1.Is allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation still the first-line therapy after the first remission in adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia?
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(9):513-517
Whether allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is the optimal treatment for adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph - ALL) after the first complete remission (CR1) or not is still a controversial issue. Many studies have recently reported that adolescents and young adults with Ph- ALL may benefit from pediatric chemotherapy. Conventional baseline risk factors cannot satisfactorily predict prognosis, conversely, the early minimal residual disease (MRD) is the best stratification tool to offer different treatments for patients with different MRD status. Novel therapies, such as CAR-T cells and blinatumomab, have shown promising results in relapsed/refractory patients. Through comprehensive application of pediatric chemotherapy protocols, MRD driven strategy and novel therapies, it is hopeful to change the paradigm of how to treat adults with Ph - ALL in the future, and to bring improved outcomes and decreased adverse events.

4.Biocompatibility of artificial lung membrane materials
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(51):10137-10140
Artificial lung, also called oxygenator, has the properties of oxygenation, heterotherm, blood store, filtration, and blood retrieval, oxygenates venous blood with low oxygen to arterial blood with high oxygen, similar to human physiological condition, and functions as an ideal artificial organ. Membrane artificial lung has been widely used in extracorporeal circulation of cardiovascular surgery, as well as rescue of respiratory failure, i.e. extracorporeal life support or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. And the intravascular oxygenator has been primarily used in clinic. In particular, membrane oxygenator is essential for patients with severe disease, poor heart function, and long-duration operation. Currently, based on membrane material modification and optimization, as well as experimental and clinical evaluations of various properties, studies of artificial lung focus on improvement of gas exchange and biocompatibility, so as to provide reliable means of rescuing patients.

6.Application of adaptive enhancement means in head and neck CR images
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2009;25(12):2294-2296
Digital CR of head and neck overcomes the disadvantage of regular X-ray radiography, which can not reveal bone and soft tissue position deficiency in one exposing, and reduces the X-ray radiation dose. Meanwhile, various factors decline the imaging quality, and images must be enhanced in order to meet demands of doctors clinical diagnosis. The general enhancement algorithms don't consider bodys structure difference and density characteristics. A new adaptive CR enhancement algorithms was proposed in this article, and head and neck images were processed with this method and compared with linear unsharp masking method. The results proved that the details of CR image enhanced were abundant and enhanced CR had good visual effect. SNR was high, as well as detail variance/background variance (DV/BV) indicating that this algorithms is suitable for head and neck CR medical image.
7.Bacterial analysis of combined periodontal-endodontic lesions using polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE)
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2012;(10):866-870
Objective To compare the bacterial community profiles present in periodontium and root canals of the same tooth diagnosed as combined periodontal-endodontic lesions by using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE).Methods Samples were collected from 13 extracted teeth with advanced periodontitis, endodontic samples from root tip 1/3 root canal, and periodontal samples from the corresponding neighboring periodontium.Genomic DNA was collected for the following universal bacterial primersPCR.The PCR products were then loaded on the DGGE gels to gain separate bands. The typical DGGE bands were excised,PCR-cloned and sequenced. Results The number of bands, which was indicative of the number of bacterial species, was compared intra-group (periodontal and pulpal specimen from the same tooth). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),but there was no positive correlation between them. The similarity (Dice Coefficient) between them was 13.1%-62.5%.Taxa identified through BLAST (≥98% identity) were Campylobacter,Fusobacterium,Neisseria,et al in the periodontium, and Mogibacterium,Corynebacterium,Actinomyces,et al in the root canals. Conclusion Common bacteria existed between them, but not all of the periodontal bacteria would appear in neighboring root canal; and the bacteria in the root canal are not completely from neighboring periodontal tissue. The original bacteria in the root canals may resuscitate and enrich the bacterial community. In combined periodontal-endodontic lesions (periodontal source),it is probable that new species existed to be confirmed either in the periodontium or in the root canal.
8.Effects of Anisodamine Combined with Oxytocin on Labor Process of Lying-in Women with Prolonged Active Phase in the First Labor Process and Related Indicators of Newborn
China Pharmacy 2016;27(15):2068-2070
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of anisodamine combined with oxytocin on labor process of lying-in women with prolonged active phase in the first labor process and related indicators of newborns. METHODS:216 lying-in women with pro-longed active phase in the first labor process were randomly divided into control group(108 cases)and observation group(108 cas-es). All lying-in women were artificially ruptured, based on it,control group was given 2.5 u Oxytocin for injection, adding into 500 ml 5% Glucose injection by intravenous infusion, the drip rate was appropriately adjusted based on contractions;observation group was additionally given 10 mg raceanisodamine hydrochloride, adding into 10 ml 5% Glucose injection by intravenous infu-sion by 5 min slow intravenous injection. The fetal heart was warded to closely observe the labor process during medication. The cervical maturity, labor process time, delivery mode and postpartum situation of lying-in women,Apgar score, body mass and inci-dence of adverse reactions of newborn in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The lying-in women cases with no less than 9 cervi-cal maturity, natural delivery rate and 5 min newborn Apgar score in observation group were significantly higher than control group, lying-in women cases with 7-9 scores and less than 7 scores, cesarean section rate,perineal/ straight cut rate and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage were significantly lower than control group, the second, the third and total labor process were significantly shorter than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the time of incubation period and active period, forceps delivery rate, body mass of newborn and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Anisodamine combined with oxytocin can accelerate the cervical dilation of lying-in women with pro-longed active phase, shorten labor process, reduce cesarean section rate and improve prognosis,it did not affect the body mass of newborns, with good safety.

In addition to the consideration of their unique distribution in the cardiomyocytes,we are enthralled by their implication of a novel direction for both the diagnosis and the treatment of various heart diseases.
10.Constructions and functions of C-type natriuretic peptide and its receptor
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1998;0(S1):-
C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) shows remarkable sequence homology to atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) within the 17-residue ring portion formed by a pair of cysteine residues and being the third member of the natriuretic peptide family. Sequence analysis reveals that there are at least two exons in the coding region for preproCNP. Mature forms of CNP in body are CNP22 and its N-termi-nally elongated form CNP53. As an agonist, CNP selectively bind to natriuretic peptide receptor B (NPR-B) which has a single member-spanning helical domain and exert its biological effects by activating its C-teminal guanylate cyclase to catalyse formation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). CNP can also bind to natriuretic peptidereceptor C (NPR-C) which has high binding affinities for all of the natriuretic peptides. The synthesis and release of CNP are regulated by many cy-tokines, and CNP is metabolized by two main pathways : internalization and degradation through the binding with NPR-C or hydrolysis by neutral endopeptidase. CNP and its receptor distribute widespreadly in various tissues including vessels, blood and central neural systems, and produce effects of vasodilation, antianxiely effect and regulations of cell proliferation and endocrine.
