication group (P<0.05). Three months after the end of treatment, CCS scores and frequency of defecation per week were significantly changed in both groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and CCS scores and frequency of defecation per week were improved more significantly in the patients of the acupuncture group than in those of the medication group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture and medication are effective in the treatment of constipation due to intestinal qi stagnation. Their short-term therapeutic effect is similar, but the long-term therapeutic effect is better in the acupuncture group than in the medication group.

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on psychological state and glu-cose control of patients with diabetes mellitns before and after intensive treatment of insulin pump. Methods 120 patients who were going to receive intensive treatment of insulin pump were divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 patients in each group by simple random method.The two groups both re-ceivecl routine nursing. The observation group was given psychological intervention along with health education by application of progressive dominant content education method. The psychological state and glucose control of the two groups were compared by χ2 test and t test. Results The score of health knowledge and satisfaction degree with health education in the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The score of anxiety and depression in the observation group decreased more significantly and satisfaction rate of glucose control was higher than that of the control group after 14 days of insulin pump treatment. Conclusions Health education to patients with intensive treatment of insulin pump by application of progressive dominant content education method can make patients to master health knowledge easily.Psychological intervention can alleviate the negative emotion of these patients and facilitate better effect of insulin pump treatment.

Objective To explore the causes of short P R interval syndrome.Methods 15 patients of short P R interval syndrome were tested with transesophageal atrial pacing (TEAP),and then the results and the parameters of TEAP were analyzed.Results The detection rates of dual atrioventricular nodal pathways(DAVNP),L G L syndrome and latent preexcitation syndrome were 66.67%(10/15),26.67%(4/15)and 6.67%(1/15)respectively.Conclusion The most common causes of short P R interval syndrome are DAVNP and the L G L syndrome

Objective : To systematically evaluate the incidence of suicide ideation among HIV/AIDS patients in China, so as to provide insights into prevention of suicidal behaviors among HIV/AIDS patients. Methods : All publications pertaining to suicide ideation were jointly retrieved in electronic databases from database creation to May 22, 2022, including CNKI, CMB, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed and Web of Science. The quality of literatures was evaluated using the 11 quality indicators for cross-sectional studies recommended by the United States Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), and a meta-analysis was performed using the software Stata 16.0. The stability of the study results was evaluated using sensitivity analysis, and the publication bias was evaluated using Begg's test. Results : A total of 1 557 publications were screened and 32 literatures covering 12 917 HIV/AIDS patients were included in the final analysis, including 21 Chinese publications and 11 English publications, and 19 high-quality publications and 13 moderate-quality publications. Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of suicide ideation was 30.3% (95%CI: 23.2%-37.4%) among HIV/AIDS patients in China, and subgroup analysis showed higher incidence of suicide ideation in unemployed HIV/AIDS patients than in employed patients (P<0.05). Sensitivity analysis showed stable study results, and Begg's test revealed no significant publication bias. Conclusions The incidence of suicide ideation is 23.2% to 37.4% among HIV/AIDS patients in China. High attention paid to psychological health and early psychological interventions are required to prevent the development of suicide ideation.

Objective To clear the coping process of ischemic stroke patients and their families before the onset,explain its response rules and the influence factors,and provide scientific basis for the construction of comprehensive stroke pre-hospital intervention program.Methods A semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 cases.Data were analyzed using the grounded theory.Results Ischemic stroke patients and their families at the onset process experienced recognition,reaction,alert and action stage.Conclusion Health education should be combined with the whole process of ischemic stroke patients and their families before hospital,building a comprehensive intervention program.

Objective:To investigate the effect of prison police's job burnout on their life satisfaction and the role of psychological detachment between them.Methods:Questionnaire survey was conducted among 253 prison policemen in Henan Province with the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS,including emotional exhaustion,cynicism,and reduced personal accomplishment),Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and Psychological Detachment Questionnaire (PDQ).Results:The MBI-GS total scores and the scores of its three dimensions were negatively correlated with SWLS scores (r ＝-0.41,-0.38,-0.36,-0.21,Ps ＜0.001),PDQ scores were negatively correlated with MBI-GS total scores and emotional exhaustion scores (r ＝-0.21,-0.31,Ps ＜ 0.001),but positively correlated with SWLS scores (r ＝ 0.22,P ＜ 0.001).Psychological detachment played a moderating role between job burnout and life satisfaction (β ＝ 0.58,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion:It suggests that prison police's job burnout may reduce their life satisfaction,and psychological detachment can moderate the influence of job burnout on life satisfaction.

Objective To explore the correlation between quantitative value of joint bone scan by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and serum bone metabolic markers in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Method Clinical data of 60 newly diagnosed RA patients were retrospectively collected in Department of Rheumatology and Immunology from May 2013 to December 2014,including 28 cases with medical history less than 6 months and 32 from 6 months to 2 years.Serum Cterminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collgen(CTX-Ⅰ)and N-terminal propeptide of type Ⅰ collagen(PINP) were tested by chemiluminesence.SPECT whole body bone and target joint scan before treatment was done.Thirty-nine healthy subjects as control group received ultrasound,electrocardiogram,X-ray,and whole body bone imaging examination.Quantitative values of joint imaging were calculated for the statistical analysis.Result Demographic data between RA group and control group were comparable (P ＞ 0.05),including sample,sex,age and BMI.The joint SPECT value,CTX-Ⅰ and PINP levels were all significantly higher than those of control group (P ＜ 0.01),which were 6.48 ± 1.98 versus 3.73 ± 1.t6;(0.66 ± 0.37) mg/L versus (0.58 ±0.21) mg/L;(46.35 ±28.15) mg/L versus (30.47 ± 13.75) mg/L respectively.Joint SPECT values had positive correlations with serum CTX-Ⅰ levels in all RA patients,as well as PINP in patients with disease duration 6mon-2years.And the according correlation coefficients were 0.513,0.495,0.402 (P ＜ 0.05).But SPECT value had no correlation with CTX-Ⅰ (P =0.081) in patients with disease duration less than 6 mon.The correlation coefficient was 0.336.Conclusion SPECT imaging quantitative values were positively correlated with serum bone metabolic parameters.Thus SPECT imaging alone or combined with bone markers are helpful in diagnosing active RA.

ObjectiveBoth kilovolt (KV) cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and KV radiography can determine set-up errors for patients with head-and-neck cancer.This study is to compare their performance.Methods16 patients with head and neck cancer were enrolled in this study.There were 160 sets of CBCT and corresponding orthogonal radiography images.Through registration of CBCT images with the planning CT images,and registration of radiography images with the digitally reconstructed radiographs,translational set-up errors were determined along left-right (x),super-inferior (y),and anterior-posterior (z) directions.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation of the set up errors determined by the two methods,and Bland-Altman plot analysis was used to assess the coincidence of these two methods.ResultsThe Pearson coefficient of correlation along all three directions was less than 0.01,and R2 was 0.95,0.84,0.81 on x,y,z,respectively.That means high correlation for two methods.The Bland-Altman plot analysis showed that the 95％ agreement limits of agreement were within preset 2 mm tolerance (x[ 1.3mm,- 1.2mm],y[ 1.6mm,- 1.1mm],z[0.8mm,-1.4 mm] ),which indicates an agreement exists for two methods.ConclusionsFor determination of set-up errors for patients with head and neck cancer,KV radiography is equivalent to CBCT.Considering CBCT delivers higher dose than KV radiography,but provides more soft tissue information.We suggest to use these two methods combinative in clinic.

A total of 906 subjects with no history of diabetes who had undergone coronary angiography were included in this study and categorized into four groups according to the level of fasting plasma glucose (FPG):≤5.5 mmoL/L,5.6-6.0 mmol/L,6.1-6.9 mmoL/L,and ≥ 7.0 mmol/L.Significant coronary artery disease (CAD) was defined as ≥ 50％ reduction of lumen diameter at least in one major coronary artery.The severity of coronary atherosclerosis was defined by the Gensini score.The clinical data,laboratory indexes,and coronary angiography results were compared among various groups.The risk factors for the prevalence and severity of angiographic CAD were analyzed.The results showed that the prevalence of angiographic CAD,the number of diseased vessels,and the Gensini score were increasing with increasing FPG levels among four groups (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The FPG level was significantly correlated with angiographic CAD (P =0.004) and the Gensini score (P =0.010),suggesting that FPG was an independent risk factor for the prevalence and severity of angiographic CAD.

Objective To explore the incidence features of neonatal congenital hypothy roidism in Lianyungang area.Methods The heel blood samples dried on filter paper was collected from newborns after 72 hours.Serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level was detected by Dissociation enhancement lanthanide fluoroimmuno assay(DELFIA).The cases diagnosed were analyszd for the clinicl characters and the incidence features.Result One hundred and fifty-eighet children with CH were diagnosed and the patients lived in 63 towns(streets)(66.3%).The distribution of CH was diffuse in Lianyungang.There was significant difference in incidence of CH between 2007 to June of 2008 and before 2006.Eighty-two patients were examined by thyroid gland color ultrasound,among which there were sixty-eight patients whoes thyroid glands were normal(82.9%)and fourteen patients were unusal(absent,replacement,hypogenesis)(17.1%).A couple of twins(male)and two embryoes from the same parents were screened for CH.Conclusion There are iodine lack(MUI300?g/L)individual among people.The iodine nutrition condition of pregnant women is one of important factor to influence the TSH level of newborns.Neonatal screeing is the only valid means to find patients with CH.
