Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
We have conducted a tireless practice and exploration in order to establish a solid,long-term and appropriate social practice basement for medical students, which is the platform for them carrying on social practice activities.Practice has proved that early preparation for basement construction is the basis, support from local government is the key, leaders' attention 、abundant fund and multi-sectional coordination are the guarantee, and that diverse forms as well as effective social practice activities is the fundamental way to promote basement construction.

Objective · To explore the inhibitive effect of silencing the CD147 gene on the proliferation of triple negative breast cancer cells and relevant mechanisms. Methods · Normal human mammary epithelial cell line HMEC and three triple negative breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231, HCC70 and T4-2 were cultured in vitro. mRNA and protein expressions in cells were measured using realtime-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. A siRNA sequence targeting the coding region of human CD147 gene was designed and used to construct a recombinant lentivirus Lv-shRNA-CD147, which was used to infect the three breast cancer cell lines. The negative control group (Lv-NC infected group) and the noninfected cell control group (cell control group) were simultaneously used. The effects of silencing the CD147 gene were measured with real-time PCR and Western blotting. The proliferation and migration of cells were measured with MTT and Transwell assay, respectively. HCC70 cells were collected 72 h after viral infection and proteins related to proliferation, migration and apoptosis of cells (β-catenin, MMP2, MMP9, and Bax) were measured with Western blotting. Results · mRNA and protein expressions of CD147 were significantly higher in three breast cancer cell lines than in HMEC (P<0.01). The Lv-shRNA-CD147 infected group had lower mRNA and protein expressions of CD147, cell proliferation, and cell migration as compared with the Lv-NC infected group and the cell control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). The Lv-shRNA-CD147 infected group had lower expressions of β-catenin, MMP2, and MMP9, and higher Bax expression in HCC70 cells 72h after viral infection as compared with the Lv-NC infected group and the cell control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion · Silencing the CD147 gene can inhibit the proliferation and migration of triple negative breast cancer cells.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of community-based rehabilitation (CBR) on older stroke patients in ability of activities of daily living (ADL).Methods50 older stroke patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group. The rehabilitation group was treated with motor function exercise and ADL training, while the control group only took medicine. Two groups were evaluated with Barthel index before and after treatment. ResultsScores of Barthel index on the rehabilitation group were higher than that on the control group after treatment, and there was a significantly difference between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions CBR has the significant effect on improving ADL in older stroke patients.

Aim To study whetger there is positive express in situ hybridization of L-form DNA or Staphylococcus aureus in laryngocarcinoma cell. Methods 20 cases of expressnon of L-form DNA of Staphylococcus aureus in laryngocarcinoma karyon were detected with nucleic acid in situ hybridization. Results 60% cancer karyon, cytoplasm display positive signal of Staphylococcus aureus L-form DNA. Positive rate of Staphylococcus aureus L-form antigen is 75% with immunohischemical (s-p) stainipg. The rate is 70% with gram staining. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus L-form DNA had get into laryngocarcinoma ceells, is great possibly to integrate into host ce11, and influence hyperplasis and canceration of cell from gene level. Staphylococcus aureus and its L-form infection have possibly close relation to happen and development of laryngocarcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(9):1265-1271
An endogenous element-label plus exogenous element-tag strategy was proposed for inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS) to screen and discriminate a family of ultratrace but biological important biomolecules. The feasibility of this novel idea has been demonstrated when setting seleno ( SeCys) and Se-containing ( SeMet) proteins ( peptides) as an example. Se-label naturally occurring in the biomole-cules acts an identifier for picking them up out of large amount of various coexisting proteins ( peptides) , and CH3 Hg-tag that can bind to SeCys but not SeMet fulfills the task of discriminating seleno and Se-containing ones based on the Se and Hg signals on ICP-MS. After confirmed using SeCys and GPx1, the Se-Hg dual-element labeling strategy together with ICP-MS was applied to screen and discriminate seleno and Se-contai-ning proteins ( peptides) in the water-soluble extracts of Se-enriched yeast, and seven selenoproteins ( pep-tides) were detected with both 202 Hg and 82 Se signals out of fifteen Se-containing species using RPLC/ICP-MS, providing valuable information for further identification using a high-resolution structure-selective mass spectrometer. This endogenous element-label plus exogenous element-tag dual-element approach implies that ICP-MS is not only able to quantify targeted proteins ( peptides) but also helpful to recognize targeted proteins during a discovery-based proteomic study.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(9):1563-1564
Objective To explore the clinic value of blood loss during and after cesarean section in women with scarred uterus. Methods From July 2007 to December 2008, thirty-six women with scarred uterus received weighing methods to evaluate the actual blood loss during and after cesarean section in Yuhuangding hospital, while 98 cases without pregnant complications were chosen as control. Results In women with scarred uterus, the blood loss during operation Was (372.4 ± 180.0) ml, and the total amount after 2 hours and 24 hours were (444.7± 228.2) ml and (527.4 ±251.6) ml respectively, which were higher than corresponding values in control group (P < 0. 05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in scarred uterus was 47.2%, higher than that in control group (P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences between two groups in the tests of hemoglobin and coagulation functions (P > 0. 05). Conclusions Scarred uterus may be one of the important reasons which lead to postpartum hemorrhage. The clinical treatment of pregnant women with scarred uterus should focus on the prevention of blood loss during the cesarean section.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigave the X-ray guided radiofrequency ablation system. Methods The ablation catheter was guided using the X-ray image so the location of electrode on top of the catheter can be fixed on. Alternating current was carried out at the focus to make the ablation. The multi-channel electrophysiology recorder was combined here to record the electrophysiology status before, during and after the surgery to ensure safety of the patient. Results One case was reviewed, which was treated with the X-ray guided radiofrequency ablation system. After the ablation, the A waves and the V wave were separated and the ablation surgery was successful. Conclusion Some simple and fast arrhythmia can be treated effectively by the above system.
